Die Heimat des New York Mets Training Camps, des National Navy Seals Museum und des Green Luscious Savannah Park Reserve. Unser Haus befindet sich in der Stadt Port St. Lucie, 10 Minuten. von I-95 und FL Turnpike. Wir sind 2 Minuten vom Publix Grocery, Port St. Lucie Medical Center ER und Neuheitenrestaurants.

Dies ist ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Wir vermieten nur 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, schlafen 4 bequem, können aber 6 unterbringen. Wir haben ein bequemes Queensize-Schlafsofa, auf dem die 2 zusätzlichen Gäste gegen einen Aufpreis von 30,00 pro Nacht übernachten können. In dem abgeschlossenen Raum im Haus lagerten die Familiengegenstände. KEINE HAUSTIERE und NICHTRAUCHER auf dieser Eigenschaft wie im Mietvertrag angegeben. Rollstuhl: Es gibt Zugänglichkeit im und aus dem Haus an den vorderen und hinteren Eingängen.
Unser Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin an beiden Seiten mit Bücherregalen für Bücherliebhaber jeden Alters. Leihen Sie sich ein Buch aus unserer Bibliothek und nehmen Sie es sich in unserem bequemen Schaukelstuhl bequem und lesen Sie nach Herzenslust. Beiliegender hinterer Patio mit Aufenthaltsraumbereich großartiger Platz zum Abhängen und Spielen von Brettspielen.

A Nice winter

Very clean ;and what I expected. TV programing a problem as everything was a podcast or app selection. My brother and I both had problems but the host tried to make it better.

Spring get away

Property has a spacious common area with a kitchen that has everything you need for a meal in. Bed was comfortable. The satin sheets were a nice surprise. Location was great for getting to all our favorite places. Host was very friendly and responsive responsive.

Fantastic house

The stay was fantastic. My brother and I were comfortable through the whole stay. There was a minor issue with the HVAC unit, but Sashel communicated with me immedistely and the resolution occurred quickly. I woukd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean Port St. Lucie Home

Clean and as described in the listing. Served our purposes for which we came down and was a welcome respite from the tasks we had to complete while in Florida. Only improvements needed would be better stocked with some necessary items and an easier way to get in. The lock box was a bit tricky.

Nice house but some issues

The house has adequate space for a small group. The listing says 3 bedrooms but only two can be used. It was clean but the ants in the kitchen became a problem; we weren't told about them until we arrived and saw the note. The lanai was very enjoyable because the windows opened easily. Few other windows could be readily opened because of damaged screens or blinds that didn't stay up. The owner made some serious efforts to deal with problems and installed a new DVD player for us, which was much appreciated. There were "warning" signs posted all over the house, not appreciated. Having decorative towels with large signs saying "do not use" seemed silly. Signs said don't water the plants but a note in the binder said DO water the plants. It caused some confusion about what was our responsibility during our 4 week rental. The drains were very slow in the master bath and sink. We didn't complain because we appreciated the efforts made for other issues. Imagine our surprise that it was later blamed on my "hair loss". I recommend mentioning any problems immediately. The neighborhood was pleasant for walking and seemed very safe. Port St. Lucie is a nice area, but it is a 30 minute drive to the beach, although the beaches were beautiful.

Amazing owners & could not be happier!

The owners took the time to communicate over the phone while deployed over seas, and their house is beautiful and cozy. They went above & beyond to make our stay absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this property as all the necessities are literally less than a mile away. Highly pleased with everything, you will not be disappointed!

Charming and comfy

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean property and nicely equipped kitchen. Great back porch. Stores are very close by. The owner, Sashel was very quick to respond, very caring, despite being on deployment! Self check in and out was a breeze. Had a great week!

Comfortable, enjoyable and clean

This home was great for our one-month stay. We enjoyed the spacious living area and screen porch. Sashel was very attentive to our questions in advance of the booking, and checked in with us once we arrived - a nice welcoming touch. The nearby tennis and Pickleball courts are wonderful. We were able to play anytime we wanted because there are so many courts. This home is close to grocery stores and a major road, yet far enough away for the neighborhood to be very quiet. Beaches and enjoyable bike paths are a bit of a drive but definitely worth it.

A wonderful home

We experienced a lovely 4 days in Port St. Lucie. The home was very spacious and immaculately kept. We found it conveniently located- very near grocery stores, pharmacies and other stores and a short drive to NY Mets at Clover Park. Sashel was very attentive to our questions and always responded promptly. We highly recommend.

Excellent rental home

Our stay in Sashel's home was just right. The house was clean and comfortable, just as described by VRBO. It had a lovely screened-in porch and pretty landscaping. The amenities provided were great - we had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood had many convenient stores and restaurants, and we had easy access to our planned activities. I was attracted to the open floor plan and the front window in the kitchen. I always want a house with a kitchen window to the road. I can look out on people passing by while I prepare my meals. I fell in love with this property for these reasons.
