We had a great stay and would recommend these owners and their properties to friends and family. Host was very responsive to concerns (on Thanksgiving) and willing to send over repair people if needed.

Sunset Rock Retreat

When we arrived it felt like we were home. The home was perfect for our family gathering. The swimming pool was a bonus for us. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back again.

Perfect Weekend!

We loved staying at Sunrise Rock Retreat! House was so clean and all linens smelled so fresh! Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Enjoyed the pool and appreciated it was cleaned during our stay. Owner was very responsive to questions I had. Highly recommend- and if we return to the area would definitely rent again!

Softball Tournament/ Family Vacation

The house was great for our family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed. The outdoor area with pool was a huge hit with our bunch. The neighbor was so quiet and neighbors were friendly. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Yellow House in Largo

Nice house, nice pool, plenty of places to sit outside in the back yard. 3 bathrooms (garage one perfect if you are out of the pool and a little wet still). My sister lives around this area so she carted us around and restaurants and stores are close.

Great location!

Had an issue with air first night and the owner was on top of it and the rest of the week was absolutely wonderful! Great location and perfect layout for our family! Had everything we needed and worked wonderfully!

A wonderful month in Largo

My husband, grown children, and grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful month of February at this VRBO rental. Enjoyed the house, neighborhood, close location to beach and many attractions. Love the pool and outside seating that allows our family to spread out in small groups both inside and outside. Owner is very responsive --- she responds quickly! This is our 4th stay and hope to be back again in the future. We already miss it!

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay! The pool was a highlight for the kids and the space/amenities of home made our trip easy. There was a minor unpredicited issue that the owners quickly addressed. When we return, we will most definetly be a repear customer!

Great Family Vacation

It was 4 adults and plenty of room. Great location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of space, pool and outside area was wonderful. When we weren't at the beach or shopping we spent all of our time in the pool and the patio area. Enjoyed meals out there also. Pictures are exactly how the home is. Very clean and has all the kitchen necessities to prepare meals. Grocery shopping convenience and delivery available through Walmart. Several beaches within 15 miles. All beautiful. Had a question/issue and it was immediately taken care of by caretakers that are conveniently located in the same neighborhood. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

The home is so close to everything we needed or wanted and we had many options of things to do. The home is wonderful. Check in and out was great. We felt very relaxed the whole time. Awesome property

I stayed the month of February 2022 and had a perfect stay. The property was spotless inside and out. The house is well equipped with everything you need; towels, dishes, Beach chairs, etc. The pool is heated which was nice due to some cool days. The owner Stephanie responded quickly to questions. The property caretakers Maria and Ruben live across the street and make sure to let you know they are available if you need anything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Largo Visit

Had a wonderful time spending several weeks at Stephanie’s house. House clean, nice neighborhood, great location to beaches and close other things to do. Everyone loved the pool! Stephanie was very responsive to questions, etc. we love this VRBO rental!!!

Great home amd neighborhood

We had a group of 7 staying at the house. Everything is close by for shopping, groceries and the beach. The pool is great and we spent most of our time in the back yard. We had a couple very small issues. We couldn't find the wash clothes and the pool vacuum wasn't in the pool. Contacted the owner and the property care takers were there within 30 minutes. We needed an iron and ironing board. She brought her own things over for us to use. Shower in the garage gave us an extra place for everyone to get ready and or change before going into the house after pool time. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful home!

This home was prefect! The pool was beautiful although we only used it once because there is just so much to do in the area and then we were to exhausted to even get in once we returned home. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and the house certainly isn't baby/toddler proof. As soon as we arrived I had to walk the home and put all low sitting decor away and lay a think blanket on the tiles ground where the master bedroom is because my one year old forgot there was a step. 😅 I marked 4 stars on cleanliness because I felt the floors could've been cleaner and the things in the kitchen cabinets were pretty disorderly. Overall though, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this vacation home! Those minor details are NOT deal breakers and they're just my personal preference. The owner was super sweet and followed up in a timely manner.
