Die Wohnung befindet sich in Venedig, im Stadtteil Santa Croce, in der Nähe der alten Kirche San Simeon Grande.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Gegend, die vom Bahnhof und der Piazzale Roma (Busbahnhof von Venedig) sehr leicht zu erreichen ist und eine sehr gute Anbindung an alle Bereiche der Stadt bietet. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in Gehweite des Apartments. Weniger als 100 m vom Apartment entfernt befindet sich die Vaporetto-Haltestelle "Riva de Biasio", von der aus Sie jeden Ort in Venedig erreichen können, ohne zu Fuß gehen zu müssen.
Die Wohnung ist groß (130 qm) und wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Es ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, drei 51-Zoll-Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Wi-Fi. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett (jedes Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Einzelbett). Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 51-Zoll-Smart-TV, eine Klimaanlage und kostenfreies WLAN. Es gibt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit 51-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, Klimaanlage und kostenlosem WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle usw.), ein Esszimmer und ein großes Badezimmer.

Pleasant stay

2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We were there for only a very short time but the place was just as listed. Very clean. Good communication. She let us keep our bags in the apartment until 12:30pm the following day while we were still exploring.

Charming spot for first time in Venice

Spacious and clean, loved the 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. Great kitchen. Nice AC except livingroom unit hose needed to be connected better to the wall. Convenient, quiet location. It was so nice to be met at the pier and an easy walk with all our luggage to the apartment .We would certainly stay there again.

Big place could sleep 10

Beautiful place a bit out of the way but nice and quiet. I feel we were robbed for the tourist tax but not sure it was a bit confusing and I can seem to get the host to respond.

Amazing location!

Myself and three friends stayed here and it’s in such a great location! Very close to restaurants, shops and the main waterway. The owner was extremely communicative and gave precise directions, very pleasant! It’s a wonderful place, clean and we had everything we needed. Will stay again on our next visit.

Wonderful and convenient

Much larger than we expected. Great location and easy check in. The front bedroom got a little loud with a bar right below, but the back bedroom was very quiet. We really enjoyed our visit!

A huge, lovely apartment In the heart of Venice

Great Location Large Apartment

The location was super convenient as it was a one minute walk from the boat stop on the Gran Canal. Two bedrooms with two king sized beds made it perfect for our two couple group. Federica met us at the dock, showed us the way to the apartment and then provided us with some wonderful tips for restaurants and touring Venice. A wonderful visit.

Great property for our short stay!!

We had a great experience in Venice! This apartment was perfect for our short stay. It was clean, open, beautiful, and our contact was friendly and very helpful. It was close to the parking garage so we easily walked to it comfortably in 15-20 minutes with luggage. A short walk to all the main sightseeing locations. Great apt in a wonderful city!!!

Quiet spot

My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that.

Property was in excellent condition and clean. 20 minute walk from San Marco. Many restaurant options around. Smart TV did not work. Steep stairs for big luggage. Host assistant delivered keys but was not able to answer any questions.

This is a big, beautiful apartment in Venice which is hard to find. There was a lot of room and the beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms which was great. We did not see any body wash or shampoo. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the air conditioner to work in the one bedroom so it was very warm. I tried to contact the host but didn't get a response until morning but it was 10pm until we got back and realized it didn't work. It was a very safe neighborhood but there was a street light on outside the window and the neighbors were very noisy in the late night/early morning hours. Bring eye masks and ear plugs if those things bother you. We would stay there again just because of the location.

Spacious Apartment in a Convenient Location

We chose this apartment based on the high reviews. Constante was great about responding to emails and his assistant, Frederica, met us at an easy to find location to show us the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, easy to find from the train station. The building is secure. There is a Coop grocery store not far away, go around the corner to the left and find a Majer bakery for some treats to take home and right next door to the right is an awesome gelato place - try the Fig and Walnut! There is a beautiful kitchen to use but no kitchen towel, paper towels or sponge/dishrag to use for basic cooking. There is only one hot pad so if you want to cook like we did then you have to get creative. It's not a big deal, just frustrating to realize in the middle of cooking. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the washing machine was quick! The tub was a great find in Italy and although narrow was very appreciated by our family :-) It was so nice to sit at a dining room and we ate in for every dinner while we were in Venice to take advantage of that.

Had a real problem with neighborhood noise

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in early April. The apartment itself is very nice -- quite spacious, clean and tastefully appointed. The location, though not on a canal (this photo is misleading), is convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. and very close to an easy-to-use water taxi (valparetto) stop. Our first 2 nights here were great -- we were very pleased. Unfortunately, on the third night of our stay, the dance studio, located on the ground level, across the street and just below this apartment, hosted an extremely loud and boisterous street party from 9 PM to well past midnight. Our apartment sounded as though it was literally in the middle of a loud bar with lots of people and blaring music. There was absolutely no way for us to get to sleep until nearly 1 AM. I found this unacceptable and contacted the owner and her assistant about the problem. They indicated this had never happened before (which I find hard to believe) and when I requested a refund (or even a partial refund) for the final night of our stay, I was told NO -- that is was out of their hands and they would take no responsibility for it. So...book at your own risk here folks...you've been warned.
