Unser Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub oder eine lustige Reise mit Freunden gelegen. Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2½ Bädern bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen in Betten. Vineyard Vista liegt zentral zu allen Annehmlichkeiten, die The Lookout zu bieten hat. Dieses Haus verfügt über eine geräumige, umlaufende Veranda, die nur wenige Schritte vom Vineyard Park entfernt ist, einem wunderschönen und weitläufigen Park, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Vineyard District erstreckt.

Beim Betreten des Hauses werden die Gäste von einer offenen Hauptetage mit schönen Holzböden, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Quarzarbeitsplatten, Gasherd / Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Weinbar, Sitzgelegenheiten für 3 Personen und einem Bauern-Esstisch für 7 Personen begrüßt. Das offene Wohnzimmer hat einen bequemen Schnitt, einen Sessel und einen Gaskamin. Wir haben einen an der Wand montierten Smart-Fernseher mit allen Apps, die Sie zum Ansehen Ihrer Lieblingssendungen und Ihres Blu-ray-Players benötigen. Auf dieser Etage gibt es eine Gästetoilette und einen Kleiderschrank mit Pool- / Whirlpool-Handtüchern, einer Kühltasche, Strandtaschen und einem Hochstuhl, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können.

Es gibt zwei Türen, die auf eine breite, überdachte, umlaufende Veranda mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Esstisch führen. Der Hinterhof bietet einen Grill, einen Whirlpool für 6 Personen, eine Gas-Feuerstelle und Adirondack-Stühle, die nach einem Tag auf dem See für einen perfekten Abend sorgen.

Die obere Ebene des Hauses verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Nachttischen, Kommode Schubladen und Kleiderschrank. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche. Die obere Ebene umfasst auch ein Gästezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, Nachttischen und einem Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett, ideal für Kinder und Erwachsene. Dieser Schlafraum bietet Stauraum für all Ihre Dinge und eine Xbox One-Konsole mit einer Auswahl an Spielen. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Smart-TV ausgestattet. Diese 2 Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer im Obergeschoss mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche. Der Wäscheschrank befindet sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss. Hier finden Sie eine Frontlader-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett und einen Staubsauger.

Wir hoffen, wir haben an alles gedacht, um Ihren Aufenthalt im "Vineyard Vista" so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten umfassen; Brettspiele, eine Auswahl an Filmen und Büchern, Haartrockner in jedem Badezimmer, Kabel-Service und kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN.

Die Lookout-Community wächst und es kann während Ihres Aufenthalts zu Bauarbeiten kommen. Die Bauzeiten variieren je nach Saison, liegen jedoch zwischen 7:00 und 23:00 Uhr. m. - 18:00 Uhr m. wochentags und um 8:00 uhr m. - 16.30 Uhr m. an Wochenenden. Delightful time spent on the porch catching up as a group and 1:1 as well as interacting with neighbors. Great meals created in the stocked kitchen and enjoyed inside and the perfect dining table outside. The hot tub created more fun times as did the fire pit. Support from the Lookout Service Crew was awesome. The only thing we wanted was more vacation time. :-)

This property is in the perfect location. Nestled in between both pools and short work to the top of the hill to catch the shuttle down to the lake front. Remember cash to tip these hard workers driving you up and down all day long. The property had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Our favorite time was spent out on the wrap around porch having morning coffees or evening drinks. Even eating dinners at the table on the porch was memorable. The views are amazing and we will definitely be back.

Reasons: perfect size for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids 7 and 9, although eight would have felt a bit crowded. It is about halfway between the two pools, not far to the Cove pick up point, and the grassy area in front is perfect for frisbee, soccer, badminton, etc. The sun is off the back of the house by lunchtime and a great place to sit out of the hot sun or watch kids playing later in the pm. The front area is cool in the morning and the hot tub and fire pit are fun for evening smores and relaxing. The house has everything we needed other than an oven glove! Clean, uncluttered, little for kids to knock or break. Very comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of pool towels. We had excellent service from the Lookout when we needed special accommodation down to the Cove for an older person. Renting watercraft was easy and very convenient. Overall a great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vineyard Vista was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation to Chelan. The home was very clean, well stocked, great location (in between both pools so you could take your pick!), and well maintained. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the porch and my kids loved having the grassy area in front to run around on. We also got to meet some nice dogs as they came strolling by with their owners. The home was outfitted for most of what we needed - towels for the pool, Keurig coffee (and regular coffee maker), various kitchen items. The beds are all very firm so something to note if you prefer a more plush sleeping experience. The only downside of this home was there was something going on with the AC when we were there and the fan upstairs was blasting and sounded like a jet engine. To be fair, it was over 100 degrees while we were there so AC may have been working overtime, but it was loud enough to disrupt our sleep and cause us to be pretty chilled at night looking for extra blankets with the AC blasting straight on us all night. We did call maintenance to come take a look but it wasn't fixed while we were there (hopefully it's been fixed now!). There was a pretty significant temperature difference from downstairs (comfortable temp) to upstairs (freezing).

Is was great to see constant upkeep while we were there, shows there's investment in keeping the neighborhood in tip top shape and pride in the neighbourhood. Everything within walking distance. Wonderful Summer Getaway

We had a lovely time at this property. With Covid, we had been wanting to find a place we could social distance, yet still get in a little sun. While parts of the neighborhood did become busy, we were able to avoid other groups early in the morning and after dinner. The home was clean, functional and thoughtfully prepared. We’d definitely visit again!
