Diese familienfreundliche Wohnung in der zweiten Etage bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick von ihrem doppelt großen Balkon direkt am Strand - und bietet Ihnen, Ihrer Familie und Freunden einen eigenen Blick auf die Palmen, Sanddünen und das klarblaue Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko.

Das Gerät bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsofa sowie zwei Badezimmern. Es verfügt über eine geräumige Küche zum Kochen und einen Essbereich sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Sofa und einem Flachbild-TV. WiFi inklusive.

Draußen können Sie am Pool entspannen oder an den Stränden baden (Stühle und Sonnenschirme können im Sommer beim Strandservice gemietet werden). Sie werden keinen besseren Ort finden - eine begehbare Gegend in der Nähe des Hangouts (Heimat des bekannten Musikfestivals) und des jährlichen National Shrimp Festival sowie lokaler Fischrestaurants und Strandbars. Einkaufen in den Tanger Outlets ist eine einfache Fahrt die Straße hinunter.

Family Beach Getaways

This condo is in a great location and was perfect for our small family. Plenty of stores and local restaurants within walking distance so you don’t have to worry about getting the car out after a long day on the beach. But if you do PARKING is awesome! Never had to worry about finding a spot. Highly recommend this rental. We’ll be back!

Perfect location

Started out great until we were told the condo association would be spraying Insecticide in the condo the next day .we drove over 7 hours & was looking forward to relaxing but we were unable to sleep well not knowing when people would arrive. We were notified the next morning 7:24 am they would skip this unit. Lounging on the balcony was a no go unless you've had a recent tetanus shot as the lounge chairs are complete rust & they are dangerous to anyone who tries to sit on them . The rolling beds are a danger as well, I tried to sit on the bed while getting dressed & the bed rolled across the room leaving me on the floor. Sinks in bathroom had dried toothpaste layers. Condo is in a great location & we enjoyed our stay. looforwardtttotonotwondering

Beach vacation

Great beachfront location with beautiful views. The unit was very clean with cute decor. Conveniently located near to restaurants. Nice parking area. Easy check-in requiring only a door code to access the unit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fall break

Location is perfect! Watched the sun rise every morning from our balcony. Loved being able to walk .5 miles to our favorite coffee spot - West Beach Coffee House located in the top of Pier 33 Grocery. On day 1 we arrived very early and the owners were very accommodating and let us check in early. The washer and dryer room was down just a few doors and takes cards so no change necessary. We will definitely stay here again!

Great views

Loved the property, location, and views. Clean. Had everything we needed. Loved having very few people and no noise. Beach wasn’t crowded and the pool was nice with just us in the pool when we were down there. The only thing I would change is the mattresses (needed to be softer) and maybe put the tall Adirondack chairs on balcony. Great communication and just what we wanted!

A little piece of paradise

First, the owners of this property are absolutely lovely and extremely accommodating. Second, even though the condo could use some updating, it provided all we needed for a relaxing friends weekend. The beach is just a step outside the property and coffee on the balcony in the morning and champagne in the evenings capped the stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect week at the beach

This little condo was in the best location! Exactly what we were looking for in a beach rental! While it was a bit dated and yes, the master bed was quite hard (lol), neither of those things took away from the convenience of being right at the beach, the pool and so many great restaurants. We would definitely come back again to Douthern Sands and the girgeous beaches of Alabama! Thank you for a great week!

Great location & beautiful beaches

This property was prime location. Beach was right outside of the facility and you can be in the water literally minutes from the door! Beaches are beautiful and not overcrowded. Great food options were within walking distance which was a bonus! The Hangout is a short walk as well. Would definitely stay here again! Great communication with the owner and very accommodating.

Cozy and Convenient

My family stayed here for our first time Gulf Shores. We loved the condo as it was a perfect location, right on the beach and close enough to walk to activities for the kids. The fact that it was a smaller complex allowed the kids to head down to the pool while we were still getting beach items ready. Would love to stay here again!

Family Vacation ‘24

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we really enjoyed it! Perfect location, walkable area. Easy access to the beach. We met so many nice people staying at our complex, some were regulars. Only complaints were that the king bed in the master bedroom was super firm and I do wish there had been a washer/dryer in the condo instead of having to pay to wash clothes in the shared laundry room down the hall. With little kids you go through clothes and towels quick!

Best Beach and View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The balcony view is incredible. The beachfront is amazing and it does not get overcrowded like both public areas. We decided it was the best beach around. The condo is just the right size and was clean. And it was quiet for the most part since we stayed in May. The pool area is clean and comfortable. I wish you could see the Gulf from the pool but its a short walk and balcony makes up for that. We really enjoyed this property. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions as well. Very much appreciated. Our only wish for this property is second bedroom have a queen instead of 2 singles. Or a full and a twin. But it still worked for 3 adults. Side note even if you are a music lover, and we are, my advice would be to steer well away from the yearly Hangout Music Festival. The area was way over crowded and the streets in that area are blocked off, we had a heck of a time figuring out how to get into the parking lot. And there are people running around in next to nothing which is not appropriate for small children to see. And it is very loud until about midnight after the fireworks show which feels like its right outside the condo. We were happy we had arrived on the last night of that then pure bliss the rest of the time.

We had a blast! The view from the condo was exactly what we hoped for, The water was beautiful and clear and the sand was super soft. There were many walkable restaurants and shops and the people were all very friendly. Great place to stay!

Great Stay

We go to Gulf Shores a couple times a year. We have always stayed in the high rise buildings. Gave this unit a try. Absolutely loved it. Matter of fact, we may try to stay every time it is available. Short walk to the beach and balcony faces the beach.
