Upon arrival we were unaware that we needed to check in with the guard shack. In our email, it stated if we needed a gate code it would be provided. Needing a barcode was never mentioned. Once we received our paper with barcode we were never admitted into the gate by scanning alone. We always had to wait on the guard to open the gate in order for us to enter. Once we reached the home, code access into the door made it very easy to enter the home. The home was very beautiful and mostly well cleaned. However, many of the televisions did not work and the internet was terrible. Once we would begin watching a movie, the internet would disconnect shortly after. This was a problem for the entirety of our stay. Pool sticks were in bad shape, the arcade game did not work, one of the chairs had a broken leg, and the washer would pause in the middle of the cycle. Problems were reported via phone and email within the first 24 hours of our stay, just as stated in our original email. Someone reached back out to us about the issues via email, but nothing was further maintained. We were not instructed on how to find all of the extra amenities that were part of our stay, such as the gym, theatre, etc. This would have been helpful in the original email. Also, one of the King size rooms, turned out to only be a Queen size, which was an inconvenience for the family staying in that particular room. Overall, it was a very nice home, it was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.
