Ein Deck verfügt über einen Essbereich im Freien und einen Grill. Das Oberdeck ist mit einer romantischen Liege ausgestattet. Die atemberaubende moderne Küche und die Bäder wurden im Sommer 2018 komplett renoviert. Die moderne Küche hat brandneue Geräte, Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung, Mikrowelle, wunderschöne 3 Zoll dicke Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und eine übergroße Insel-Bar. Neue Möbel, Tempurpedic-Matratzen, 65-Zoll-Fernseher, Upgrade-Kabel / WLAN / Sonos und die weichsten Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Es gibt ein Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit einem übergroßen Kingsize-Bett, neuen Teppichen und modernisierten Schränken. Ein Queen-Zimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Etagenbetten mit brandneuer Bettwäsche und Decken. Die Garage wurde in einen Aufenthaltsraum mit alten Sofas, Fernseher, Tischtennis usw. umgewandelt. Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen Basketballplatz und eine Außendusche. 4 STRANDABZEICHEN ENTHALTEN !!! Am Ende dieses Blocks befindet sich ein Eckgeschäft, in dem Sie sich morgens einen Kaffee und ein Sandwich holen können. Hunde mit besonderer Genehmigung und Haustiergebühr berücksichtigt.

Best Beach House!

Quiet location with all of the creature comforts of home. Super close to the gorgeous beach. Wonderful host who cares about the quality of your stay by adding all kinds of little extras and maintaining a clean, tastefully-decorated house. Plenty of room with a separate third floor master suite, great decks and fenced-in backyard with a basketball hoop and fire pit. Approved pet policy puts it over the top. Highly recommend!

3 generations LOVED our vacation in this home

This is the perfect beach house! Literally steps from being on the beach! Amazing deck where we had many dinners, and where our dog loved lying to feel the breeze, and a great basketball court in the backyard for our teenage boys. Great house and location

We had a great beach week. The house is super close to the beach and comes with a ton of beach chairs and umbrellas. No need to bring your own! Comfortable clean house, walking distance to cafe and ice cream too. Will come again. Owner is super easy to communicate with. Thank you Randi!

Great stay at LBI

The house was even better than the pictures. The living space is bigger than it looks in the listing. Perfect LBI location just steps from the beach. Nicely furnished and maintained. Plenty of room for the family to relax. the host was a pleasure and very responsive!

Rest and Relaxation

This is our second time staying at this property and we couldn’t be happier. Everything you need for the perfect beach get away, this house has it. Want to sit on the beach? Three little houses away. Want to sit outside and breathe in fresh sea air? This house has two decks to do it. Want a little exercise? Play basketball in the backyard or ping pong in the garage. Book this place now if you want the best R&R that Beach Haven has to offer!

Our Family Stay at Randi’s Beach House

This is the first time I’ve booked a beach house without seeing it other than online. I can say that the pictures did not do it justice. I remained skeptical until I walked in. The house is more spacious and lovely than the pictures suggest. The set up was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Booking was easy. I communicated with Randi a number of times to ask if specific household items were included. Her response was always yes. I can tell you the household provided everything including plenty of towels and linens, as well as personal care items. The house was modern and clean and the 3 houses from beach was so close and easy to go back and forth, like you were on the beach itself. It was a perfect home for a perfect vacation. Randi was a pleasure to deal with, and still communicate with. We look forward to going back next year and wish I had found it sooner!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week at Randi’s home. It is a great location-easy walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated and equipped with whatever you need. Very clean. We loved the deck and grilling at night. Everyone was happy from young adult children to grandma to the dog! Randi was lovely to work with and available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic three weeks and a great host!

This was our 3rd summer staying at LBI (1 week, 2 weeks and this year 3 weeks), and this was by far the best time we've had. The house was great - even better than when we saw it for the first time last November. Plenty of room, clean, fantastic location. Randi is amazing as a host - any minor thing that needed to be fixed was taken care of immediately, and any time we had to lay out money for something (a new beach umbrella, a shower caddy for the master bathroom), we ordered it from Amazon and she Venmoed us the money immediately. She made us feel so welcome in her home and it helped us enjoy our stay immensely.

Amazing Brant Beach Stay!

We enjoyed the many wonders of Brant Beach—walking the beach, boogie boarding, kayaking the marsh islands of the bay, biking, cooking great local seafood, and watching sunrises and sunsets—because of the centrally located home with all its amenities. This was not a rental unit; it became our home, because of the joy and care of its kind and attentive owner, Randi. We hope to return!

Best Experience In Over 40 Years

I don't know where to start....... Randi has created a home that is charming, clean and super comfortable. Sheets, bath & beach towels, toiletries, paper goods, beach chairs AND beach tags were all available for us. This lovely home was a stones throw away from the beach and from the two outside decks you can gaze both the ocean and the bay. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and tequila in the evening off those decks : ) Randi is a remarkable host, attentive to every detail and extremely responsive. In our over 40 years of annual LBI vacations this one, was by far, the best. Thank you Randi! K & R

Much needed girls' weekend

We had a great time at Brant Beach. Randi was AMAZING to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were comfy and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Randi!

Perfect Location/Pet friendly

Perfect location right next to the beach. Very stylish home. Beautifully decorated. Great property for a family. Two of the 4 bedrooms had bunk beds plus a single. Three bath rooms, two showers one on the main level. Plus an outdoor shower. The garage area has been converted into a fun room. It had a ping pong table even an extra refrig. The owner is amazing. She provides thick towels, sheets and little extra's in case you forgot something. She also, checked in with us through out our stay. And, lastly its a pet friendly house.

"Socially distanced" change of scenery

My family and I (including the dog) had a fantastic Thanksgiving week at Randi's house. We were mostly looking for a change of scenery, but who knew November could be such a great beach week! One of my kids needed to attend virtual school and my husband needed to work part of the week and we had no issues with the internet (although we did have to get a little creative with furniture to use as "desks"). The weather was amazing, so we got out as much as we could, but the house was perfect for lounging and watching movies or reading. The kitchen was well-equipped, the house was very clean and Randi was a wonderful host. We can't wait to come back during the "on" season!

Great location, home away from home

Beautifully updated house with everything you need: New kitchen, amazingly comfortable beds, plenty of large screen TVs, decks, grill, teen room, and more. This house is in a prime location and the owners were amazing to work with - making sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. We will be booking again!!

A True Home Away From Home!

There should be more stars for the communication between the owner and us. Randi was amazing; easy to reach and quick to respond. The house was perfect! The yard is enclosed so if you are wanting privacy it's there. We played corn hole and shot a few hoops. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck, cooking and just enjoying the ocean breeze. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. The large screen TV was perfect for those of us who don't have great eyesight! Everything we needed was handy in the kitchen. The washer drier was easily accessible and the hose near the door was perfect for getting rid of sand and dirt before entering the soft rugs on the stairs to the main floor. We'd like to know the brand of pillow in the queen room and the bed in the master bedroom. So comfortable! I could really go on and on about the house but will stop here. We had a lovely vacation, the house was CLEAN and I highly recommend it. Thank you Randi!
