Beide haben angrenzende Badezimmer und die gesamte Einheit wurde im Sommer 2009 mit neuen Teppichen und Möbeln im Januar 2015 renoviert. Dies ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschönem Meerblick von der Veranda und dem Inneren der Einheit. Die Küche ist auf dem neuesten Stand und bietet viel Platz und Annehmlichkeiten.

Private Tennisplätze und ein großer Pool, der nie überfüllt ist, sind nur zwei der großartigen Eigenschaften des Poipu Sands-Komplexes. Das Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa befindet sich genau östlich des Grundstücks und ist absolut traumhaft. Viele nette Restaurants und Aktivitäten, morgendlicher Kaffee, abendliche Hula-Shows und Musik! Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Construction!

They were re-roofing the building. Over the weekend it was fine. There was a lot of equipment around, but that was ok. Then on Monday there was construction all day! There was loud banging, equipment beeping and debris all over the ground. Also the smell of the port-a-potty was a little overwhelming! I felt while they were doing that building they should not have it rented. It also was disappointing that the whole unit was not air conditioned, only portable a/c units in the bedrooms.

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice and clean and had all the amenities, we were impressed to even have beach chairs. One of our concerns was no air conditioning but they supplied fans and we could air out the condo in the evening so it was comfortable. The bbq’s outside are brand new and a short walk. The rental company was usually quick to respond to questions. Unfortunately, after paying for a late departure it was cancelled on us two days before our departure. They did set us up at the athletic club to store our belongings and gave us a refund but it hampered our last day plans due to the inconvenience.Would definitely stay again it is a great location and quiet grounds, short walk to shipwreck beach for sunrises.

The location was great. No air conditioning which didn’t realize but they produced fans which wasn’t great but worked. Restaurants are wonderful. Beach House favorite.

Beautiful stay and great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai. The condo was perfect for my husband and adult daughter and her boyfriend. The separate bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom was great! We ended up eating out only once as we preferred to cook and eat in the condo out on the lanai where we could enjoy the sound and view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed. We made use of the cooler, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards! The condo was comfortable and clean. We didn’t miss the AC since we just opened the windows to let the sea breezes flow through. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Kauai, and we enjoyed staying in this condo. It is a great location, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. One suggestion: Some of the other condos had beach items to borrow, such as Tommy Bahama chairs and hard-sided coolers, and having those available would have been nice. No complaints though.

Badly in need of a renovation

Of our 12 or so trips to the islands this condo was among the worst. On the plus side, Garden Island was great. the condo was immaculately cleaned and all the major appliances were practically new. That being said, the apartment cries out for a makeover. I won't go in to specifics because I hate to type and the list would be lengthy. I won't be staying in this particular condo again, but wouldn't hesitate to deal with Garden Island Rentals again.

A piece of paradise

This was such a lovely place to stay. We loved that we had all we needed here. Our favorite part was hanging out on the lanai whenever possible. It was quiet on the property which was awesome. The only loud sounds were the waves crashing on the beach. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Very spacious with beach/pool towels, beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, boogie board, cooler), keurig (bring pods), & full size W/D. Condo is on 2nd floor so you'll need to lug your suitcase up a flight of stairs but the views on the patio are amazing. Owner provided kitchen detergents, trash bags,paper products, laundry detergent, bathroom shampoo, conditioner & body wash. No A/C which was difficult for 1 night of our 4 night March stay. It cooled off so the breezes and the portable fans kept us cool for the other 3 nights as long as the bedroom doors were left open. Only con was that we only had 1 pillow (which wasn't very comortable) and the pillow case was stained. Tried to fix with property manager but there was no response. Would definitely stay here again. The ocean breeze and sounds were property's best feature!!
