Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine super Zeit und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal dorthin fahren. Die mit in der Villa wohnende Inhaberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Your mountain hideaway

It's hard to do better than this outstanding and very private flat we made home for 10 days in the mountains around Ceret, France. It's views are unparalleled. One step outside the kitchen table puts you into dramatic sweeping views of the Pyrenees mountains, a distant coastal village and, on a clear day, the sea. The lovingly tended gardens only add to the beauty. The owner is a long time resident of the area. She generously provided suggestions and tips for local activities. The flat is extremely spacious, clean, well equipped and comes with its own garage space. We also loved the owner's artwork. We look forward to another stay.

Un merveilleux séjour dans les Pyrénées Orientales

Le cadre est enchanteur, avec un panorama à couper le souffle, véritable tableau à ciel ouvert. La piscine de 12 mètres de long ajoute une touche de luxe. L'appartement, extrêmement spacieux, a été un véritable havre de paix pour notre séjour. Annie, notre hôte, s'est montrée très attentive et prévenante, nous charmant avec ses anecdotes. Ce lieu est désormais gravé dans nos mémoires, et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochaine escapade dans les Pyrénées Orientales. Perfect relaxation close to the nature

Property is highly recommended for peacful relaxation close to the nature. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Surronding views were breathtaking. Swimming pool is quite large and very nice. A lot of things to do nearby. Cycling, hiking and local wines made us look forward for our next visit there. Annie was a great host and we are grateful for her warm welcome, hospitality and local recommendations. ps. Our kids loved the garden :-)

Vacances à Céret et ses environs

Vacances très agréables, chaude, où nous avons pu visiter à la fois les coins sympas, comme la côte Vermeille de Collioure, Banyuls, etc. , ou dans les terres comme les orgues d'Ille-sur-Tet et le fort libéria Villefranche-de-conflent et son fameux tunnel de 734 marches ! Idéale également pour le vélo de route et le VTT. Location avec une hôte au petits soins et discrète. La location ne manque de rien, elle et vaste et confortable, avec une vue imprenable !

Super locatie

Héél vriendelijk onthaalt. Super interessante dame. Prachtig uitzicht. Prachtig huis. Dicht bij vele mooie bezienswaardigheden. Hadden tijd tekort als we beslissen om de streek verder te verkennen word het zeker weer dit huis. Bedankt Annie voor alle uitleg en misschien tot wederziens !

Warm and pleasant stay on this beautiful mountain.

We had a warm (+35 degree celsius) stay in this beautiful house. Annie is a lovely hostess who also provides all the needed information about the surroundings of Ceret. Only annoying thing during our stay were the mosquito's.

A wonderful hillside escape

We had a wonderful couple of weeks staying at Annie's apartment on the hills above the beautiful town of Ceret. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with gorgeous views from the garden across the hills towards the sea. The great pool was the perfect tonic to counter the heatwave in Southern Europe, and the apartment is perfectly positioned to access the nearby beaches in both France & Spain. Annie was a great host, providing lots of useful tips and assistance without being in any way intrusive.

Une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, une charmante propriétaire avec un chien qui s'est enfui d'une bande dessinée. Grande piscine, malheureusement le temps était plus si chaud pour l'utiliser. Appartement spacieux et confortable avec accès privé. Garage disponible. La région est idéale pour la marche et le vélo. La propriétaire connait bien la région ainsi que les joies de la vie. Sur ses suggestions, nous avons découverts de nouveaux vins et recettes, ainsi que des restaurants qui proposent des produits locaux et honnêtes.

Awesome house at a magnificent place with a wonderful housekeeper:)

My wife, 2 children (girls in the age of 4 and 6) and me wanted to spend our holiday this year in the Pirenees close to the sea. We have found a beautiful house with a swimming pool, situated on the slope with a beautiful mediterranean garden and magnificent view on hills and sea. We had very high expectations and have to say that... the reality was even better than we expected!!! Area: The place is really great. Ceret is situated at the beginning of the Pyrenees close to the Mediterranean sea and only a few kilometers to the Spanish border. Thanks to that you can always have a good weather, because the mountains stop the clouds. From that place you can expect almost every possible atraction: if you like to lay on the beach -just 30 minutes. If you like hiking in the mountains - the hills are at place and a really high mountains 1 hour from there. If you like sightseeing, you have lots of beautiful villages, old chappels and churches. House: The house has a very sophisticated architecture and is very exceptional among the other houses in the area. You will get over 100 meters with 3 bedrooms, living room, really big kitchen (full equipped), 2 toilettes and 2 bathrooms, garage for your car (I have parked with an almost 5 meters long mercedes E class). In front of the house you have your own private garden with a terrace from which there is a magnificent view on the Pyrenees and even on the sea! There we could hsve all our breakfasts and suppers, enjoying the warmness, quietness and peacfullness of the place! The swimming pool is quite big and deep enough to jump. From the stairs side the depth is around 1m. Due to its depth, the temperature of the swimming pool is not too high, but it's warm enough to play and swim and it will refresh you really well after a sun bath on a sunbed:) During our stay, the temperature of the water was around 24-25 degrees. Housekeeper: The owner of the house is a charming lady. She speaks excellent English which is really unusual in France (you can believe me, it's really hard to communicate in France if you don't know French language, even with the young people - I don't know what they are doing at school!!!). The lady used to travel a lot in the past, she visited places all over the world and can tell you lots of interesting stories about the area of Ceret. We really enjoyed talking with her! But she is not intrusive:) so if you want just to rest without any other people, it's still a good place for you:)

Havre de paix au cœur de la nature

Site reposant pour une cure thermale de 3 semaines. Jardin magnifique entretenu avec passion. Appartement confortable. Accueil chaleureux. Situation géographique permettant un accès rapide au bord de mer, à la montagne ainsi qu'aux sites historiques.

Tranquil hideaway with fantastic views

The villa is in a beautiful location with views over Ceret and the mountains beyond. The apartment overlooks the lovely garden which is terraced down to the stream below and the large pool is surrounded by flowers and butterflies. We never tired of gazing at the view from our patio and watching the birds, butterflies and, at dusk, bats dart around the trees. There is so much to see in the area and something to suit everyone-from medieval villages and mountains to sandy beaches and serious shopping. Ceret has one of the best weekly markets around, an excellent art museum and some wonderful cafes and restaurants. A very cheap (1 euro) daily bus runs to Perpignan which has lots of great museums and historical sites to visit. Collioure is quite simply the most beautiful coastal town you will ever see although get there early as it's almost impossible to park anywhere after 9.30am. Annie, the owner, is a wonderful host and spent time telling us about the area, lending us maps and writing out routes to those hidden gems in the Vallespir region. She ensured we had all we needed and the apartment was well supplied with local guide books. Annie's local knowledge was invaluable and she certainly looked after us very well.

A wonderful apartment with a stunning view.

We are a family of four and we had a fantastic stay for five nights in Annie's apartment and wished we had booked it for longer. The apartment was big, very clean and well equipped. The views from the terrace were amazing. The pool was a really good size and we had it to ourselves whenever we wanted to swim. There were so many lovely places to visit in the surrounding area, both in the mountains and by the sea. Annie was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for being so friendly Annie and for sharing lots of information about the local area and for the fresh apricots which we greatly enjoyed.

Propriétaire charmante, avenante, cultivée et discrète !

A 30 minutes de Collioure et à Céret, dans un environnement très calme, en rez-de-chaussée, un appartement pratique, spacieux et clair qui s'ouvre sur une belle terrasse avec une vue imprenable ; et situé dans une jolie villa entourée d'un beau jardin aux multiples parfums (qui révèle les talents de paysagiste de la propriétaire) et d'un petit ruisseau en contrebas près duquel on peut s'asseoir et s'isoler le temps d'une réflexion sur les méandres de la vie. Paysage magnifique et soleil au rendez-vous ! Merci pour les boutures que nous avons plantées ... Merci pour votre gentillesse ! Propriétaire disponible en cas de besoin, de bon conseil (tourisme) et discrète. Le bonjour de Rose à Fidji ! Des alsaciens installés en Ariège.
