Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic five-night stay at this condo in St. Marten. The unit was incredibly clean, bright, and spacious, making it a perfect home away from home. Its location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible. The hosts were outstanding—always available and extremely helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. We would definitely stay at one of Delphine’s properties again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in St. Marten!

Just like the pictures. Great location close to lots of restaurants and a market. Beach is wonderful, some waves but not any real undertow. The beach chairs that are provided are a nice touch as they can add $30 a day for two at some spots. Everyone is very friendly. The host, Delphine, is very attentive and answers all questions in a timely manner as well as reaching out to see if we need anything. Shopping isn't far away by car, walking really isn't an option, but there are lots of taxis and a bus system. It felt very, very safe at all times. We would leave our stuff with the beach chairs and go for a walk down the beach and didn't have to worry about theft. I can't say enough about the entire stay. The only thing is there isn't a pool as stated in the description but even if it was available I wouldn't have chosen it over the beach. I don't think you would be disappointed in this property. If you are then you are probably very picky. Hahah.

Relax at the Beach

This two-bedroom condo is very comfortable and close to great beaches as well as a variety of restaurants. We had a couple of additional needs, and the Host was very accommodating to efficiently help us. We plan to stay again very soon with the Host in this condo or one of their other properties.

The property was in pristine condition and looks exactly like the pictures.

Delphine is a great host. She accommodated our meeting time and did an excellent walk through of the property. There isn't anything you will need while staying there. The apartment is in walking distance to the beautiful beach and all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores you will need. We had an excellent stay!!!

Clean, modern accommodations minutes from the beach

Stayed here for 5 nights at the start of April. Condo was spotless with modern kitchen appliances and bathrooms. AC units worked wonderfully keeping it nice and comfortable. Location is fantastic just a couple minutes walk to the beach, and less than 10 min drive to all the great restaurants in Grand Case. Owner is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Wifi is included, although tends to be slow/intermittent, but hopefully you aren't there to work! Would gladly stay here again if my travels take me back to the island!

Perfect place for the perfect get away

We had a wonderful time on the island and the appartement was perfectly located in Orient Bay. Only 50 metres from the beach, very cozy and clean! The host was adorable, thank you again Delphine. We are already planning our next vacation to Sint Maarten ! Isabelle

Just wonderful

What a great place. Clean, modern, well furnished and stocked with all necessities. We loved every minute of our stay. Location is perfect, close to everything that you need for a perfect vacation. Booking and check in arrangements were simple. Great communication with the host, all our questions were answered in an eye blink. We would love to stay here when we visit St.Martin again. Exceeded expectations

Delphine was very helpful and actually did more to accommodate us than I expected. The villa was well maintained spotless and we had housekeeping twice in the week we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

Séjour de rêve

Formidable est le mot juste. C'est l'appartement parfait, il est très spacieux, super bien entretenu et la décoration digne d'un magazine. De plus, il est situé dans la Baie d'Orient qui est un MUST ! À seulement quelques pas, l'on retrouve plage, restos, épicerie et bien plus...vacances de rêve. Superbe vacance chez Delphine Richard

Notre séjour de 3 semaines durant le temps des fêtes fut des plus agréable. La propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement dans un condo tout à fait propre, beau et rempli de soleil! Rénové avec goût, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le ménage deux fois par semaine, quand nous sommes en vacances, c'est une superbe gâterie. Bien situé, à distance de marche de la plage et d'une petite épicerie fine, cette location en vaut vraiment la peine! La cuisine est bien équipée, les douches sont parfaites et les lits confortables. Great apartment in a great location

We loved our stay in Orient Bay. Delphine was so nice and accommodating. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has just about everything you need. The location is a short walk from the beach and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Beautiful place and great owner!

One of the best experiences I have ever had renting a condo! I the owner was amazing, our bags were lost by the airline and the owner met them at the condo when they were delivered so that we didnt have to sit at the condo and wait and waste a day on vacation! Beautiful condo that is exceptionally clean and accommodating! Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!

Wonderful

Wonderful location. Wonderfully equipped. Very short walk to the shops/grocery in Orient Village and a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and well appointed. It looks just like the pictures. The owner was very helpful and gracious! Great deal for the price!!

L'appartement idéal !

Nous rentrons très satisfaits de notre semaine à Orient Bay dans l'appartement de Delphine, et n'avons qu'une hâte ; y retourner ! L'appartement est parfait, comme sur les photos et même mieux. Tout y est agréable, très propre. Le ménage fait deux fois durant la semaine était au top et notre hôte très accueillante. Nous ne parlons même pas de toutes les adorables attentions réservées à notre fils de 20 mois... L'appartement est entièrement climatisé, nous n'avons pas eu une seule piqûre de moustique durant toute la semaine, même sans anti-moustique : un exploit dans les Antilles ! La localisation est idéale, dans le quartier le plus sympa de toute l'île, et surtout, surtout... on peut tout faire à pieds ! Plage, restos, supermarché... tout est accessible à pied en moins de 5 minutes, que demander de mieux ? De plus on se sent extrêmement en sécurité dans tout le quartier. Nous recommandons bien sûr vivement cette location !

La location idéale !

Cet appartement est l'endroit rêvé pour un séjour à St Martin ! Tout est très propre, l'appartement est extrêmement agréable à vivre, spacieux et la déco très sympa. Ce n'est pas "conforme" aux photos ; c'est mieux encore ! Delphine notre hôte a été très accueillante et réactive à la moindre question, on ne parle même pas de toutes les adorables attentions réservées à notre fils de 20 mois... La localisation est vraiment idéale, au sein du quartier le plus sympa de l'île où l'on se sent complètement en sécurité partout, et surtout, surtout... on peut tout faire à pieds ! Plage, bars, restos, supermarchés, tout est accessible en 5 minutes, le paradis ! Inutile de préciser que nous recommandons vivement cette location, et espérons bien avoir la chance d'y retourner.

We loved it!

My family and I just came home from a wonderful vacation in Orient Bay. This condo was a perfect place for us. It has a great location right around the corner from the village and the beach. The condo is renovated beautifully with high end appliances (dishwasher/stove/washing machine, etc), and the owner did a lovely job decorating it. It was like stepping into a cool, soothing oasis after the heat and vibrant colors of St Martin. The beds were comfortable, the layout was great, and the owner was wonderful and responsive. We would be thrilled to come back and stay here again!

Best quality/price on Orient Bay

This villa is owned by very meticulous and detail oriented owners. You will find everything you need from hairdryers to adaptors ,,soap for bath and dishwashing liquid. It is very comfortable and exceptionnally clean ! It has a master bed with full bath as well as a second floor bedroom with full bath and a loft. This was perfect for my husband and I as well as our two teenagers. It is few feet from the amazing orient bay beach! I strongly recommend this condo.It is the best quality price ratio you will find on Orient Beach...Take it from someone who has returned more than 10 times!!! Thanks Delphine!

Better then expected!

We travel a lot and used to book villas or condos via Homeaway in different countries. To date, it was the best experience from all points of view. Condo looks exactly as presented and described on the web. Very spacious, clean, well equipped, new and modern. Excellent location, walking distance to the touristic village with good choice restaurants and cafes, beautiful beach, little fairly supermarket etc.. Thanks a lot to the owner Delphine Richard, she is fantastic manager and hostess! ... booking process was easy and convenient, she was always there to answer our questions and to guide us prior and after arrival; .. also to inform us about the activities on the island and making sure we are satisfied and comfortable... Would love to go back!! That condo became our first choice when coming to St Martin:)

top génial comme dit mon fils !!

Très bel appartement Comme sur les photos aussi beau :)) tout est neuf , équipement complet rien Ne manque . Très très propre . Avec le ménage régulier , très bien pour moi j ai profité de la plage qui ait A 50 mètres à pied juste en bas de l'appartement et la Piscine parfaite pour notre fils de 7 ans , la plage d orient bay est magnifique , les commerces sont a côté avec des restaurants du midi et du soir petite supérette bien achalandée . Même pas la peine de louer une voiture si vous venez comme Nous que quelques jours ... Nous revenons plus longtemps en juillet 2016 Nous avons hâte :)) Merci à la prioritaire qui est disponible car habite aussi sur orient Bay .. Toujours de petites attentions comme la petite bouteille de rhum avant notre départ .. À bientôt Delphine Olivier & Mily & Nathan

propreté 5 étoiles

Chère Madame , C'est très volontiers que je viens vous apporter mon appréciation sur ce séjour de " rêve " passé dans votre appartement situé dans la baie orientale à Saint Martin . Nous étions 3 personnes qui ne peuvent que louer les prestations haut de gamme que vous avez réalisé dans cet appartement , dans lequel vous avons ressenti à chaque instant la " touche " apportée par la propriétaire des lieux . A l'équipement parfait de l'appartement , s'ajoute sa situation idéale . En effet , un chemin piétonnier d'environ à peine 100 m nous a permis de nous rendre sur cette si belle plage de la baie orientale . Nous n'avons qu'un seul souhait , c'est celui de pouvoir revenir dans ce coin de " Paradis " que vous avez crée . Encore mille mercis de la part d' Annie , Michel et Jean Pierre .

Great location - layout suits families or couples

Great location, very clean and well equipped condo. Owner was extremely helpful and gracious!! Highly recommended. Pictures are very accurate only item we were unaware is the only toilet is downstairs in a separate room not attached to either of the bathroom shower areas. (Perhaps common in the area-but not in US). Walking distance to many nice restaurants, bars and beach. Highly recommend.
