Schönes und geräumiges Strandhaus mit Pool und Spielzimmer. Dies ist wirklich eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen am Strand !!! Es verfügt über Annehmlichkeiten und Funktionen, die Sie normalerweise nicht in Ferienwohnungen finden. Brandneu für 2007, es ist ein wunderschöner Ort, schön eingerichtet und hat Keramikfliesen in den Wohnbereichen und in den Bädern. Die Küchen verfügen über Corian-Arbeitsplatten und alle Geräte über eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Nicht das durchschnittliche Mietobjekt wurde als dauerhaftes Zuhause konzipiert. Es gibt einen privaten Pool, der von April bis November beheizt wird und viel Privatsphäre bietet. Kinder und Eltern werden den 768 Quadratmeter großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch, Arcade-Spielen und großer Wet-Bar lieben. Zum Strand sind es nur 400 Meter. Vom Wohnbereich und den Veranden haben Sie Meerblick. Mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 7 Bädern bietet es Platz für die gesamte Familie. Great 90th Birthday Celebration Weekend

From the moment we contacted the owners till we left, nothing by positive vibes. We had 2 couples and one son with his 18 year old daughter and 2 nieces staying with us. A brother with his wife stayed at a local hotel and 3 nephews and a niece rented another house. Our house became the focal point with the beach a block away with the golf cart to tote all the beach stuff. The hockey and NBA playoffs were underway so the tv in the play room was used at night for the entire crew with pool games and foosball games going on as well. The heated pool was used every afternoon. All the rooms and en-suite bathrooms are good size. Kitchen is well equipped and the living room is quite comfortable. The balconies with views of the ocean got lots of use. The best breakfast place was Blueberries and the best dinner was Sea Captains. Everyone in our group loved the house and its proximity to the beach and good/great restaurants. I highly recommend Soggy Dollar 1.

Great Family Spot

This house was very clean and well suited our family needs perfectly. I loved the ample bedrooms and bathrooms and the spacious game room. The dining table accommodated our large group for meals and game time. We had the pool heated for 3 days during the Thanksgiving holiday and was able to enjoy it for 2 days. The kitchen was well stocked and organized and the supplies were readily available (the 2nd refrigerator was much appreciated during this visit!) I have 2 disabled family members that utilized the convenience of the elevator. We really enjoyed our time together. Bryan and Elayne are excellent property managers and responded to our communications quickly.

Great Place to stay!!

This was our first trip traveling to Myrtle Beach with our second family whom we love so much. Hurricane Ian couldn't stop us from having a great time. Brian and Elayne are both great people, they kept in contact with us prior to the storm approaching to let us know what the weather was like before we traveled to South Carolina. This location is not in a flood zone even though it's so close to the beach. They ensured us that we could even change our reservation if needed however we were already on the road with expectation of having a great time. This property was everything that we expected and more. To see the look on one of my guys face when he seen the game room with a Pool table & Foosball table was priceless. Not to mention the elevator due to one of my little fellow who sits in a wheelchair. This home was perfect. Spacious with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. You can see the beach from the balcony from the bedrooms. The extra amenities like the pool, golf cart exceeded our expectations. When the storm passed we enjoyed the proximity of the beach and knowing that once we got to the beach we were able to park the golf carts. Any and everything that we needed was already in the home trash bags, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid as well as bed linens were all a plus! When calling the owners they responded quickly to answer any questions we had. I also would recommend that you try the Goodfellas Seafood Restaurant very sweet people at this establishment the food was also good! To Our Host Brain and Elayne (Soggy Dollar) I want to say THANK YOU for making our first vacation memorable. We will definitely be renting again as long as this property is available.

Family vacation

Our group of 11 enjoyed our vacation and the property. Everything was wonderful with enough room for all of us! We loved the game room area, and worked nice when the kids were asleep! Having the golf cart was a plus to haul everything to the beach and back. We want to come back again!! The owner and property manager were prompt and very kind.

Family Beach trip

We all thought the property was nice. It was close to the beach. Had all the tings we were looking for and everything worked fine. Our extended family is13 and there was plenty of moving around room. We all enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The golf cart was very handy. Note the Myrtle Beach Police will ticket you if you don't pay for parking. Only down side,4 of us picked a a bug or something while down there. Have no idea what it was but no fun on the way back.

Excellent Home & Hosts

The property is just as advertised! It's 1 block from the beach, very spacious and had everything we needed. Dewey and Tamara met us to check us in and were on call if we needed anything throughout our stay. We would definitely come back here and stay again!

Great for Families

We had 5 different families, all with children ages 5 and under. Each family was able to have their own room and bathroom. There was plenty of kitchen room for us all to eat together, and the golf cart was great for runs to the beach. Heated pool was our favorite! Would def stay here again!

Awesome Experience! Great Place to Stay!!

Was greeted by the owner, Dewey! Very nice man who showed us where things were and how to use the things in the house. Family got a kick out of the elevator and the heated pool! Very spacious and Tamara, Dewey's assistant, was very helpful from start to finish. One of the best features is not ever having to wait for a bathroom!! Quick area and very close to the beach. Golf cart was very useful for taking out the trash. Love the long dining table, which was used nightly for game night and dinners!! Loved the video arcade games and pool table. House was very close to shopping and eateries. Would definitely stay again!!

Comfortable, roomy, great pool and game room. GOLF CART WAS FANTASTIC!

This is a great home for large families. There were 14 of us from the age of 12 to 65, and all of our needs and comfort were met. The elevator was especially nice considering my husband has a foot injury that limits his mobility. The living room, dining area is very large and comfortable, as are the bedrooms. Main covered deck sits at least six (we did daily!!!). The pool is a little small, but heated and we were never crowded. Truly within a quick walking distance of the ocean. For us, the best part is that while we were very close to many activities, stores and dining sites, the home is located in a quiet community. If there is a downside to the unit, it would be if you are planning on preparing meals there, you are limited with cookware. One the plus side.... I inquired about a waffle maker, and when I arrived Trudy had one available! She was determined to make your experiance a great one. We are ready to rebook for the 2019 vacation!

Great location. All the equipment and space for an extended family with kids

Mr. Link and Trudy were very quick with answers to our questions. Pool was warm as requested. Bed were comfortable. Furnishings a little worn. But the game room was a huge hit as was the golf cart. We will definitely be back.
