Perfect first time to Destin!

Our stay at this condo was perfect! No issues what so ever. The place was at a prime location, 3rd floor was easily accessible to the pool, beach and parking garage. The host was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. We definitely plan to visit again!

This condo located in Destin Towers was everything as advertise and we had an awesome time. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was decorated beautifully and it was located steps away from the white sands of Destin beach.

Everything about our stay at Destin Towers was as advertised. It met our expectations from cleanliness to location. Check-in and check-out were simple. Parking was secure and convenient. Communication with host was effective. We enjoyed the amenities of the property and would recommend.

Perfect location

The location is perfect and we were happy with the security of the condo complex. There was a secure gate to drive into the property and door code for all entrances including in and out of pool/beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and heated. Communication with the property maintenance company was easy. Our original door code didn't work so we had to call and get a second code. The condo itself was as described. The positive was the seating for a family in the main room and the deck. From the deck you can watch the dolphins swim up and down the coast. The negative were the floors were a bit dirty and could have used a good mopping. The kitchen provides nothing extra (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc). The hot water was limited so had to stagger showers.

Exactly our speed!

Small gated community. Parking was covered which is wonderful. Our unit was well appointed and the views were exactly as posted, if not better! Our unit was updated four guests were very comfortable. Great access to beach. Not a large pool but was not busy for us. I would recommend the tower to anyone visiting.

Beautiful property, awesome location and responsive owner

Thank you so much Chris for an awesome stay at your property in Destin for my girlfriends and I. The location was convenient to the beach with a gorgeous balcony, 2 nice sized bedrooms one had a king bed and the other had 2 full sized beds. Exceptionally clean, basic necessities provided in detail and communication was wonderful. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Great Stay!

This condo is so pretty! We had everything we needed for a great stay. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, etc. We loved having a nice washer and dryer for nightly loads of beach towels, etc. The kids (age 6, 3 and 9mo) loved being so close to both the pool and the beach. Destin Towers is an older condominium complex, but is well maintained. Being a smaller complex, the pool and beach front were never overcrowded. Chris was super responsive via both text and the Vrbo app. We were happily accommodated with an early check-in. We will definitely return!

Destin Family Vacay

We stayed in this lovely condo for a vacay with our daughter and four grandkids. The property was exactly as advertised and fit us perfectly. The beach view from the balcony was amazing. We also appreciated being directly above the pool, because our group was often split between the balcony and the pool. We loved the location of the condo because it was such a short drive to our excursions and was also convenient to a variety of eateries. The property was well managed, and the process from check-in thru check-out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family getaway

This place exceeded our expectations. We had two families in the unit during our stay (4 adults, two 3 year olds and a one year old). Access to the beach is only a few steps past the pool and hot tub (the view from the unit is amazing). The balcony/porch was perfect for sitting and listening to the ocean at night. The washer/dryer are in great condition. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with extra blankets on the shelves, which was so nice as we had our 3 year olds with us on an air bed. Koozies and sunglasses welcomed us to the unit when we arrived which was a really cute touch. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths also in both bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The grills outside are great for when you want to stay in and cook/grill. Every night when we sat on the porch we never heard very much noise at all. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. My husband actually lost his sunglasses and we thought he may have left them in the unit after we had already left, so we contacted Chris and he helped us get back into the unit an hour after our check-out time to allow us to look for them. He also asked if we needed assistance with anything else and how our stay was. Great communication if anyone were to need to reach him during their stay. I 10/10 would recommend booking this place. It is worth it!

Amazing View

Had a fantastic time with my family while staying in this condo. View was perfect with easy access to the beach. The unit was exactly what we expected for a beachfront property. The staff was super friendly and accomodating throughout our trip. Chris was easy to communicate with and even helped recommend a crib rental company for our twins. Perfect place to stay in Destin for a week long getaway with the family, cant wait to come back.

A perfect place

This place is just beautiful! The view was spectacular. Immaculate inside . Seemed completely renovated and updated. Overlooking the pool and beach with covered parking. Fresh flowers and detergents and soap to get started. Marcus the building manager was available and fixed the shell on my Moms wheelchair. Chris was easy to deal with. Our first visit to Destin and this place was perfect. A corner room gave us a spectacular view looking towards the beach and west completely unobstructed! Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.

Beautifully renovated unit

The condo unit was very clean and nicely renovated. Although the property is older and shows typical “wear”, the facilities were immaculate. The property manager and owner were very responsive. We enjoyed our spring break and would recommend this listing.

Perfect in every, single way! Already looking to book this exact condo again in the near future. Not a lot of fluff in the building but truly spectacular views. A lovely, well kept pool and hot tub. The property was very clean and my kids loved it. It was very easy going to the beach and the pool because it was so close. We had no problems or issues at all staying there. The condo was beautifully decorated. Now my kids will have an experience they never had and they can remember this time. First time in Florida.

Perfect Beach Condo!

We loved the ease of getting to the the beach, the condo was gorgeous and tastefully decorated. The management team was great, quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful. The location of this condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do with the family! We would absolutely stay here again!!
