Wunderschönes renoviertes Mid Century Modern Ranch Haus in Cheyenne Canon direkt neben dem Cheyenne Creek! Sie werden Ihre eigene Brücke haben, um beim Betreten des Grundstücks zu fahren und können das Geräusch des Baches von jedem Raum im Haus mit den geöffneten Fenstern hören! Ganz in der Nähe des Broadmoor (3 Minuten Fahrt / 12 Minuten zu Fuß), Stratton Open Space (5 Minuten zu Fuß) Seven Falls, Hellen Hunt Falls und Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Eine kurze Fahrt bringt Sie nach Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garten der Götter und mehr.

Der Raum

Das Haus befindet sich in der North Cheyenne Canyon / Broadmoor Nachbarschaft entlang Cheyenne Creek. Die Reservierung beinhaltet den Zugang zum gesamten Hauptbereich dieses neu renovierten Ranch Style Hauses. Der Grundriss ist sehr offen und einladend und Sie können den entspannenden Sound des Cheyenne Creek hören, der direkt neben der Unterkunft verläuft.
Sie betreten den gemütlichen und offenen Wohnbereich neben den geräumigen Küchen- und Essbereichen. Die Küche hat eine Glasschiebetür zum Hinterhof Patiobereich mit Loungemöbeln im Freien und einem komplett geschlossenen Garten mit 6 'Privatsphäre Zaun.

Auf dem Flur vom Wohn- / Essbereich finden Sie die beiden Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer auf der Vorderseite des Hauses verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Kommode, Glasschiebetür an der Vorderseite des Hauses. Zwei zusätzliche Fenster an der Seite des Bettes für hervorragende Luftzirkulation. Justierbarer moderner Deckenventilator, justierbare Lichter auf Dimmer. Windows haben Up / Down-Blackout-Schattierungen. Öffnen Sie die Schiebebarnyard Tür zum privaten Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken und eine geräumige verglaste Dusche mit Doppel-Duschköpfen und Fliesenbank. Ein geräumiger begehbarer Kleiderschrank / Ankleideraum mit viel Platz für Koffer und alle Kleidungsstücke und Doppelkofferregale.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, oben / unten Verdunkelungsblenden an den Fenstern und verstellbare Deckenventilator, verstellbare Lichter auf Dimmer.

Am Ende des Ganges zwischen den beiden Master-Schlafzimmer finden Sie die Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihren Gebrauch.

Canyon getaway

Comfortable Home and Great Location

We loved our stay here! The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our dogs loved the backyard. We spent a lot of time out there and loved the layout with the screen door right off the kitchen. We were in town for our wedding and it was the perfect home base. The main bedroom is spacious and I took full advantage of the large closet. The kitchen is well-equipped. The couch is very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely to walk, run, or drive through. Will absolutely book here again when we're back in town.

Perfect for a Summertime Stay

We booked this property based on the location to several sights we wanted to see and trails we wanted to hike. Our daughter lives in Denver and this was a chance to visit with her as well, so she drove down for two of our five days for some outdoor adventures with us. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the sound of the outdoor creek was absolutely perfect! Being from Georgia, we were a little worried when we arrived and saw the house did not have A/C, but we realized very quickly that we didn't need it. We opened the windows and the house cooled within 10 minutes and we slept so wonderfully at night with the open windows and the sound of water rushing outside. We were even greeted by a young Buck feeding next to the creek as we arrived. We spent most meals eating out and the location of this house was central to the things we wanted to do and see. Our favorite thing was morning walks up to the Broadmoor Hotel for a cup of coffee and to stretch our legs while taking in the exquisite hotel grounds. The house had everything we needed, and we loved using the blue tooth stereo at night while our family played cards and games. We were a 10 minute drive from Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. Lots of fabulous restaurants! We are so thankful we could make family memories here and would definitely book this home again!

Great Location

Very nice house close to town. Easy to find, easy to check in. Very clean and roomy. There was literally nothing wrong with it at all, exactly as described. Side note for anyone with a large vehicle: There is a fenced off area in front of the garage doors that is very tight, so you may want to park on the road.

Perfect, peaceful, picturesque

It was love at first sight: the rushing Cheyenne Creek greeted us as we drove across the private bridge and into the immaculate front garden. The home is spacious (photos don’t do it justice), filled with sunlight, and is well-appointed. Kitchen stocked with staples like spices, coffee, ice, condiments, and an impressive array of cooking gear. Huge bedrooms, modern bathrooms, upscale appliances, lots of windows to let in cooling breezes. Ample fenced backyard with sectional, grill, shade umbrella, and hammock. Checkin and checkout a breeze. Next time, we will stay longer!

We were so close to Hiking Trails and waterfalls walking distance to the Historic Broadmoar Hotel and 5 star restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with an Awesome stream running through the front of house!

Fabulous property

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We were in Colorado Springs for a family wedding. The bridal party got ready at the house. Very open floor plan. The decor is fabulous. The backyard is very private with furniture and lovely for evening visits. The bedrooms each have a bath which was great! The owner was very responsive to questions. My only caution would be that the creek would be dangerous for young curious kids. But it makes for fabulous ambiance and sleep for adults!!

Comfy and relaxing

First of all, it’s rare to find a home with two king beds and 2.5 baths. ✔️ the living area was spacious. the kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast and margaritas 😀 even a ninja and a juicer! we’re so lucky, because it snowed while we were there. will definitely look up this place if we visit CO Springs again.

Feels like home!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott”s home. It was bright, clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for two hungry toddlers and the backyard was a perfect, safe, kid-friendly space for them to roam. We’ll be back!

Comfortable and relaxing!

We loved the open floor plan with very comfortable furniture. Having two king beds was a plus! Our son took the master bedroom so that he could fall asleep to the babbling brook sounds outside the windows! Very beautiful place with eclectic paintings in all rooms! We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent!

We were so pleased when we entered this property! It was immaculately clean, and the items provided were thoughtful and generous. We enjoyed staying near a stream and hearing the water outside. The lack of AC was not a problem, we closed the house up during the day, opened the windows up at night and made use of the fans provided. Everything cooled down delightfully overnight! The location is very convenient to the Broadmore, downtown Colorado Springs, and Manitou, plus the hiking trails above Cheyenne Mountain High School. The host is very responsive and accessible. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and felt this one was the best of all!

Hot times in Colorado!

Very convenient home to many Colorado Springs and Broadmore activities. Kitchen was equipped and beds were comfortable. The woodsy running brook in the front of the property was beautiful. Only negative was we were in hot weather during our stay and the fans were not adequate enough for comfort. A portable air conditioner during the 90 degree weather would make this place perfect!

Lovely home

The house was well appointed. Nicely decorated with wonderful size rooms and bathrooms. The creek in the front yard was awesome!! Didn’t realize when we booked it that there was no air conditioning. The weather was. Nice but would worry about really hot days. All in all. Was Great!!

Highest recommendation!

Spotless (and I have high cleanliness expectations), comfortable home! Nice linens, comfortable beds, all the conveniences of home. Property manager checked in with me by phone to see if all was going well. Very easy to work with! Outdoor space was nice. Slept with the windows open to listen to the stream. Blackout shades were nice to have as well! More toiletries were provided than I expected. Thank you! Hope to be back!

Cozy property in a great location!

We enjoyed this clean and modern property! The location was perfect for our planned activities. The creek that flows through the front yard is so serene. Beki, the property manager, was awesome to work with and Scott, the property owner, you can tell is one cool dude as his personality shines through, complementing this place!

Hi there my name is Scott and I'm the home owner! I grew up in Colorado Springs and know the area well especially North Cheyenne Canyon and its wide range of mountain bike trails. I rented my place out before Covid and am just now making it available again! I'm always available / reachable for guests. My goal is to rent my place out about 1 week or so a month, and prefer lighter occupancy which is why I'm also making it avail for 1 week stays. I look forward to accommodating you!

I bought this home in 2016 and completely renovated it but kept its mid-centurny modern charm. I fell in love with this house because it's right next to Cheyenne Creek and there are fish in the creek, ducks that swim in the creek, deer everywhere, rabbits, squirrels, you name it. I love living in Cheyenne Canyon because of the outstanding mountain biking right down the street (starting at Stratton Open Space you can access some of the best Mountain Biking the springs has to offer!), being able to walk around the Broadmoor hotel lake just a quarter mile up the road, all the nature in the area.

Right along the creek with a private bridge going over the creek from Cheyenne Road to the private driveway. You feel like you're at your own little oasis with the sound of the water, the bridge, the animals. The Broadmoor Hotel and all it's fantastic amenities is a 10 minute walk. Sacred Grounds coffee shop is a 5 minute walk. Stratton Open Space is a 5 minute walk. Seven Falls (gorgeous natural attraction) is a 10 minute walk.
