Diese geräumige Penthouse-Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für sechs Personen und verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick nach Westen und teilweise Hangblick nach Süden. Gewölbedecken im gesamten Gebäude, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und die Master-Suite verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zusätzliche Badezimmer bietet zusätzlichen Komfort. Es befindet sich in idealer Lage im River Run Village, nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und örtlichen Festen sowie einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Haken und eine Bank, auf der Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV über einem Gaskamin und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. In der Nähe des Wohnbereichs befindet sich ein Schrankbett, das nachts für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten aus der Wand gezogen werden kann. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Der Hausbesitzer stellt Ihnen auch einen Blu-ray-Player und Brettspiele zur Verfügung. Der Balkon liegt direkt neben dem Wohnbereich. Nehmen Sie die frische Bergluft auf und genießen Sie den teilweisen Hangblick nach Süden.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteilen ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit für unterwegs zuzubereiten, und verfügt über Geräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für vier. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Einzelwaschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Beide Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-ray-Player. Es gibt eine eingebaute Bank, die Stauraum bietet und Platz für die Aussicht bietet. Das eigene Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

Red Hawk 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great. Loved the larger bedroom and extra bathroom. Ski lockers are sort of a pain in the *** in Red Hawk. We did not use them. Put our gear in the car overnight and walked out of the garage as it was much easier. The street heading towards the gondola was very icy in the morning. As mentioned, the unit was great. The Kindred construction however really put a damper on the stay. The walkway from the River Run village to Red Hawk is closed. Walking around all the construction is a pain in the *** and at night the path is very poorly lit. Quite frankly million dollar studios do not fit the Keyston family vibe that I am used to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo for a small group of guys getaway. The Murphy, couch pull out and King bed suited us perfect as it probably would for a family with a couple kids. This is a great location with just a short walk to village and lifts/gondola. My only minor complaint is more with the lodge than the condo or condo owners. The ski lockers are on the back of the building and not in the parking garage level leading to a longer walk than if you could just walk out the parking garage door. We actually just used our car as our locker the last 2 days to cut that walk down a bit. Again, not this condo or condo owners control and only a minor inconvenience at most. Communication was great, room was clean and exactly what we expected. Will certainly rent this condo again if a similar trip comes up.

This time I stayed with my family. Unfortunately we all got sick, so it was a rough time, but the rental unit was great. I'm glad everyone was able to have their own bed since we were sick. The master bedroom had lots of room. I will definitely consider staying here again. Summit Country Mountain Retreats is my favorite property management company.

Location makes everything easier! Quick walk to anything, leave car in the heated garage. Nice year round pool and hot tubs. Well equipped kitchen. Luggage carts to bring stuff in and out. Easy!

Like others, no hot water/heat

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great however, this rental has persistent issues with a lack of hot water and heat. Prior reviews had indicated problems with hot water and heat and sure enough, the day of our rental, we received a text message indicating that both the hot water and the heat were not functioning. By the time we arrived, both hot water and heat had been restored however, the unit was cold due to not having heat much of the day. Unfortunately, by the time we woke up in the morning, the hot water was not functioning, which meant no showers. There was never communication around a partial refund due to a lack of services. Until they put some real money towards fixing their utilities, I can’t recommend this location. it should also be noted that you are not allowed to leave your car in the garage while skiing on your day of checkout despite being in walking distance of the gondola.

Snowboard trip!

Great overall stay. Clean cozy condo with wonderful views and a great location. Check in was a little complicated having to drive to the check in lock boxes and then having to drive to a separate property, all for our south elevator to get stuck on the 5th floor right as we are loading up the trolly to head in. Elevator was eventually sorted out so we could check in and had no issues moving forward. Other than the tight parking lot and elevator mishap, no complaints at all. Absolutely would book again!

Bad Experience Regarding Our Stay

We encountered several significant issues during our stay at the penthouse (South Tower, Unit 2313). Unfortunately, our experience has been far below the expectations for a premium rental.1-Broken Elevator: The elevator in the South Wing was out of service for the entire week of our stay, which was extremely inconvenient given that we were staying on the 5th floor. We called management multiple times to check on the elevator situation, but we were only told what we wanted to hear, with no clear or honest updates provided. Each time, we were reassured that concierge assistance would be available if needed. However, when we called on the last day to request concierge help with our luggage, no one showed up, and no one followed up to confirm the assistance we had been promised. This lack of reliability and communication made the situation even more frustrating.2-Overwhelming Sewer Smell: Upon arrival, we were met with a strong sewer odor that was overwhelming and disappointing.3-Broken Ice Maker: The refrigerator’s ice maker was not functioning, which added to the inconvenience during our stay.4-No Hot Water in the Master Bathroom: The master shower lacked hot water throughout the stay, making showering uncomfortable and unacceptable for this type of rental.5-Unclean Bedding: On the first day, we found hairs on the bedding, which raised hygiene concerns and left us very disappointed.To say this has been a terrible experience is an understatement.

Great stay

It was truly a great stay. This location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the cities but yet close enough to get there within 10 to 15 minutes. Itself has everything you need. Enjoy your time at the resort. The check-in process was a little flaky and it would be nice if there was a map to your actual condo location because there’s a north and south side to the building. Got lost a couple times. Lol Be wary of construction in the area as this location is growing rapidly.

Only one coffee pack so called for more. Need to go to the office off site to get them. Would be better customer service if on-site or brought to us.

Red Hawk Penthouse

Pros; The king bed was very comfy. The location was good although the walk around the new building construction was not great. The spa area was very nice with two hot tubs and a steam shower. Bring a towel from the condo though as there are not always towels provided. Cons: The selection of pots for cooking was very limited. There were many lids but only one smaller pot, the other two were large stockpots. I looked in all the cupboards and there were several things that were just taking up space, i.e. a rice cooker with no lid, a plastic knife holder in a cupboard. The temperature of the water in the master bathtub was lukewarm, luckily the other bath was fine. A toaster that was not working was replaced quickly. A light was burned out in the ceiling above the door. These things I reported to management and hopefully they will be fixed for the next renter. The selection of pots though, I think that is an owner thing. There were multi

Excellent Stay at Red Hawk Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to River Run Village and gondola was just what we were looking for. This unit fit our family of three perfectly. We really appreciated the Murphy Bed for our teenage son. Very comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. The property management company provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and everything was clearly communicated. For the most part the unit was clean and well maintained, but could use a good scrub. There was food on the walls next to the dining table and thick dust behind the bed.Also, the hot water was luke warm in the master shower however both sinks had hot water. It seems the cartridge for the shower needs replacing. The lukewarm shower was disappointing, however the other bathroom shower did have hot water. This was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent us from renting this unit again as everything else was so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back some day. Thank you!
