Family of four stayed for skiing vacation. The on-site ski rentals and shuttle bus were very convenient and worked well for us. Unit was as-pictured and clean. Plenty of space and comfortable. If there is something to pick on in the unit condition, the carpet up the stairs to the master bedroom has some wear and stains and the Keurig coffee machine was not working (but regular coffee machine works). I liked that unlike many other rentals, they did not require you to perform certain chores on check-out; rather this was optional with a polite request (which we were happy to comply with). We did have some problem finding the building / unit and parking on arrival after a long day. The on-site signage is misleading because it would have you turn the opposite direction you need to go from the turn required to access the primary parking that happens to be under the building. No locating instructions were provided in the email I received with check-in details, rather these were found in the app (which I realized after). Well, I have T-Mobile and did not have adequate service (LTE) to load the information in the app. This critical information should really just be in the email with the check-in instructions. I guess my bad for assuming location would be obvious and not reviewing all of the information in the app carefully (and perhaps printing it).
