Ziehen Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalts in Ashland in unsere Oase zurück! Charmantes Haus mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern, etwas abseits des belebten Boulevards gelegen und mit einem schönen Platz im Freien zum Entspannen. Unser Ferienhaus ist über 1000 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen komfortablen Wohnraum. Es gibt eine ausziehbare Couch, die in ein flexibles Stahlbett umgewandelt werden kann (keine Metallstange in der Mitte wie bei den meisten Schlafsofas). Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein wunderschönes Queensize-Bett mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche, einem Federbettaufsatz, einem Vollbad, einer Sitzecke und einem Büroraum. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein gemütlicher Wohnraum, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafsofa und ein zusätzliches Vollbad. Viel Privatsphäre für zwei Paare oder Familienmitglieder. Jede Geschichte ist über 500sf und mit Licht aus der Fülle von Fenstern gefüllt. Es gibt Parkplätze abseits der Straße und es ist leicht zu Fuß in die Innenstadt!

My daughter, my dog and I had a wonderful stay in this guest house! Perfect location? Ideal for dogs (doggy door and fenced yard), and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cottage

This is the second time staying at this lovely home. We love the outdoor garden, comfortable decor, well equipped kitchen and great bed. The location was perfect.

Relaxing home in Ashland

I had a great time in Ashland. This is in walking distance to Safeway, coffee shop and downtown area. All we did was explore. Great yard for doggies. They loved it! The home had all the basics so if you want to cook, it’s great! There were plenty of heaters around the home to keep you comfy. I had trouble with checking in due to key problems but that was quickly fixed by the owner. Communication throughout the stay wasn’t good but it wasn’t their fault. It was the VRBO app. My experience was good otherwise. If you need anything, I would recommend having a phone number as a secondary option to communicate.

The cottage was roomy for two and our dog. Backyard fenced and private although many houses very close, seemed private though. Great amenities for cooking and we did. We stayed to attend OSF and watched three plays. Overall excellent place we would stay again.

I felt that everything was well thought out and had everything we needed and then some for our 2 night stay. My daughter and her husband stayed upstairs and were pleasantly surprised with the working turntable and great selection of LPs. I loved the patio and location close to parks, restaurants and shopping. In case you're concerned, the pull out bed with the foam pad on top was fine (I'm 70)

Summer with friends

Had a great stay in this Ashland cottage. Perfect size for 2. Had everything one could need. Lots of extra linens, nice plush towels. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Upstairs bed super comfy. Slept like a baby! Backyard is beautiful! Nice and shady, great hammock. Location is easy walk to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

I felt like a DJ!

I loved the record collection and turntable so much! So many old favorites. That was a highlight, but really- this place is so charming. Vintage furniture mixed with functional appliances, great outside spaces. The bed was heavenly. Quiet enough at night I could hear a Great Horned Owl calling from nearby.

Wonderful home in a great location

We stayed a month in Arnica’s lovely home. It is a five minute walk to Safeway and fifteen minutes to downtown, the Shakespeare Festival and Lithia Park. The house was clean, with a very comfortable bed upstairs and two air conditioners that cooled the house well during hot days. The kitchen was great for cooking most meals and we used the grill on the patio extensively. We had coffee and breakfast, as well as wine in the afternoon, on the patio. Our dog appreciated the fenced in yard so he could watch squirrels and neighborhood cats. We would certainly stay here again!

Perfect for guests with dogs

The home is a charming cottage, and the yard is securely fenced. Our two dogs enjoyed the view from the upstairs deck and romping in Triangle Park an easy walk away. It really helped our high-strung border collie to have an entire house and yard to ourselves. The host provided all the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the gas fireplace, desk, and record collection upstairs, and the board games and television downstairs. For sleeping, there is a queen sized bed upstairs, a sofa bed downstairs, and a twin size futon (stored under the desk upstairs). We will definitely stay here again if we return to Ashland with our pets.

Lovely cottage and accommodating host

The cottage is tucked away from the main road, so it was very private. The back yard is welcoming and perfect for small outdoor gatherings. The check-in and check-out were a breeze and Arnica is very easy to communicate with. Next time we go to Ashland, we'll want to stay again.

GREAT PROPERTY!

Our whole experience here was lovely! Arnica is a wonderful host! The property is super cute, clean and private. Location is perfect! Everything you need is here. Backyard is tranquil and I personally loved all the plants inside and out. The master bedroom separation is private...there is actually a locking door to the upstairs. We will definitely be back!

Enjoying Ashland, it’s theatre scene, and family

I am not new to Ashland. I lived in the valley for over 20yrs & have family there. We try to see them at least yearly. And we enjoy Ashland’s theater. So family visited and we saw a great contemporary play. The place worked well. We set it up As 2 suites-upstairs & downstairs. The small yard & patio worked well for BBQ. The neighborhood was quiet & so close to everything. Loved being able to just walk! A nice week !
