Willkommen in meinem Strandhaus! Diese neu gebaute 6-Einheiten-Anlage bietet nur eine Wohnung pro Etage, Tiefgarage mit privatem Aufzug, der direkt in die Einheit öffnet. Glasgeländer und massive Fenster vom Boden bis zur Decke bieten einen ungehinderten Blick auf die Bucht von Banderas, die Berge Sierra Madre und Marina Riviera Nayarit. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen elektronischen Eingang, einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit üppiger Landschaft, ein großes Palapa-Poolhaus mit einem Essbereich und einem Weber-Grill, einen Infinity-Pool, einen Loungebereich und eine Außendusche. Der weiße Sandstrand liegt nur wenige Schritte hinter dem sicheren Glasgeländer und alle in Gehweite von Restaurants, Nachtleben und dem Sonntagsmarkt.

Das Penthouse ist eine moderne 2-Bett / 2-Bad-Einheit mit 2 großen überdachten Terrassen und bietet fast 1780 Quadratmeter Luxus-Wohnen. Eine wundervolle Mischung aus modernen und mexikanisch inspirierten Möbeln aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts bietet die ultimative Entspannung in diesem professionell dekorierten Raum. Lounge auf der Terrasse, lauschen Sie den Wellen am Ufer, werfen Sie einen Blick auf einen Wal, beobachten Sie, wie die Segelboote auf dem Ankerplatz hüpfen und die Luxusyachten durch den Yachthafen segeln.

Amazing Views

This property has an amazing location. Right on the beach and close to the marina. The private roof top area and the plunge pool were the reasons why we rented this property. We spent a lot of time on the roof. The rest of the property is great with high end appliances, elevator direct to the condo, underground parking and very nice decorating. La Cruz is very quiet. It is nice but it doesn't have any banks or major shopping. We did end up renting a car and made many trips to Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias and Sayulita. Gecko Rentals in Bucerias has very reasonable rates.

Luxury, Leisure, and Knives that are actually SHARP!

Exceeded expectations. The kitchen is a dream for any foodie—finally, a rental with sharp knives (yes, really!), a Breville coffee maker, top-tier Wolf appliances, and a Sub-Zero fridge. HEAVEN! But the real magic? The private terrace with the pool. I honestly didn’t think we’d use it much, but spent most of our time there. GORGEOUS VIEW and obsessed with the marina. Could watch boats and whales all day. Huge thanks to Cheryl for her impeccable communication and spot-on recommendations—she made our stay effortless and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that blends luxury, comfort, and convenience, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous views and great location!

The views never get old at this location. Our favorite was watching the whales everyday from the roof top pool. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfy with lots of room in both bedrooms. There was always someone available to answer any questions or requests we had. The great thing about this property is that everything is within walking distance. The Sunday market is always a must and make sure you go on an empty stomach! The only time we needed a taxi (other than the airport) was to load up on groceries. Otherwise, there are tons of restaurants and bars within a 15min walk. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your wonderful home!

Beautiful Stay in la Cruz

We had a wonderful stay in la Cruz. The listing is exactly as advertised. Cheryl was very communicative and responsive to our questions and needs. There was unplanned maintenance to the elevator which required us to access the rooftop villa via the stairs, but Cheryl was quick to let us know and provide the onsite manager to help with our baggage and groceries. Would book again; the rooftop views and private pool are luxury accommodations far exceeding that of nearby hotels. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great place

Fantastic condo with views of Puerto Vallarta. Truly excellent food in the fish market next door. We loved the private pool and sitting on the patio, enjoying the views with our espresso in the mornings.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful…We enjoyed the Sunday market, sailboat regatas from the private rooftop pool, and several wonderful restaurants in La Cruz. The activity of Bucerias is just a 15-minute bus or taxi ride away. Michelle will happily arrange a taxi to pick you up at the condo. The penthouse is beautiful and thoughtfully well-appointed. Our stay was everything we thought it would be!

BEST LOCATION IN LACRUZ

This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely 2 bedroom penthouse. The condo is situated on the beach next to the Marina. Interesting to watch the bird life and the Marina activity from the 2 decks. Our favourite restaurants were Tacos on the street and Frascatis. delicious. We also enjoyed Sunday Market Day on the Marina Seawall. You can easily walk to all the restaurants,shops and bars but there is underground parking if you do have a car.. its a small town but has everything you need. my husband especially enjoyed the roof top plunge pool. The host was great, very professional and helpful. We will return.

La Cruz de Huancaxtle Penthouse Condo

We’ve been to dozens of places around the US and the World and hands down this one was set up with the highest class and overall creature comforts. From the robes to extra pillows and blankets, it felt like home away from home. It’s incredibly refreshing to arrive and not have to worry about the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, towels, etc. but you went the extra mile by providing coffee, binoculars, all the bathroom cosmetics and extra toiletries, Bluetooth speakers, separate beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and toys for kids (not something we needed, but a classy touch). Great oversized loungers by the pool with a different set of towels upstairs. Loved the extra Tequila, Rum, and mixer that was left over. Great way to start an afternoon in Mexico. The roads getting there and around town are a little ruff but the space is great.

What a view!

We had an amazing stay and the place was fantastic. The views were amazing and the location was great for exploring the Mexican coastline with our rental car. Highlights include the amazing view, the cooks kitchen, and the and the private rooftop pool. The unit comes with its own parking spot, and the elevator takes you directly from the garage to the penthouse. How cool is that?!

Quiet Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in comfortable, well appointed condo with a great view. Host was great and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our day trips to Punta de Mita and Saulita and loved the authentic food and local people we met in La Cruz.

Very easy check in, was able to use the property manager for a ride to condo, I’d recommend stopping at the big grocery store if you want food to cook, a lot more options and very nice store. Condo was exactly as presented in information, the rooftop plunge pool was our favorite. Yes there was construction around but we knew about it beforehand and thus not surprised and it wasn’t bad. Overall excellent time and would go back.

Beautiful views!

The apartment was exactly as the photos on the listing showed. Right on a lovely, little beach cove, and more quiet and unfrequented than Bucerias or Puerta Vallarta. Only steps away from the marina, and incredible views from every window at oceanside. There is a lot of building construction going on right now on the street where the condo is located, but once inside the apartment, you don’t hear a noise. The federal government is doing a major rebuilding of the main road between La Cruz and Bucerias, so not easy on people with back issues but does not cause major delays getting to Bucerias or PV. We had a wonderful 4 days in the apartment, and it has the best equipped kitchen of any vacation site I have been to.

Quiet sweet town, great view, beautiful safe space

La Cruz is a town on locals and expats. It’s a quiet non touristy destination. The marina is a convenient location as it allows for a nice walk into center of town. Some new restraints are opening and there is a ton of building going on- as the secret is out. The beach in front of the penthouse is perfect for swimming. The penthouse is as described - very nice! Very comfortable! We will be back! *only note is there is construction around the unit but it’s quiet by 6pm and the ocean and wind do a nice job distracting you from the sound. In puerta Vallarta area it’s near impossible to escape any construction…. We ended our vacation in Sayulita and I can say the quiet of la Cruz and comfort of this pent house are missed. Thank you for hosting us. - I travelled with a friend to celebrate her 50th. But this unit is nice for families as well.

Relax in La Cruz

Loved Cheryl’s condo! Great views of the marina and the bay, and the deck top pool was super relaxing. The unit had everything we needed to grill up some fish and shrimp from the market, and close to town for the nights we decided to eat out (and we highly recommend Masala’s for dinner). Would stay there again.

Recharge and Relax

First, the photos and descriptions were spot on. The location was perfect, far enough from PV Tourists but close enough to partake if desired. La Crux while sleepy was filled with unexpected options. Sunday Market was a must and dining options were excellent. The condo was perfect for dining in when we wanted too, coffee each morning watching the sun rise from any of the three balconies was a highlight. Floor plan and kitchen were perfect and it was nice to have a secure garage space. Location adjacent to the marina was a plus to watch all the fishing, sail, and motor yachts come and go. Beach favored by locals was perfect to walking and swimming without all the vendors constantly trying to sell you something. Cheryl did an amazing job decorating, furnishing and equipping the condo. You don’t need to bring anything. We wanted to not have an agenda, have to feel obligated at all inclusive resorts and really do what we wanted to and when. If you want that experience then PV would be a better choice. We will return next year.
