Upon arrival we were unaware that we needed to check in with the guard shack. In our email, it stated if we needed a gate code it would be provided. Needing a barcode was never mentioned. Once we received our paper with barcode we were never admitted into the gate by scanning alone. We always had to wait on the guard to open the gate in order for us to enter. Once we reached the home, code access into the door made it very easy to enter the home. The home was very beautiful and mostly well cleaned. However, many of the televisions did not work and the internet was terrible. Once we would begin watching a movie, the internet would disconnect shortly after. This was a problem for the entirety of our stay. Pool sticks were in bad shape, the arcade game did not work, one of the chairs had a broken leg, and the washer would pause in the middle of the cycle. Problems were reported via phone and email within the first 24 hours of our stay, just as stated in our original email. Someone reached back out to us about the issues via email, but nothing was further maintained. We were not instructed on how to find all of the extra amenities that were part of our stay, such as the gym, theatre, etc. This would have been helpful in the original email. Also, one of the King size rooms, turned out to only be a Queen size, which was an inconvenience for the family staying in that particular room. Overall, it was a very nice home, it was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

Great place
We had a great time! Everything was great. The only negative I have is that the dryer took a long time to dry a load of clothes. But that was the only thing that was wrong.But all in all that wasn’t that big a deal. Once we knew we planned accordingly.With 19 people we had lots of laundry but like I said not the end of the world! I’d stay there again!!!

Close Enough to Disney
This property was perfect for my family's Christmas trip to Florida. It is within a good driving distance to Disney parks (20-25 minutes max). We arrived at the park each day when it opened and didn't have much traffic at all to or from the park. The house smelled very cleaned when we arrived and upon inspection it appeared to be just as clean. The only complaint about cleanliness would be that the comforters needed to be washed and the home needs a deep cleaning. Cleaning was comparable to a maintenance clean with a cleaning company. We discovered small stains (food or candy) on two comforters. Thankfully, we didn't need them so it wasn't a problem for us. The pool was warmed; unfortunately, we were unable to use it because Florida has a cold spell during our stay. Check-in was a little complicated as we were not given a passcode for the gate although I submitted names of the adult drivers before our stay. Make sure to confirm this with your agent prior to arriving. You will have to go across the road to to acquire a gate code. Overall, very impressed with the home and location.

Was a beautiful place
Home was a nice size . Space was great . Home felt a little dirty and under maintained . Outside at pool area screens were missing. I payed an outside contractor to fix the largest hole , because the on call person for the property put in a work order and no one showed up to do the work The bugs were so bad inside the enclosure that pretty much negated the pool heat and outdoor area

Perfect for a Women's Retreat
OMG this house was perfect for my 1st women's retreat. It had everything we needed. It was spacious and included all the amenities. The only cons were that there were no wash cloths, the toilets needed and extra cleaning and I didn't realize that I needed to pay for pool heat for the hot tub otherwise everything else was great!

Tired property
Property is dated and needs refurbished. Property not fully as advertised, only 2 sun loungers (one of which broken) Outside furniture tired and worn, MAJOR ant problem outside (could not sit and eat outside due to this) 3 TV’s not working, pool not clean and took 3 emails to finally sort, A/C broken, management did sort this on the same day tho, with so many wonderful villas in Orlando I would suggest staying elsewhere.

This house was perfect for our family of 20! We couldn’t want for more. The area was beautiful as was the house and it’s amenities. The golf course was also a welcomed perk! I would absolutely recommend and hope to rent again in the future.

Property management needs to be replaced ASAP
**Long post alert** Sunday was check in the weekend before July 4th. My family that flew in arrived first since I drove down. They was told that our name wasn't on the list and the address we was given was vacant. After multiple calls to the property management and getting voice messages about the office being closed, the security supervisor was able to get ahold of someone and they hung up on her. Once I got there, I was able to show my ID and all the emails that confirmed we paid for this property. I was only given a day pass for the gate by the property management, but security went ahead and gave us a pass for our stay since Monday was a holiday. My family and I are so grateful to have came across a security team that definitely went over and above their duty to get multiple families in their homes. Upon entrance of the house, it had a bad smell. I found that the dish washer was broken, holding smelly water and leaking on the kitchen floor. The couch had a torn pillow on the end. Scoffs and marks on the walls going up the stairs. Some ceiling fans have remotes and a few didn't work at all. Most bedrooms had dirty sheets on them. We had to wash all the bedding prior to going to bed after traveling all day. They had a few towels, but not enough for the amount the house sleeps. They only had 2 extra sets of sheets (definitely not enough for all the beds in the house). One of the dining chairs leg was broken, and my brother almost hurt himself. We found roaches in one bedroom. 3 out of 11 televisions didn't work. Hot tub didn't work. The BBQ grill was dirty. You will have to drive 15 minutes or longer (depending on traffic) to get to Disney or Sea world. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and spending time with each. The house was very spacious we never felt on top of each other. We will definitely use VRBO for our next family vacation. The home owner just need to replace his management company and cleaning crew.

The home was clean upon arrival. The only downfall was not being Informed of the check in process to get into the Gate entrance. We overall enjoyed the stay. The was large enough for our family. Stocked very well kitchen. The game room kept the younger teens entertained. Had a few slight issues but the host corrected them within good time.

I’ve been to Florida a million times rented different homes at different places I’ve never ever ever been no where wear it was nasty and dirty to the point wear we all bought sheets to sleep on but you still couldn’t get no sleep till u made it home. It had a bad odor had to go to Walmart to buy a lot of cleaning supplies. I called the over night person he made promises till Monday when the office opened and they did nothing either . If you good give a 0 that was it . I would not ever stay with executive villas ever again . Ruin my trip

Not up to par
The house was nice and big enough to accommodate our party but we found a few things lacking. When we arrived at the gate they told us they did not have a reservation for the house. I had to call the emergency hot line in order to gain access. The email with pass access should have been sent prior to arrival. Upon entering the property, we found the fridge and microwave were NOT working. My husband had to find the breaker to turn it on. The fuse for the refrigerator went off every night in the middle of the night and every afternoon while we were at the park....we lost ice cream. This should probably be looked into soon so it does not affect other guest's food! The house is listed with 3 kings and there are only 2 kings. It is also listed as linens provided, but there were only 2 towels per bathroom. When I contacted the management company about this issue, they were quick to respond and sent us more towels. I feel this is something that should have already been in the house and shouldn't have had to go through the process of contacting the management company. The bathrooms did not have step out of the shower bath mats. The floor is very slippery and we had to use hand towels to catch the water that dripped from the shower doors. Two of the rooms did not have top sheets and they used the comforter as a sheet.....I hope those are washed after every guest. One of the rooms did not have any pillows but we were able to share from another room. There were also no kitchen towels or dish rags in the place. There was no dish drainer, so we had to use bathroom washcloths to wash dishes and bathroom hand towels to dry them. I understand that supplies are not included in the house, but we expect the house to start with full rolls of toilet paper, (we had less than half a roll per bathroom to start), trash cans in bathrooms and a coffee pot that makes more than 5 cups (especially if the house sleeps 26). We have never stayed at a property that was so ill-equipped. There was no book to tell us what to do at checkout, so we left the linens on the floor in each room. On a positive note, there were plenty of dishes for all of us!! The sign in the cabinet said to use plastic by the pool but there wasn't a plastic dish in the place. The carpets look new and were clean.

Very disappointed
Cleaning person was there for an hour and a half after our check in time. Did not have pool/spa heat for the first three days of our stay. Terrible fruit flies that took all week to somewhat get rid of. None of the bathroom fans looked like they had ever been cleaned. Saw several cockroaches during our stay. Incredibly rude untimely service from the management company. No instructions left on property for things to follow during our stay, or what to do prior to checking out.

The house was nice- although the “cleaning” process is bad. We arrived with the previous stay garbage outside the house. There was still towels in the dryer & one of the bed sheets were stained with blood & comforter was dirty. With having to leave at 10 am “ to allow cleanliness for next accommodation” you’d think everything would be ready. So the house itself is nice- but only rating it a 3 out of 5 because the cleaning should be reevaluated .

Needs improvement
My family stayed 8 days in this house. The house is beautiful, lots of space for a big family, community pool was awesome and lots of things to do. The house is only 25 min away from the parks which great! However, the house says it has three king size beds but only has two, crib had mold and pillows were dirty, no towels provided, there was rat droppings all over the game room and there was big rat in there. The grill was rusted and super dirty we had to buy one for the week. If these things improve we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house
House was exactly as described. Lots of room for our big group. Only complaint is with the resort and entrance gates. After staying there for 3 of our 6 nights they told us at the gate at 1am that we were not allowed in and when we told them the address they said nobody was staying at that house after we already registered at the gatehouse 3 days prior. Then made us go to the main gatehouse everyday to get a daily pass for each of our 3 cars and said if we didn't they would have our vehicles towed . I understand this problem is not with the house and as I said we loved the house but the experience with the gates was very stressful to us as sometimes we had to wait up to 20 minutes to gain entrance thru the gate

Great Family Vacation
Great home with plenty of space as pictured with 7 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. 15-20 minute drive to theme parks. Home is located on a cul de sac, quiet area away from main roads. The property was spacious and clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 25 to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. We only had a few problems. 1) the microwave was broken. We called early and they came out to check. It needed to be replaced but it wasn't during our stay. 2) the pool pump quit working while we were at the parks and the pool was dirty when we got back. We called and they came out and fixed it quickly. 3) the pantry door was broken. Sent them a picture but got no response. 4) Trash pickup was sporadic and we had no where to put the trash at night to keep the animals from getting into the trash. Even with some problems I would still rent this house again in the future. And hope to do just that next year.

Great place
We had a little hard time checking in but nothing that they didn’t fix right away. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Some things did not work properly, like the microwave and the thermostat. But we called and they took care of it right away. This house has only 2 king sizes beds. One on the first floor master bedroom and the second one on the 2nd floor. The house is a great house with a great game room and the pool area was also amazing. A lot of places to eat just minutes away and attraction parks only about 10-15 minutes away. Will definitely rent again.

Family Trip
We had a wonderful week at this home. The location in the neighborhood was great. Golf course behind the house, and on a cul de sac with plenty of parking. The house layout was perfect for our family. It has a large pool deck and plenty of seating. The access to a bathroom right from the pool was great too. The bedrooms were all spacious, had very nice beds, and the location of the bathrooms were convient. A spacious family room and kitchen was perfect for us. The home is located about a mile from the clubhouse with pools, so it is a little bit of a walk. The area is very busy so getting checked into the gatehouse and trying to get the gate open was a challenge. The traffic was backed up upion arrival, but improved during the week. The pool was awesome, the perfect temp to enjoy every part of the day! For anyone thinking about renting, we would suggest a few things. The kitchen has the basics. Next time we would bring a couple of rugs to put by the pool doors ( the floor gets slippery when wet) some dish rags and towels. Other than that, it was a perfect week!
