Diese zweistöckige Unterkunft verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad auf dem Loft im Obergeschoss. Über Anini Beach: Anini ist das längste und breiteste Riff auf den Hawaii-Inseln und aufgrund der einzigartigen Bedingungen hat der Strand normalerweise gut geschützte Gewässer und einige der beständigsten Bedingungen für sichere Wasseraktivitäten. Es gibt keinen Rettungsschwimmer am Anini Beach, aber es gilt immer noch als einer der sichereren Strände an Kauais North Shore. Im Allgemeinen nicht überfüllt, am Anini Beach Besucher können Schnorcheln, Strandspaziergänge, Picknick, Paddle-Boarding und Windsurfen genießen. Quick Getaway

Property was neat and tidy, all amenities available as listed. Great views from the back patio and a trail to beach access close by. Wahser/Dryer sets off the smoke alarm, but all in all...a great property to stay and relax!

Great Stay - Would come back

This property was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed and appreciated the beach supplies. I took advantage of utilizing them. I appreciated that there was a small mini cooler since I didn't really need the larger one. The pictures do show two couches in the main sitting area, but there was only one, with two chairs. I didn't really need both couches, but more just making it known in case this was significant to anyone inquiring.

Excellent location and beautiful view from the back porch!!

This was a lovely property to stay at, the condo was immaculately cleaned and had everything you needed for a perfect island getaway! We utilized the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler on Hanalei Bay - one of our favorite days for sure. Its right next to Foodland so we cooked some meals in, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with items you need for cooking! We had meals on the back lanai and enjoyed the ocean view and the shade from the most gorgeous giant tree right out back is amazing!! The ocean breeze comes right thru. I highly recommend this property. If there was one criticism i would say its time to change the matress upstairs in the large master suit loft area. Its only a queen and is sagging in the middle so you roll into each other. The room could definitely accommodate a king size bed, its a lovely master suit and very nicely decorated as is the whole condo, just beautiful!

Classic hawaii style. Easy location with car.

Overall we had a great stay!! There were a few issues with the place, like, I think they should sort through/and upgrade the kitchen supplies. 20 wood spoons, and no ladle. Old teflon pan. Broken faucet sprayer. Plenty good for cooking a meal though. We'd come back for sure, except I saw the huge price increase. Won't be for middle class folks any more. :(

Fun rental in a great location!

End unit steps to the path heading to super-private and calm Wylie Beach, directly across from an inactive golf course. Unit was clean, well organized, with a good kitchen. Parking was free and accessible. Management was super responsive and very easy to work with. Definitely consider staying here!

Very comfortable, great home base for exploring the island

Reviewer Comments: It was a very comfortable apartment, everything in good working order, plenty of space, comfy beds, and a work desk with plenty of charging outlets next to the kitchen. It's really close to the beach, the path is right across the street, and you can see the ocean from the living room and lanai. We walked over to the Westin every morning to get a coffee at Starbucks, it's just a couple minutes walk. The only sort of drawback is it's a corner unit so it's right by the road. It's not a busy road, there's nothing else out there except the Westin, but you do hear it every time a car or a delivery truck goes by. It didn't bother us at all, but we noticed it. We slept very well, it was nice and cool with the ocean breeze blowing. Kauai Kahuna was great to work with, really helpful and responsive, and everything went smoothly.

Nice location, poor sleeping

This location with a glimpse of the ocean at this price was good. The great room and kitchen was an airy, open space for four adults. But the bedding was nearly impossible to use. The queen bed in the lovely master loft is too high for anyone shorter than 5 ft, 5 in. or most people more than 75 years old to access. The twin trundle bed in the small bedroom is a comfy twin, but the trundle can’t be used—when open, it fills the entire room. One of the living room sofa/hide a beds is broken and can’t be used, plus, a person is uncomfortable sitting or sleeping on the closed couch. The other sofa, when opened, has a very thin mattress and sags too much for anyone more than, say, 80 lbs, and certainly can’t hold two adults. This place could be an excellent choice were it not for the impossible sleeping arrangements.

Reviewer Comments: If I had to stay in Princeville again (as opposed to Haena or Hanalei) we would consider this conveniently located rental for a second stay as it has everything you need. Most importantly, booking was easy and the management team picked up our call when we had a question- that does not always happen. We enjoyed the trail right out the door to Wylies beach. This unit, though set back from the bluff, has a great view of the western outer reef of Anini. We really enjoyed hanging out on the patio with the chickens watching the surf and drinking our smoothies made in the kitchen. I feel like I should say to future renters and current owners that it would not take much to turn this rental into a highly recommended property by replacing some furnishings and layout.

The condo was well equipped, and roomy. We really enjoyed the lanai area. Somewhat private, and a slight view of the ocean. My only cons to the property was the 5 a.m. wake up greeting from the local chickens ( they hangout on the end unit), and the heat at night in the upstairs bedroom. However, the large fan did help.The location of the condo was great. The beach access is just across the street, a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Also, a short walk to Princeville center.The Westin Hotel was also a wonderful easy option for dinner.A relaxing stay!

Great condo, with a hreat back porch view. Close to the beach!

This was the perfect location, you could walk the trail down to the beach right past the Westin or you were less than 10 minutes driving to further down Anini beach! The hike back up was a little hard, but my 3 year old did it herself while my husband wore our 1 year old, we just took our time :) The house was cozy and had everything we needed as far as dishes and linens. There was a playground and a great market with a grocery store, shops and yoga less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

LOUD PARADISE

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off: Be happy you are in Kauai! That is the positive. Negative is: You are next to resort with loud road noise; roosters at all hours of night deter sleep; mattresses are OLD and HARD and are not conducive to rest. The condo itself is functional. TV needs to be replaced due to screen burn in. No DVD player if rainy. Basic cable has nothing on. So if it RAINS and IT DOES you will have NOTHING to do in the condo. Also: DO NOT USE TRAIL TO BEACH ACROSS THE LOT. STEEP, DANGEROUS AND IF IT RAINS YOU ARE TOAST. Go instead to St. REGIS hotel and valet. Go to beaches and enjoy snorkeling. So again RENTER BEWARE. Enjoy Kauai despite this!!!

Could be better. Could be worse.

Clean, roomy. Corner unit so it’s noisy and not very private. Darn roosters! TV has a problem. Cable is almost nonexistent. A few channels. No games, no music. Nothing in pantry. Not even sugar. Which I get but having to shop for every single thing is a pain. Nice appliances. Bed sags in the middle but is comfy. Nice towels and has a small washer and dryer which was handy. Bathrooms are tiny. Very close to the Westin and a steep trail to a beach. A nice hike. They said you can walk to Anini beach but we couldn’t figure it out. Overall a nice unit but at night I need a few more sources of entertainment.

The condo was great. Clean, appropriately stocked with supplies, and everything worked!

The property was beautiful. A small patio, great for outdoor dinning and chickens to keep you company. Walking distance to a secluded beach with good snorkeling. The Westin is right there, so you can take advantage of Resort amenities. Easy drive to Hanalei and other northern areas - a bit of a trek to anything more southern than Kapa’a. Things to know - they ask you throw every food item out when you leave so there is NOTHING in the fridge. You will need to purchase every condiment, and spice you plan to use while cooking. There was oil and salt and pepper (no rice in the salt so very hard to use) but that seems to be only if the person before you didn’t finish it off. Plastic bags, aluminum foil etc. - there is a chance you will need to bring it all - so I would check out the pantry situation before you shop. The grocery store in Princeville is well stocked, as is the one in Hanalei, but produce is expensive. The condo was clean. The beds were soft. They have plenty of clean, soft towels. The internet works great. Washer and dryer for your use. I can’t say enough about this place. We were there for 9 days and didn’t regret staying until his condo the entire trip, even with traveling to the south shore 3 separate times.
