Willkommen bei "On a Whim ...", direkt am Nordufer des wunderschönen Chelan-Sees. Dieses brandneue, 3-stöckige Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Schlafzimmern liegt in Fußnähe zum Jachthafen 70 und zum Lookout Park mit einem Kinderspielplatz, einem großen offenen Feld, einem Pickleballplatz, einem Außenkamin, einem Gemeinschaftsgrill und einem Pool & Whirlpool!

Dieses Haus wurde professionell von Thomasville von Bellevue dekoriert, bis hin zu den Kissen und der Bettwäsche. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über breite Holzdielen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, darunter ein Edelstahl-Waschbecken, Caesar-Arbeitsplatten, einen Gasherd, eine große Insel mit 2 Barhockern und einen Esstisch für 8 Personen. Das große, offene Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen übergroßen Schnitt, 2 Ledersessel, einen Couchtisch, ein bestücktes Bücherregal, einen gemütlichen Gaskamin und eine separate Leseecke. Öffnen Sie die 15-Zoll-Glas-Nana-Wand, um das weitläufige Au��endeck (20 x 24 Zoll) in den Wohnraum zu bringen. Das ist großartig! Das große Deck verfügt über einen Esstisch für 8 Personen, einen großen Schnitt und zwei Liegestühle, um die 300 Sonnentage zu genießen!

Auf der obersten Ebene des Hauses befindet sich ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit 10 x 24 Zoll Außendeck, komplett mit privatem 2-Sitzer-Bistrotisch und 2 Loungesesseln, um den Kindern oder Unternehmen zu entkommen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Nachttische und große Kommodenschubladen sowie einen an der Wand befestigten Samsung Smart TV. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Doppelwaschtisch. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und eigenem an der Wand befestigter Samsung Smart-Fernseher und großen Schränken. Die 2 Queen-Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer im Obergeschoss mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Die untere Etage ist der perfekte Ort für Kinder oder der perfekte Ort für eine Party am Spieltag. Ein großer wandmontierter 65-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Blue Ray. Ein massiver Schnitt verbirgt einen geheimen Königsschläfer, nur für den Fall, dass Sie es nicht wieder nach oben schaffen können! Es gibt auch einen Spieltisch mit 4 Stühlen und viel Platz, um einige Kissen auf den Plüschteppich zu werfen und einen Film anzusehen. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über 4 stabile eingebaute Etagenbetten, die jeweils mit Leselicht und eingebauten Schubladen, einem großen Schrank und viel Spielraum ausgestattet sind. Das Bunk Room verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbad mit Badewanne / Dusche. Unterwäsche mit Bügelbrett, Reinigungsmitteln usw.

For a large group in the winter, the main level would be pretty small as it is too cold to stay outside. The decor is a little outdated but the colors are pretty. The master bedroom has a foam mattress topper that should also have a mattress pad for cleanliness. Overall, I would stay here again as the view is unmatched!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

The house was much larger than we needed, but the view & community amenities were so worth it! We really enjoyed the indoor - outdoor flow of living in the house with the accordion doors to the deck. I’m the neighborhood we used the valet shuttle down to the beach, playground & swing-set, and even walked down to Vin du Luc for some wine tasting! We would definitely stay at On A Whim again, and in the Lookout in general. We found the ping pong table in the garage on our last day as we were leaving - so that will be on our list for next time! My only complaint, and so minor, was the toiletries provided, ie shampoo, conditioner, etc, were extremely difficult to open. So next time I will bring our own.

Amazing Property

This house is stunning. Perfect location with amazing views. Very clean and well thought out and the kitchen was outfitted with plenty of utensils and a variety of glassware for all your needs. The Sonos sound system was a huge plus as well! Only downfall of our stay was due to the homes being so close together and our neighbors were a bit noisy, but that was luck of the drawn. Everything else was perfect.

Very Nice Home

The house had everything we needed and was in great condition . We loved all the light from the big windows. Had fun sitting on the deck all bundled up and watched the Holiday Fireworks display they had in town . Only downside for us was the Master Bed. We did not even sleep in the master due to the bed being so uncomfortable. It is a foam mattress and that was the one downside to our visit . We would like to return to the house but not sure due to the one bed . Other beds were fine. Couches were very comfortable and loved the fireplace.

Amazing View in the Lookout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has an amazing view. It's one of only a handful of houses on the bluff with unobstructed 180 degree views of the lake. Simply amazing. The house is also nice - clean and well furnished. The umbrella for the outdoor dining table was there when we stayed in June, but gone in August. That was nice to have for meals outside. Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke on the second day of a 10 day stay. With a family of four, that was really difficult. They did bring us a tiny counter top one, but it was very hard to do our dishes. Gnats were also a huge problem. We could open the door (or the nana wall) at all because too many gnats would come in. I put out apple cider vinegar, and it had a 1/2 inch of dead gnats by the time we left. But that's an issue with Chelan in general in August. The house and view are overall fantastic though.

Everything is quality: from the living room furniture, the beautiful dining room table right through to the beds and bedding: all very high quality. Two living areas: one where the kids could watch TV and play board games and the main level living area with that beautiful mesmerizing view. The outdoor living is exceptional. We also loved the marina area and made use of their jet ski rental: very simple and straight forward process. We loved the neighborhood's walkability and loved walking to the Bistro for dinner and to the coffeeshop at the pool. We made use of the pools and hot tub and it was very pleasant and family oriented. There was a firepit with tools for Smores. The developers thought of everything! One of our best vacations. We LOVED LOVED our stay and hope to be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and the Lookout. A couple of issues at the house that we would like the owner to be aware of: the heating/cooling system did now work properly. We froze at night upstairs (blowing cold air) and one night I had to sleep on the main floor. We reported the issue and it was looked at but we were told they needed to reach the owners to fix the problem. The main floor never cooled down. The downstairs was very cool too. The Net control adjustments were temporary. We did not try to heat it up using the ductless system. A new coffee maker is needed. The home lacked large serving trays, basic utensils, and dishes (bowls).
