Nach Ankunft in Playa Guiones, betreten Sie das komplett geschlossene Anwesen und erleben Sie die Ruhe des Pools und Gartens. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen Sie sich auf der Terrasse, während Sie ein Buch lesen oder einfach den Klängen der Brüllaffen in der Nähe lauschen. Öffnen Sie die Wand von Glastüren, um ein wunderschön renoviertes 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad Haus mit einem Loft zu finden, die bequem Platz für 6 Personen und verfügt über allen Komfort von zu Hause.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im Abschnitt G. Sie können ein Surfbrett von Juan SurfCo nebenan nehmen und in weniger als 5 Minuten zum Strand gehen. Genießen Sie die Brandung und den Sand nach Herzenslust und gehen Sie dann zurück, um einen Burger aus Burgers and Beer oder eine Acai Bowl von Go Juice Nosara zu verschlingen.

We loved this house and especially the location. We hope to come back. Only negative, was since the pool is shaded all the time the water is a little chilly

Great location, nice place but needs a bit of work...

First I want to start off by saying that communication with Kathy was wonderful. We had a few concerns but they were addressed right away. The location of this place is amazing. Could not be in a better spot. So if location is what you are after, this is great. This is a rental...burn and churn rental. So be prepared for that. There are many livable aspects but some not so good. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed were the very rusty chairs outside. All of the outside furniture had spiderwebs and rust. Not very inviting and should be updated and cleaned. The pool is great for a dip and very refreshing but it's not a place to lay out and hang as there are leaves and dirt all around it. The place does not get much light due to the trees so you pretty much hang outside just for the pool. We first went inside the house and realized there were NO curtains on any windows, even in the bedrooms. There was absolutely no privacy. We brought this up with Kathy immediately and it was fixed right away, so thank you!! The kitchen items were lacking and the staff also brought more items as well, which was wonderful. The shower in the "master" was great, but be prepared for the "outside" shower in the guest bathroom. There is no screen on the top of the shower, so you are showering with ants, leaves, bugs, mosquitos and even crabs. Yep....a crab got into the shower and into the bathroom. We were well aware that we are in the jungle, yes. But we had stayed at two other homes in the same price range, both with indoor/outdoor showers, and the others had screens on top of the shower to prevent us from showering with critters. It would be really helpful to add this. Also note that there is no hair dryer and no soap. The a/c worked great as did the wifi. There was some construction going on next door which created a lot of noise during the day. Also be aware that the roof is metal and the trees all drop these pods and it makes loud banging noises as they fall off the trees all day and night. If location is what you are looking for with convince and a dipping pool...this is a great rental! If you are looking for true comfort, quiet and amenities, this would not be my recommendation. Again, Kathy was great in addressing our concerns and very responsive, which was truly appreciated. The place just needs a little TLC and updating. If these items got fixed, it would be an absolute gem to rent!!

Family of 4 spent 5 days in Guiones. House met all our needs. Great location and easy access to beach. Would def go back and probably will.

Amazing location in the north

Location is amazing - between the mini super and gilded iguana. Perfect to grab a board from the surf club. It's the perfect size for 2-6 people. Plenty of room and well decorated. Home has alarm - so we felt safe leaving everything. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location!

Really enjoyed location. Easy walk to beach and right in the middle of town for all of the restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc...nice shaded house/dipping pool to come back to after hours of surfing to take a break from the sun. Great house, loved the decor, and loved be able to open up the doors/windows for indoor/outdoor feel.

Beautiful boho chic home close to everything!

We love this house! It was open and so comfortable, there was room for us and our 2 kids to relax easily. The couch was comfy, the beds were comfortable also. The towels were fluffy and so nice. The house was spotless. The fans were great and there were plenty of ac units which we used sparingly as the fans were very effective. The property is very large and the landscaping was so nice and created a shady respite from the hot sun. The kids enjoyed the pool several times a day. The home is beautifully decorated and I appreciated the throw rugs and numerous decorative pillows. Beautifully decorated! North Guiones and it's shops and restaurants are right outside of your privacy wall- so convenient!!! My favorite feature was the wall of glass that opens up (accordian style) completely with the magic screens that pull across the entirety to keep the bugs out. It made us feel like we were outside. We loved this home and hope to return someday!

Our Stay

Loved our stay, super close to everything! Very clean and comfortable, my only suggestion would be more cutlery in the kitchen and some more staple kitchen items for cooking We will definitely be back!

Spring break with teenagers

Everyone loved staying in this house! My husband, myself, and my two teenaged kids. It is literally in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere, and took an occasional tuktuk ride. We did not rent a car, but even if we had, we would have walked everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, and beautifully furnished. The pool was especially refreshing in the afternoons. The house is quite sound proofed, and quiet for being on the main road. We did mostly keep it closed up because of the AC. Had we been there during a cooler time of year I would have had all the large beautiful windows wide open! We felt very safe both in the house, and in town. We enjoyed surf lessons, zip lining, ATV tour, and lots of beach time. We did very little cooking while we were there, but the kitchen is lovely, and making eggs in the morning and quesadillas at lunch was a breeze. Both the owner, and the property managers were so helpful answering questions. Overall, a great VRBO experience, and I highly recommend this vacation home! Pura Vida!
