Easy Family fun in & outside!

Everything about this property is grand and central! Common areas are spacious and comfortable with high ceilings and meandering corridors to explore. There is nearly 10,000 square feet of beautiful living space to gather your family and friends for group activities plus more options for play time with an indoor basketball court, game room, and toy loft. The layout is also conducive for guests to enjoy quiet in their own space, making it perfect for groups with different ages and sleep schedules.

We are centrally located to enjoy all of the incredible recreation and entertainment options that Northern Utah has to offer. Grand Central Estate is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway, making downtown Salt Lake only a 15 minute drive away. We are only 25 minutes from Snow Basin, 40 to Powder Mountain, and 1 hour to Park City and all of the Salt Lake City ski resorts all of which have plenty of summer and winter recreation to offer. Weber Canyon and Davis County parks tout hiking trails, playgrounds, and pickle ball courts galore. Shopping for everything is only minutes away as are lots of quality dining options.

Cozy winter amenities include garage parking (one EV charger) with remote for 3 vehicles, four natural gas fireplaces, fire pit with roasting sticks, and plenty of space to store your skis and gear. As a Snow Basin ski instructor I'm happy to answer any questions about the resort as well.

With a well-appointed kitchen, awesome at-home entertainment, activities abounding, and the location being so central to everything, we are sure this will be your easiest and most memorable vacation.

Please inquire about adding extra guests if needed. There is a bed for 10 people but we have two queen air mattresses.

Events are strictly prohibited. The number of guests in your booking is the number of people allowed in the house. $500 event fee will be charged if booking guest number is exceeded or you do not have permission from owner.

Lovely Large Home

This is a great space if you need to house a group of people - the house is incredibly large with many different seating areas and activities. PROS: We LOVE the basketball court, and was one of the selling points for us in this house, and it did not disappoint! Be aware there are no power outlets in there, so if you want music or anything like that while you are playing you will need to bring rechargeable items. We loved the tables throughout the house, and the hosts list of additional items that could be provided was very helpful, as it lessened what we had to bring with us. The bedrooms were spacious and nice. There was great parking with lots of room for various vehicles. CHALLENGES: -The kitchen was incredibly small for the size of the home which made it challenging for entertaining and cooking. The host did provided many appliances that were requested. -If you are visiting in the heat of summer, know that the upstairs porch is mostly unusable while the sun is out as it get very hot, with no cover. -There are many nice but breakable decor and personal items throughout the home, so if you are staying here with kids, I would do a sweep of breakables and reachable items as the protect the items in the home. Otherwise this house was a fantastic place to host people, and the host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing stay!

Jacey was an amazing host and the property was exactly what we needed. We stayed here with our entire Cheer team during a private Cheer Camp. When we needed more seating, she came right over and got us more tables. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place, and we hope to come back! You will not be disappointed in Jacey’s home.

Eat. Sleep. Wrestle.

We brought up a handful of wrestlers, parents and coaches from our CA wrestling club to compete at the Western Regional tournament. For our travel tournaments we usually check into a hotel, but this time we wanted to try a house, so all the kids could be together. The idea was to have one home for all the kids to be able to have fun and bond during their downtime of wrestling, and this home did not disappoint. The kids spent their mornings/afternoons wrestling hard and cheering each other on and then we’re able to come back to the house and jump on the trampoline, team up for a game of basketball or go head to head on the foosball table while the coaches and parents BBQ’d and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to make memories with the team. We will definitely book again for the next tournament in Farmington.

Great family spot

We went there to get everyone together with multiple age ranges. There were constant games of basketball, volleyball, even tennis and air hockey. Lower level was for kids and main floor was more for adults and a little quieter. Was a little harder with toddlers and all the stairs but overall a greatplace.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

The vacation rental was wonderful for a family group of all ages. We had eight in our group and the home was more than spacious for our needs. It was wonderfully decorated, particularly the Christmas decorations. There are four fireplaces, which were greatly appreciated during the cold week that we were there! We had snow on several days, and Jacey arranged for snow removal which was very helpful. The home is very child friendly, with an indoor basketball court, air hockey, and numerous games. Every morning we enjoyed watching the deer grazing in the back yard! The Snowbasin ski resort is a short drive away, as are the attractions in Salt Lake City and Ogden. It was our first time in the area, and we loved all of the historical small town suburbs around Farmington. We particularly enjoyed the Christmas Zoo Lights at the Salt Lake City Zoo. Jacey's recommendations on restaurants were spot-on, and we ate well during the week. Because of the Covid situation we didn't dine out, but ordered takeout and it worked out well. All in all, it was a lovely home and a great vacation, and we highly recommend it!

Spectacular and Spacious!

I selected this property to accommodate my five grown children, my two month old grandson, my mother, and my husband and I. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, and this was the perfect house! Not only was it incredibly spacious, it was really beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood. There were so many things included to entertain us all. We played basketball, volleyball, board games and air hockey. There was plenty of space for us all to do hair and makeup before the wedding, and the guys had a huge television to watch their college football games. :) My entire family was thrilled with this house and all the amenities. I highly recommend it!

The perfect place for a big group.

The home is in a very nice family neighborhood with plenty of parking. The house was spotless and had many different rooms and levels that comfortably sleep 20 people without feeling cramped. But the best thing about this property is Jacey, she was such a good host and so helpful and communicative leading up to and throughout our trip! The indoor basketball court was a very popular place for our girls who invented a new game...Couples Four Square Soccer! After playing past midnight on Saturday they won their game on Sunday morning 9-0.

Very nice

My family and some of their friends and I enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and we had enough areas for us to sleep and we had a wonderful time. The basketball court was really nice and we used it a lot more than we thought. Overall, we all had a great time and everyone enjoyed our time there. The house is also located near a grocery store, so getting supplies was very easy!

Family together time

Our children came from 4 states to be together for the first time in 2 years. The home was a lovely gathering place. There were bedrooms for all. The kids, young and old, loved the sport court. We could gather around the piano or the tv or the kitchen table. The grounds made a lovely setting for a photograph. The host was great to communicate. She even left the waffle iron out after I asked if there was a waffle iron there. It was a great stay, we made good memories.

Great family property

The kids loved having the trampoline, arcade games and four square. There is only one tv, although we kept busy enough that it wasn’t an issue. Easy access to Salt Lake City and the airport, as well as shopping and dining.

Great neighborhood with excellent amenities!

When we booked this house, we were excited about the amenities... it didn’t disappoint! My son loved the air hockey, basketball court, Wii with games, the doubleshot basketball game, and board games. There was so much to do we barely left the house. The owners were great communicators who ensured we had everything we needed and periodically checked in with us during our stay. If you book this house, I'm confident you’ll enjoy it like we did.

We had a great experience in this house. It is a beautiful house and great for a family...a lot of fun things to do and plenty of space. The hosts are also great. We had a minor issue and they took care of it right away. We would highly recommend this house.

My husband, Spencer, and I were raised an hour north of Farmington and left Utah after college to enjoy life in CA, MN and MA. Our families and our other obsessions, skiing and boating, called us back to Utah four years ago. We have 5 children that I stayed home to raise for the most part. Now that they are growing up I'm dabbling in vacation rentals and ski instructing at Snow Basin.

We love the access to the freeway. You can be to downtown Salt Lake, in the mountains or on the lake in a half hour. We fell in love with the pristine, quiet neighborhood and gorgeous views to the east and west. We love hosting our big families here for events because there is plenty of space for everyone.

I think the variety of activities for families is the best benefit of this property. There is plenty of recreation in the area but you really wouldn't have to leave the property to have a wonderful, easy family vacation.
