Die All Seasons Collection 30A ist stolz darauf, diese fabelhafte, kürzlich fertiggestellte Eigentumswohnung im Georgetown Building am Barrett Square in unserem Portfolio an charakteristischen Residenzen in der Stadt Rosemary Beach zu beherbergen.
Diese Innenstadtlage verbindet städtisches Flair mit Küsten-Chic. Nur wenige Schritte zum Essen, Einkaufen und dem schönen blauen Wasser und den weißen Sandstränden des Golfs von Mexiko. Diese geräumige 2225 Quadratmeter große Innenfläche und 372 Quadratmeter Balkon Residenz bietet eine komfortable und stilvolle Atmosphäre, mit einem offenen und weitläufigen Grundriss. Das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche laden zum Entspannen und Verweilen bei Familie und Freunden ein. Die raumhohen Fenster und Balkone im Freien ergänzen das offene und luftige Ambiente.
Die Küche im Chefkochstil mit WOLF 36 "Dual-Fuel-Herd mit Infrarot-Kochfeld, eingebautem Kühlschrank SUB-ZERO 36" und SUB-ZERO 36 Weinkühlschrank sind nur einige der vielen Funktionen dieser voll ausgestatteten Küche.
Der King-Bett-Master mit Bad, Balkon, große begehbare Dusche, freistehende Vintage-Stil Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken ist vergleichbar mit einem Luxus-5-Sterne-Hotel. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eines mit eigenem Bad und das andere mit Etagenbett Schlafzimmer teilen, sind alle stilvoll eingerichtet. Alle Schlafzimmer, mit Ausnahme des Etagenbett-Schlafzimmers, sind mit Fernseher ausgestattet.

Best location

We were 2 families with teenagers and had the best time in this condo. Husbands could just cross the street and work from Amavida Coffee shop while our teens had a short walk to get ice cream or go to the beach to hang out with other teens. The Sky Pool is also walking distance for those who like to get an early swim in the day. Shops and restaurants just a stroll away. We rate this condo a 10 out of 10!!

Honestly probably the best place we’ve rented in Rosemary. Lodging was perfect. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Location was perfect for us. Easy walks to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. Property manager was very helpful with the few questions we had. Def a 10/10 rental.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the most incredible experience staying at this property. The location was perfect. The accommodations were fantastic. And Cheryl was so wonderful to work with - responsive, flexible and so welcoming. We loved every minute of it!

Great family vacation

The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything your family will need. The location is great — delicious donut and coffee shop downstairs and ice cream shop across the street for the kiddos. Getting to the beach is just a quick bike ride or stroll through town. We stayed for five days and loved it. One suggestion to improve the check in is to include the name of the condo building or picture of the doors for check in. We were in the attached building next door and couldn’t find the condo. Also a local phone number would be helpful for check in questions. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in Rosemary Beach and we plan to return!

Rosemary Beach

The Condo is beautiful and has everything you need. They even have a beach wagon/beach towels for you to use to take your items to the beach! The location is perfect - right in the middle of the square and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach or any of the pools is easy. The only issue with Rosemary Beach is only giving each home/condo 3 passes to access the beach/pools. All the entry ways to the beaches and pools are locked and you need to a pass to open them. Not a deal breaker, but it is not convenient for a family of 5 adults to coordinate. The Mayor of Rosemary needs to change this policy!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was brand new and in perfect condition! I loved that there were 3 kings beds and a bunk room. Two balconies over the shops and a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Gorgeous condo with the best location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stunning condo. Exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable for our large group. The open layout and large chefs kitchen, made cooking a breeze and was perfect for entertaining! The proximity to shops & restaurants is fantastic and the walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. My only complaint is that the garbage truck & leaf blowers woke us up every morning @7 am, but we’d still stay there in a heartbeat, hands down!

Beautiful Property! Decorated to Impress and the beds are extremely comfortable. If your looking to stay in Rosemary Beach, this condo is the place. Perfect location on Barrett Square. Property Management one of the best. Very responsive, we had 1 minor issue on arrival that was promptly taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Amazing Stay in Rosemary Beach!

My wife and our family (five total adults and two children) spent an amazing week at this property in July. This was our 6th summer vacation in Rosemary Beach and the previous five times we stayed in houses. This was our first time staying in a condo, so we were a bit skeptical on what to expect. Wow, we were incredibly pleased with the property!! The property is even more beautiful than the pictures represent! There was plenty of room, with four bedrooms, a spacious living room / dining room and an amazing kitchen - extremely spacious, with exceptional appliances. The place was spotless and was beautifully decorated. We were hesitant about staying above the square, but actually really enjoyed the location and being centrally located to shopping and the restaurants. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. All things considered, this was among the nicest places we've ever stayed and we unanimously agreed we'd love to return for another visit - the highest marks all around!

Even Better Than Expected

We've been traveling to Rosemary for 10 years (usually more than once a year) and this was our first time north of 30A. We were a bit dubious, but it was excellent. This unit was the best place we have stayed. It looks great online and was even better in person. Two great patios that got lots of use from us. Long reading naps and morning coffee. Location is great. No noise from trash trucks early in the morning like other places we have stayed. Parking spot and bikes are great inclusion. The host was superb. I needed to contact them for one very minor issue that was addressed immediately and completely. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Spring break 22

Terrific place. Well appointed and in a great location. Those that know the village at Rosemary might not be as surprised as we were... trash trucks start very early and the close confines gurantee a disruption. Same thing with the landscaping crew and the team of backpack blowers that started blowing at 7:30.
