Wunderschönes, maßgefertigtes Haus in Gehweite zur Rennstrecke von Saratoga. Fantastische Lage direkt im Herzen von allem, was Saratoga zu bieten hat - ein paar Blocks vom Eingang des Clubhauses zur Rennstrecke, dem Horseshoe, Siro's, Mexican Connection und Pennell's und ungefähr eine Meile von der Innenstadt von Broadway entfernt. Das ganze Jahr über zu mieten, aber jetzt buchen, um Ihren Platz für die Rennsaison zu sichern!

Haupthaus verfügt über 4 Betten, 3. 5 Bäder, Gourmet-Küche, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Granit, doppelseitigen Kamin, Holzböden, Zierleisten, 3.500 Quadratmeter, Pool, Terrasse und Grill. 1 King und 3 Queen Betten.

Neben dem Haupthaus stehen zwei weitere Flächen zur Vermietung zur Verfügung.

Die Kellerwohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett) und einem Badezimmer. Einige unserer Mieter haben die Kellerwohnung den Hauptschlafzimmern im Haupthaus vorgezogen! Das möblierte Studio Kutschenhaus-Apartment über der Garage verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Im letzten Jahr haben wir die Kutschenwohnung neu gestrichen und ein neues Heiz- / Kühlsystem installiert. Es ist der perfekte Ort für diejenigen, die in der Nähe des Restes der Gruppe sein möchten, aber auch ein wenig mehr Privatsphäre haben möchten.

Die Kellerwohnung wird nicht an andere Mieter vermietet, wenn Sie nur das Haupthaus vermieten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass wir die Kutschenwohnung nutzen, wenn sie nicht vermietet ist, aber wenn die Gäste im Haupthaus es vorziehen, dass sie leer gelassen werden, werden wir dieser Bitte mit Sicherheit nachkommen.

Das Haupthaus bietet Schlafgelegenheiten für 8 Personen. Im Keller oder in der Kutschenwohnung können 2 weitere Personen übernachten, sodass wir bei Bedarf Gruppen von 10-12 Personen unterbringen können. Wenn Sie Interesse an einem (oder beiden) dieser zusätzlichen Räume haben, setzen Sie sich bitte mit uns in Verbindung und wir würden uns freuen, Ihnen die Preise mitteilen zu können.

Wenn Sie Interesse haben, monatlich zu mieten, wenn die Strecke nicht in der Saison ist, können wir Ihnen auch hierfür ein Angebot unterbreiten.

Welcoming and wonderful

Dave and Jenn are truly the most gracious hosts we’ve encountered in our many years of renting houses. Their house is lovely in every way and the heated pool was enjoyed by the whole family. My granddaughter was delighted by the miniature horses that live around the corner - the owner gave her carrots to feed them. Definitely a place to make wonderful memories!

My siblings and our spouses enjoyed this rental when we came to town for a huge family reunion. The location was excellent and the gift bag left by the hosts was so appreciated! We were excited to get an occasional glimpse of a racehorse in the stables next door. Loved sitting outside by the pool too.

The hosts of this house went above and beyond anything we’ve ever seen before. There was a generous amount of supplies and gifts left for ALL the couples. They even made sure we had several items to mark the occasion of the special event we were up there for. As for the house, it was gorgeous, immaculately clean, an amazing location, quiet and spacious enough for all of us. Before and during our stay, anytime I reached out to the host I had a response quickly after. Very accommodating - I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE!!!

We rented the house and the room over the garage for our daughter's graduation and could not have been happier. The location is great, in the morning we saw horses being led out of the stable next door for their morning walk! Our ages ranged from 21 to 94 and all were comfortable and felt at home. The hosts have made sure you have enough of everything you need (towels, bath amenities, coffee pods) and more (game closet). They are very helpful and generous, having left us a very memorable welcome gift. We hope to be back!

Great gathering place for friends

Perfect size house for 4 couples. Plenty of room and equipment to cook if you want. Lots of storage for all your stuff. Comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Easy 20-25 minute walk to downtown Saratoga. Lovely gifts from the hosts. Lots of snacks left for us. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Very comfortable house with good location

We are a group of friends in our senior years who get together from all over the US every few years. Although we didn’t use the pool area, we very much enjoyed the main house and had fun exploring the area (including a trip to Williamstown) and visits to racing museum, Skidmore, history museum, and many shops and restaurants. The house was very well supplied with all we needed and more.

Perfect Getaway

What an absolute gem! I have stayed in dozens of rentals through VRBO but this one truly stood out. Never did I have a host that clearly cared so much about providing a welcoming experience for their guests. The house's location, amenities, cleanliness, everything were just so top notch. Everything was so seamless I didn't have to contact the owner once. We didn't have plans to visit Saratoga again but this house by itself may be the only reason needed to return. If there were more than 5 stars I would give this house that!

Amazing Stay!

This rental is amazing! We stayed here for a girls weekend - perfect location. Close to the track! Walkable to some bars or quick Uber ride to downtown. Dave and Jenn are very communicative, kind and attentive - there for anything we needed! They went out of their way to help us and also gave great recommendations to ensure we’d have the most fun this weekend. This house is super spacious and clean! Amazing!

I have rented many VRBO properties and this one by far I s truly a gem! The photos on VRBO are exactly how the property looks, this has not been the case with other properties I have rented. The house and pool were essentially immaculate, there were ample towels for the kitchen, pool and bathing. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies: pots, dishes, spices, wine, paper towels, cleaning solutions and the gift bags were wonderful surprises for my 4 yr old triplet grand children. The owners definitely take care of this property and make you feel welcomed. If this property is available then grab it! This is an accurate VRBO listing unlike others I have rented.

Return to Saratoga

This is our second visit to this home and our host Dave couldn’t be more accommodating. The home is fully stocked, kitchen couldn’t have more equipment, utensils etc. Bedding and towels are great and the heated pool is a real treat. 5 minutes to town, the track or SPAC and a longer walk but manageable. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The house is clean, spacious, and quiet; and Dave and Jenn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We have never felt so welcomed at a property. Dave and Jenn go above and beyond. Their home is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It’s also stocked with any supplies you could hope for. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and our family plus both sets of grandparents found the space incredibly comfortable. Saratoga Springs Winter Break

Perfect stay! We have stayed at many different properties but this one tops our list of favorites! Everything from booking to checking out was easy and more than pleasant. Great communication with host who was genuinely concerned with our stay. Before arriving on the day of check-in we asked if they had cupcake pans. Not for sure so they immediately ordered and had them delivered to the property the next day…above and beyond!! So gracious with their welcoming bag of local products!! Dave addressed any questions immediately and enthusiastically. The house was amazing and stocked with so much more than most. Clean! Lots of towels! Large closets and storage for your belongings! Guest binder had everything possible to help you through out the property. Location is great, especially if you are there for the races. Beautiful house with lovely ambience. Zu Gast bei Dave and Jenn Nichols

Jenn and I have been together for 26 years. Jenn grew up in Alabama (Roll Tide!), while I grew up not far from the Saratoga Springs region, about 40 miles south in Rensselaer, NY. Our paths crossed while going to college together in Boston and we have been together ever since. Jenn went on to law school in Virginia while I worked in the Northeast. Eventually we split the difference and moved into an apartment in Philadelphia. We lived near the Art Museum in Philly for 4 years before buying a home in the Western suburbs near Valley Forge Park. We continue to live there today.

Jenn works as an attorney for a Scottish asset management firm with offices across the globe. Luckily for us, that includes a hub in Philadelphia. Her loves include bold red wines, very spicy food, copious amounts of TV, and our dog, Griffin.

I worked as an actuary for most of what I would call my "first career". Status of my "second career": It's complicated. I have been attending the meet at Saratoga since I was 9 and I have only missed one Opening Day since. My love of the horses has led me to become an avid handicapper. I have been a participant at the National Horseplayers Championship (NHC) the last 10 years, finishing in the top 15 of the NHC Tour in 2018, 2019, and 2022. My other passions include writing and nerding out on Excel spreadsheets.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Because Jenn and I are always in Saratoga for Opening Day (and the occasional extra visit or two), we had toyed around with the idea of purchasing a place near the race track. For the last year or two, those talks were more wishful thinking than anything else. This year, we decided to go for it. While looking at various properties, we came across 129 Adams St. and thought the location was perfect. The house itself was outstanding, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the main section of the house. There is also a spacious basement that can be entered separately from the main house. There is a pool behind the main house to relax in. Parking is always tough to come by in Saratoga, especially during track season, but this house had a fairly large driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles. Beside the house was a two-car garage (for even more parking!) with a carriage house above it. We knew that we would love this place and we felt very confident that those who rented it while we were back home would enjoy it too.

Our goal is to get your visit off to a wonderful start. We leave a gift basket to welcome all of our renters. The typical welcome basket consists of a few bottles of wine and some items from local stores on Broadway. We are happy to personalize the basket towards your preferences, but that depends on how much you want to share with us about what you like and why you're visiting. (Don't worry, we won't pry if you'd rather not share that information with us!) There is a pantry stocked with snacks that is our version of a free mini-bar for the guests. Forgot to bring toiletries? Each bathroom has items like toothpaste and Q-tips in it for you. There are also hair dryers in each bathroom (this was not the bald guy's idea).

If you're coming to Saratoga during the summertime, you probably have a fondness for horses. You only have to walk about 3 blocks from this house to get to the race track. If you just walk to the corner of Adams St., you can see the clubhouse turn of the race track up ahead. Don't want to walk that far? We can do you one better. Several of the stables are close to the house. If you love horses and are renting the house during track season, I would highly encourage you to wake up early one morning, sit on the porch, and take it all in. The day after we closed on 129 Adams, I woke up at 7am and sat on the porch of my new home. For the next two hours, I watched a parade of horses walk down my street and the street at the end of the block as they went off or returned from training. It was remarkable watching teams of 4-5 horses go off on their morning routine. The street at the end of the block (Gridley St.) essentially connects to the back stretch of the race track, so lots of stables are located there, making it easy for trainers to bring their horses over for an early morning jog.

Even if you aren't into the horses, the location of 129 Adams St. makes it possible to walk just about anywhere you'd want to go in Saratoga. Race track? Check. Casino? Check. Downtown? SPAC? Restaurants and bars? Check. Check. Check. And if you're not in the mood to walk, an Uber or Lyft ride to any of these places is super cheap.

With so much to do in Saratoga, you might not spend a whole lot of time in this house, but if you do, the Sonos sound system installed throughout the property is a really nice touch. You'll also enjoy the pool during the hot summer days in Saratoga. If you think the water is too cold, you're in luck! Our pool is heated and the water can be warmed up to a temperature of your liking (just not beyond 85 degrees please!).
