Top Notch Scottsdale Vacation Home

This place was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals I have ever stayed at. The accuracy of the property was spot on. Amenities were some of the best I have ever experienced. Owner has an excellent line of communication. I will be definitely referring this to all of my friends and family, and will be staying here upon my return to AZ. Thank you again!!

Scottsdale Stay

Three families stayed at the property when we were moving our kids into college dorms. The 3 master suites definitely came in handy. Great layout for gathering, and the hosts were extremely responsive.

Very nice retreat

Overall this was a very nice property. It had ample room where our party had their own space. The auto emails from the owner gave a lot of the information needed. The check in contract appeared strict but for obvious reasons. Initial questions were answered by the owner via text, but when attempting to add an additional night due to travel changes, there was no response at all from the owner. The yard maintenance personnel used a leaf blower at 0700 which was less than helpful, but it was only one morning. The property is close to all amenities that we needed (food, shopping, experiences). Overall, it was a nice place.

Golf getaway

Property was a great location for 4 golfers. Within 35 minutes of many really good golf courses and was within 5 minutes of Walmart for groceries and several good restaurants. TV was somewhat confusing with so many channels but once we found golf channel, ESPN and local news we were fine. We definitely would rent the property again.

I am not inclined to give out the highest ratings for any online reviews, however, everything about this experience was stellar. The communication from Paul was simple, direct and completely informative. The house was in a nice little neighborhood on a quiet street. We were good stewards of the neighborhood especially when we enjoyed beautiful evenings on our spacious patio by the clean pool. The house itself was large enough so that the eight adults (3 couples and two singles) had plenty of room. The common area had multiple couches, chairs and space to accommodate the group and the kitchen was well stocked and very functional (although a larger coffee maker might be nice, we made out ok). The beds were comfortable with quality linen and towels. The house was complimented with extra items that added to the comfort; small baskets with bathroom essentials and a good coffee selection for the Keurig machine. The driveway handled our three vehicles and there was plenty of space to store golf clubs in the garage. We have decided as a group to continue our annual outing and this house is where we plan to stay. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Perfect spot!

We were very happy with our stay. Large, comfortable home with rooms and bathrooms for 4-5 couples. Quiet neighborhood, super convenient to all in Scottsdale. Great backyard, pool and putting green. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The host was kind and superbly responsive to requests/questions, and made for a wonderful vacation. The space was ideal for relaxing, and the location- close to every retailer and the freeway- made it quick and easy for all our activities. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property as a family of 4 several years ago and with the new renovation and added sleeping space, we returned with another family and had a great time! The setup worked great for two families with elementary age kids. The pool and putting/chipping green was used every day. The pool is a nice size and deep enough on one side for pencil dives and cannon balls. There is plenty of seating around the pool too. We also enjoyed the hot tub on cool evenings. We did purchase our own floaties so you may need to add this to your shopping list when visiting if desired. I would recommend to the owner to add/offer a gas fire table and some game options (bean bag toss, ping pong table) as these would be fun bonus family activities, but Scottsdale has so much to offer. We did some hiking (Camelback, Phoenix Mountain Reserve), went to a spring training baseball game at the Rockies stadium, visited the Phoenix zoo and golfed at We-Ko-Pa golf course). There are plenty of food/shopping options nearby, but we cooked all of our meals at the house which was most convenient. All in all a great trip and memories made!

Great Spot to stay in Scottsdale

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Paradise Valley shopping which has lots to offer. Lots of great space in the home and 3 nice Master suites and 2 other bedrooms with good size. There are a few things that could improve… dressers needed in every bedroom, pool/hot tub and bbq maintenance needs improvement and basic supplies for the kitchen were lacking… no dishwasher soap, one roll of paper towels, no napkins. Overall we had a very nice time and would rate 4.5 stars for our stay. Spend a bit more time on the details and you’ll get nothing but 5 stars going forward.

Good Times in Paradise Valley

Overall, the stay was really good. A few small issues that came up but didn’t ruin the trip by any means. 1) We didn’t arrive until 4:30pm (check in at 4) and the cleaning guy was still there cleaning in the kitchen. He apologized numerous times and told us he was almost done. Whether or not that was true I really don’t know. The reason I say that is because a couple of the rooms in the house hadn’t been swept or mopped. There was long hairs all over the floors so we had to use the broom and dust pan to sweep up the hair and other debris. The bathroom rugs hadn’t been washed either so we threw those in the wash and cleaned them. After that, all was fine. 2) I paid to have the hot tub and pool heated for the duration of our stay and the hot tub never got heated. I brought it to the attention of the property owner after the first night when we realized it wasn’t going to get any hotter. The maintenance man supposedly came by a day later which was our last full day in the house and fixed it. It was the last night and the hot tub finally got “warm.” I was refunded the entire amount for the heating of the hot tub so they made it right but it would have been nice to have that available to us during our stay. 3) The TVs suck in every room. Hard to navigate even with the instructions provided on how to use them and the signal kept going out and freezing up. This wasn’t a huge deal as we weren’t there to watch tv but it would have been nice to have available. Otherwise, great stay.

Everything we needed!

The house was just as shown on the listing, gorgeous property. Any questions I had during our stay were quickly answered by one of the two co-hosts, which was very much appreciated! The house location was close to the places we needed access to and never had any issues or concern in the neighborhood. Had the weather been better, we definitely would have taken advantage of the pool, unfortunately it rained during our entire stay.
