Schönes See-Haus an der 7MM auf dem See der Ozarks. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2018 komplett umgestaltet. Es verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss 4 Schlafzimmer und eine weitere Schlafecke / Spielplatz für Kinder. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine große Küche und einen Wohnbereich mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Ein zusätzliches Badezimmer mit Dusche befindet sich im Keller. Es gibt Platz für bis zu 4 Autos mit einer Garage für 2 Autos und weitere 2 in der Auffahrt. Wenn zusätzliche Parkplätze benötigt werden, vereinbaren Sie dies bitte mit dem Eigentümer. Große, sanft abfallende Parzelle zum Wasser. Ein modulares Betonbecken mit Schwimmplattform bietet endlosen Spaß für Ihre Gruppe. Eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wasser bietet Nachmittag Schatten und Platz, um der Sonne zu entkommen und grillen Sie Ihre Lieblingsgerichte (zwei Grills zur Verfügung gestellt.) Dies ist ein zweites Zuhause für unsere Familie und wissen, dass Sie und Ihre Familie so viel wie wir genießen werden. Keine Partys erlaubt (Bachelor / Bachelorette, etc.) Wir sind ungefähr eine Stunde entfernt und können mit allen notwendigen Details oder Unterkünften so gut wie möglich helfen.

Great place

My siblings and spouses total of 9, decided to get away for a long weekend. The house was a perfect fit. We Spent many hours on the deck, dock and in the water telling stories and having drinks. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen was well stocked with what ever we needed. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

My family and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and it was perfect for our needs. We didn't go outside much since it was cold and off-season, but we enjoyed the beautiful water view throughout our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. The host was very communicative and friendly.

Fabulous Rental for our Family gathering

It is a lovely, clean and spacious place to hold any family event. The bedrooms and living spaces were nice and big. We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday so we didn’t use any of the lake amenities but it was a beautiful view and fantastic deck. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and communication was always pleasant with a rapid response. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting in the future.

Comfortable

We were very happy with our stay, the beds were sooo comfortable, the rooms were very nice! The common area was awesome with a beautiful view of the lake! If I had one suggestion it would be for more cupboard space, we had brought food for 10 people for 7 days and struggled with where to store it all! Other then that everything was perfect!

The view!!!

There’s quite a few steps that aren’t great for older people lol. However this is a beautiful home and the view and yard are amazing. We got caught a few catfish too! Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful property and location

We had a great stay and no problems at all! The view is lovely and the dock worked well for swimming. There was plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. We liked that the bedrooms were all on one level and all the rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the gas range inside. Would be great if there was a gas grill outside, but the charcoal was nice to have too. Would definitely recommend the property and location. Thank you for a great stay and making our vacation memorable!

Perfect family get away

This was the perfect home to host our family vacation. The property was clean and inviting. The location on the lake was perfect for swimming and floating in the water off the dock. The pictures do not do justice to this home. The owners were incredibly hospitable and very responsive when I had questions. The neighbors on both sides were very friendly and inviting. One day we also rented a Tritoon from Frankie & Louie's, which was only about a 20 minute drive from the house, and an innertube from Bikini Pier. We had lunch that day at the Paradise Bar & Grill. We did boat parking, which the kids loved. They had some games and outdoor seating. It was so much fun! My kids are already asking me if we can come back next year!

Excellent Lake Vacay!

This property was exactly as pictured, which was so appreciated. It was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook all our meals with ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock and swimming. I would say the only thing that would make this an even better experience would be a nice gas grill and a few more water toys. But, all in all we had a fantastic time and I would definitely book again!

Great Property and lake view

We had a great stay at this property. The home is so welcoming and set up with all bedrooms on the same floor. We loved the fact that early risers or night owls were not disturbing those asleep. Nice easy walk to the dock and a dock large enough for a family to enjoy. Bonus wet steps that are a dream when climbing off and floaties. we already want to return.

Everything We Could Ask For

Starting with the outside - beautiful view, easy sloping yard to the spacious dock. Quiet cove which was very important to us as we had small children. Beautiful deck to eat our meals and yard area to play games. Inside had a great view of the lake. The decor inside was really pretty and well done. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room for us all. Can't wait to stay here again.

My Family along with my Mom and Dad bought this property in February of 2018 after a years long search. This property was exactly what we were looking for, just needed a facelift as you can tell by the complete remodel. After months of "blood, sweat, and tears", this remodel was complete and were able to enjoy most of the summer at our "Second Home". Both of our Families reside in Jefferson City, MO and had dreamed of owning a lake home for a long time. As we can't be at the lake every week and weekend, we thought to open it up for other families to use and build long lasting memories as we have already done.

This property is unlike a lot of lake homes/cabins in that it is 100% black top to the property. It is a gentle sloping lot to the water unlike some very steep with lots of stairs. There are only two sets of roughly 6 stairs to get to the home. There is a two car garage as well. As you can tell by the pictures, the home is completely updated as well as the plumbing and electrical. A PTAC AC/Heating unit was installed in the basement living/kitchen to provide for extra comfort. Brand new appliances and fixtures make this property perfect for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation. The neighbors are wonderful and is geared towards family fun (no Parties allowed).

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This is right at the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. It is at the 7MM near the Gravois Arm. You can access so many restaurants by land or water if you are renting a boat. Indian Rock Golf course is 5 mins away and several grocery stores to choose from (closest being about 10 mins away). If getting out doesn't appeal to you, please know you will have a wonderful time "hanging" by the water and enjoying your company at our lake home.
