Unsere Wohnung liegt perfekt in der South / West Ecke 22. Etage mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen und ungehemmtem unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit über 1.980 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!

Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores ist reichlich: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, Wet Bar mit Eismaschine, 65 "-Flachbild-HDTV im Wohnzimmer und einem 55" -Flachbild-HDTV im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer und 43 "-Flachbild-HDTVs ausgestattet. Smart-TVs im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, ein Kingsize-Bett im 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer, zwei Queensize-Betten im 4. Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa.

Es gibt einen fantastischen Zero-Entry-Außenpool mit Wasserrutsche, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei hochmoderne Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf, Grillmöglichkeiten und einen Tennisplatz.

Excellent Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with our family (8 adults)and 3 grandchildren. The space was perfect for us and the balcony was a hit!! I was concerned about being so high up and having to take the elevator, however, there were 4 elevators and all were working!! It was not a problem at all. There was a boogy board for outside, but no beach chairs or umbrellas. Plan to bring your own or rent at the beach. The decor was beautiful and I don't have the appropriate words to describe the beautiful view! We did have random visits from from maintenence for spraying bugs and air conditioning filter replacement. A heads up about them coming would have been nice. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to return to this beautiful place!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location near the West end of Gulf Shores. It was not nearly as crowded as Orange beach can be. The condo was very well equipped for cooking. Eight people fit comfortably. Pool was a great fit for the kids 2 to 10. Initial concern about no lazy river was not an issue. Friends were made quickly. The children declared it the best week of their life. The unit is on the Southwest corner with open view of the gulf and a sunset show each evening. Initially some of the group were pushing to go to Florida Rosemary/30a. At the end of the week they agreed that Gulf Shores is comfortable place to be.

Awesome place

We loved it! Make sure you buy toilet paper. We just assumed there was more and ended up in a minor crisis situation, lol. Other than that, the condo and facilities were perfect. We already want to return.

Outstanding

We were here with eight people - four adults and four kids age 7-12. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. And the location - right on the beach with incredible views - couldn’t be beat! The pools and hot tubs were also terrific for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is stunning, stocked kitchen with a lot of space & storage. Great view, nice patio furniture, comfortable beds & linens seem practically new. Condo was very clean & ready when we arrived!! Ice maker very appreciated especially during July 4th week. Kids loved the waterslide! Ikes Beach Rental needs improving but this is no reflection on condo. Front desk not very helpful- parking passes are not available after 5 & check not before 4:30. Don’t dare show up outside their hours. They will make it very clear 9-5 only! Property Management emailed check in & check out instructions, door code which is all you need. Amazing Condo!!! Highly recommend! Perfect for us!

Phoenix Gulf Shores unit 2201 was perfectly configured for 4 couples. This is the 2nd year we have rented this unit. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, the kitchen is well stocked and the views are amazing since it it a corner unit.. highly recommend!

Beautiful view and property

We stayed here for our first family vacation since the 90s. This beachfront condo surpassed our expectations! The unit was on one of the top floors of the property and so the views were incredible. Very nice and clean condo with plenty of room for my family (4 couples plus 3 singles). The condo was close to the heart of Gulf Shores and the beach was beautiful. My 2 year old son loved the giant water slide at the pool. Would definitely come back again!
