Eingebettet in diese begehrte geschlossene Enklave befindet sich "DoradoScape", eine spektakuläre, zweistöckige, 6800 Quadratmeter große OCEAN FRONT VILLA, die die größte ursprüngliche Villa ist, die von Laurance S. gebaut wurde. Rockefeller für The Dorado Beach Resort und Club und wurde vom jetzigen Besitzer liebevoll und sorgfältig gepflegt. Diese Villa verfügt über sieben Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer und die majestätische Karibikinsel Porte Rico. Sie befindet sich am 11. Loch des Historic Dorado Beach EAST COURSE.
Ein bequemes und privates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die untere Etage verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohn- / Essbereich neben der voll ausgestatteten Küche, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine Speisekammer mit schwebenden Regalen, einen Flur, der allen Zimmern dient, einen Hauswirtschaftsraum, und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Der Wohn- / Essbereich öffnet sich zu einem Terrassengarten und einer überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Dorado Beach East Course (der erste PGA-Golfplatz am Meer).

Auf jeder Seite des Wohn- / Essbereichs befindet sich eine geräumige, private Suite. Jedes verfügt über ein eigenes Vollbad sowie einen Schminktisch mit Waschbecken im Ankleidebereich.
Eine Suite öffnet sich zu jeder Seite auf eine Terrasse.
Die andere Suite verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mit einem kompletten Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle, die mit einem Terrassenschlafzimmer verbunden sind, das komfortabel eingerichtet ist, darunter ein überfülltes Schlafsofa und Blick auf die üppige Landschaft der Nordküste von Puerto Rico.

In der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei weitere luxuriöse Suiten mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Waschtisch mit Waschbecken im Ankleidebereich. Eine mit einer Dachterrasse und die andere öffnet sich zum Golfplatz mit Blick auf das Meer und die majestätische Natur dieser karibischen Insel.

Great location and wonderful, family-friendly property

We had a wonderful time here. The property had ample space for 8 of us and there were so many activities to do that were all within a walk, golf cart ride or bike ride. The optional house guest club membership program is essential to fully take advantage of all the property has to offer. The view of the ocean over the golf course was beautiful and refreshing. The property manager, Kelsey, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

I worked on planning the vacation for more than one year for my entire family of 10. Through the year I stayed in contact with the owner Lorreta who was very informative and insured me that the house was in order and that everything was good to go. On the second day the toilet in one of the bathrooms didn't work and it backed up and spilled over. This was very overwhelming taking me several hours to clean it. Despite the owner getting someone in the next day and saying they fixed it the toilet never worked the entire week we were there. The golf carts which was an additional charge was also a problem. On the second day we were there the carts were not holding the charge and left us stranded. We had to push one of carts on several occasions and needed the assistance of security to get us home. Come to find out that the charger-box got burned and needed repair. Once again the owner mentioned the problem was fixed but it was not. I understand that the owner attempted to get her caretaker's to resolve the issues but it still cause stress to my family at many levels. In addition we were charged by the owner for electricity use. She only allowed her tenants a very limited amount of KWatts/day. Over all we liked the house, the resort and the amenities. The owner has the house well equipped and cleaned. I recommend that you ask questions and read the materials on its entirety. Because of the hardship we endured I will give a Rating of 4 Stars.

This is a great rental property . This villa has so much charm . Its spacious and each room offers lots of privacy for a family or group of friends . Very convenient location within the resort. Wonderful Stay at Villa Dorado 2515!

We had plenty of room for our big family.. everyone had their own private suite with bathroom, which worked out well since we had family members ranging in age from 74 to 2 years old! Air conditioning units in each room worked very well (we mostly just used them at night to keep electricity bill down). The views from each balcony (there was at least one for each bedroom plus family room) allowed breathtaking views of the Dorado golf course and ocean! We felt like we had our own private paradise in this house! Kitchen was beautifully updated and allowed everything we needed to cook. Bathrooms were roomy. We loved touring around the Dorado property in the golf carts.. this Villa was a quick ride to the Encanto Beach Club, in addition to the gym and the water park. Overall, we loved our stay and the owner Loretta was very accommodating when preparing for stay at her villa!

Great family time in Dorado!

Huge split level villa with a bedroom and bathroom for each of our 3 kids. Golf and beach paradise in PR. Nice outdoor veranda off upstairs bedroom. Beautiful views of golf course and ocean. Owner is very accessible and responsive to renters questions at any time. Had one of the golf carts break during our stay and she had it fixed in less than a day! Temporary resort membership adds a little cost to the property, but it was essential to a wonderful experience. It gives you access to Encanto beach club, the golf courses and this really neat, first-class waterpark/lazy river which may be unique to the Caribbean. Kids absolutely loved it! East course is magnificent and resort allows unlimited range balls and free rental clubs if just hitting balls. Charge to rent clubs when playing obviously. Sugarcane course is also great. Cost of food at restaurants is pricey so be ready. Property is very beautiful with miles of paths and long beach walks. Decor of villa is slightly older than most properties but not a problem for us. Nearby grocery store was great. Wish there were more cable channels like ESPN and golf channel at a golf resort but again, no biggie. This is a great property for the price at one of the premier family golf and beach resorts in the Caribbean! Owner is great and very helpful.

Perfect Place for family vacation Dorado Beach

For this family vacation in PR, we wanted to stay on the grounds of the Dorado Beach - Ritz Carlton Reserve. We are familiar with these grounds and selected this villa since it appeared to offer the space we needed, a great location and it had a wonderful view. It really exceeded our expectations. We had a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean and golf course. There was a wonderful breeze because of this. The villa has a great porch where you could enjoy the breeze with two tables that were perfect for eating, playing cards or just hanging out. We were 8 adults in total and the villa was very spacious ( it is big!) and clean. We like to cook and the kitchen in this villa is probably the best appointed kitchen I have used in a rental. We took advantage of the use of two golf carts because of our number, providing flexibility. The owner is a wonderful host and was always readily available, super responsive and very nice to us . I don't think you can beat this villa if you want to stay on the beautiful grounds of the Dorado Beach Hotel. We hope to rent this property again. Thank you so much Loretta!

We were a group of 7 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dorado Beach. The Ritz property is incredibly beautiful and the golf carts provided easy access to amenities there. Peaceful Paradise in PR

Our recent stay at Higuillar was an absolute delight. The home nicely served our family of five and 2 additional guests. With lanais off a number of the rooms, outdoors spaces were also a plus. I miss having my morning tea on the back lanai overlooking the ocean and golf course. The kitchen is beautiful and well apportioned for meals, but we decided to join the Dorado beach club for the week and ate lunches and dinners at the various establishments on the Ritz Carlton Reserve property. The Dorado club was fantastic with a water park, full service gym, tennis courts, private beach access, and numerous restaurants. The owner provided her golf cart and helped us rent a second golf cart to travel easily within the Reserve property. She also provided a wealth of information for visiting local establishments and enjoying Puerto Rico outside the Dorado gates. It's been 2 weeks and I still miss the peace and serenity of the property and hope to get back soon. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Lovely Villa with fantastic ocean views and breezes!

We were a group of seven friends spending a week together in beautiful Puerto RIco. The villa has beautiful views of the ocean past the golf course with wonderful ocean breezes. The surrounding area has beautiful lush landscaping and wonderful golf cart trails and paths in addition to the beach for walking. The beaches were beautiful and not overly crowded.. There were amazing kite surfers to entertain the group while we lounged in the new beach chairs provided with the villa. We also had access to the Ritz Carlton Encanto Beach and pool area. This place was relaxing and the service was impeccable. Loretta was a great hostess and resolved any issues we had in a timely manner. The villa has a well stocked kitchen with lots of cookware, plates, utensils and glasses. Great for large groups. Be careful on the electricity, we went over and only used the AC a few nights in two bedrooms! We hope you will enjoy this Villa and our vacation time in Puerto Rico as much as we did. Enjoy!

Great value in Dorado Ritz!

This home is an amazing value located in the residences of the Ritz Carlton in Dorado Beach. You simply can't beat the location for this price. You have a view of the water and access to all of the amazing Ritz amenities. The home itself is what you see. It's comfortable, though older. Loretta is an incredibly responsive host. She offers golf carts so you can get around the entire Ritz property very easily. It's also very kid friendly. My children were gathering coconuts and almonds right in the yard, and walked to the beach each morning. It's very beautiful and secure. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is the place to stay with your family.It is spacious, well appointed & with great ocean views.

We just returned from a two-week family vacation and had a truly relaxing time. The owner was always in touch with us to make sure every need was satisfied. From the moment you open the front door to the villa, you look out through large glass sliding doors onto a balcony with dining tables and chairs with amazing views of the golf course and the ocean. Stepping inside, you encounter an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. We are a cooking family and the owner had everything we needed in terms of dishes, glasses, appliances, utensils, barbecue grill and a pantry that housed the washer/dryer and allowed us to store our staples purchased at nearby markets. Each bedroom has an en suite with one or more balconies, television and Wi-Fi. The owner allowed us to utilize her golf cart to explore the beautiful grounds and to access the beach. The Encanto Restaurant/Residence area provided us with chaises and towels with beach and pool access -- both magnificent and very children friendly. We hope to return and highly recommend this villa without hesitation.
