Das Besondere an diesem Haus ist die Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt, die Privatsphäre in der Sackgasse, der Whirlpool und die überdachte Veranda. Ich versuche ständig, das Erlebnis für meine Gäste zu verbessern und es hinzuzufügen und umzugestalten. Ich habe gerade eine umfassende Renovierung abgeschlossen und den Whirlpool-Bereich um eine überdachte Veranda erweitert, die Innen- und Außenseite des Hauses gestrichen, neue Handtücher und 560 Laken, Daunendecken, Vorhänge und eine Feuerstelle hinzugefügt.

Romantische Strandhütte am Ende einer ruhigen Straße mit Wald an zwei Seiten. Die Kabine wurde bis auf die Stollen abgerissen und mit erstklassigen Materialien neu aufgebaut. Whirlpool mit Privatsphäre. Kabelloses Highspeed-Internet. 45-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Kabelanschluss, Surround-Sound, Apple TV, DVD, Stereoanlage mit iPod-Anschluss, Korkboden, Granit-Arbeitsplatte und Snack-Bar, Unterbauwaschbecken, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner mit hoher Effizienz und Frontlader-Ausstattung, gut ausgestattete Küche. vollständige Offenlegung, dass die Decken im Schlafzimmer niedriger sind und ein Problem für diese 6 "4" und höher sein könnten. Die Hauptbereiche sind gewölbt.

Schönes, sauberes Badezimmer mit 1-Zoll-Glasfliesen vom Boden bis zur Decke, Dusche, Badewanne. Queen-Size-Bett im Master. Kleineres zweites Zimmer mit eigenem Eingang nach außen und Etagenbetten.

Das Vorderdeck wird von 12 Fuß hohen Rhododendren begrenzt. Sie bekommen die Morgensonne auf dem Vorderdeck. Es gibt einen Grill und einen Garten, den Sie mit den Hirschen und Waschbären teilen. Die Hütte liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr privat, aber nur zwei Blocks vom Strand und dem Zentrum von Rockaway entfernt. Gehen Sie, um Kaffee, Abendessen und Besichtigung zu bekommen. Hervorragend geeignet für Kinder und Haustiere.

Tolles Schwimmen, Angeln und Bootfahren im Lake Lytle, der 2 Blocks entfernt ist. Garibaldi ist ca. 6 km entfernt und bietet Zugang zum Hochseefischen. Manzanita ist etwa 12 Meilen entfernt. Stadtpark zwei Blocks entfernt. Mountainbiken 1/2 Meile entfernt. Mindestens 4 Tage über den 4. Juli, 3 Tage über den Memorial Day

Such a cozy and fun place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s 5th birthday and absolutely loved it. It was dog and kid friendly, very private, and super cozy. Has everything you need and it’s a great location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor space and the guitar / record player. We would totally stay here again! Thanks to our host.

This property is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet spot to share with each other. Only critique would be the bed and bedding could use an upgrade. For the price its a deal we had a great five days would do it again

We had so such a nice stay here. great proximity to the beach and park. The big side yard and front porch were both a big plus. everything you will need is already there which makes it feel like home.

Cozy place to unwind

Very cozy property with a clean hot tub and a lovely fireplace inside. Made for a great quick getaway. Couch was a bit hard to get out of and could stand to be updated. The main bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our time here and will certainly return.

I was surprised how uncomfortable those bunk beds were for adults . It was a great location and loved the deck and fire pit. Very close to the beach. Not sure I would stay there with four adults again . Need a pull out couch in front room.

Cute and funky beach cottage

If you like unique stays, funky little vibes and unexpected amenities this is the place! Tom is great to work with, the place is cute as can be, we even walked in to find a lovely bottle of wine. It is tiny, but it is cute as can be and the hot tub is divine. We had everything we needed and were quite sad we could t boom for more than two days. Great little romantic spot on the coast.

Valentines getaway

Cozy and clean space, very functional for the two of us on our trip. The only issues we had were with the living room furniture and hot tub…the furniture needs to be replaced; the couch and easy chair looked clean, but were not very comfortable and had the unmistakable odor of pets. The LED display on the hot tub is not readable, so you can’t tell how warm it is. It would also be nice to provide users with a bit of firewood (the pictures show wood available) for the wood stove. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Cute cabin, perfect for coast adventures

Doggo approved! Location was quiet and private, hot tub was perfect after long days of fishing and hiking. The covered porch was fabulous. Rockaway beach is such a cute coastal gem, everyone very friendly and kind! Bed was comfy, but as others have noted was not swept underneath. Just dusty and feathers. Had all the amenities needed and cute as a button. Will plan another stay!

Husbands Birthday getaway

It was a cute little place that was perfect for a couple with 2 dogs to spend a weekend. The location was so close to the main part of Rockaway Beach and a quick walk to anywhere. It had all we needed to feel comfortable and to enjoy our time. We walked all over and enjoyed every day we spent here.We hiked some hikes in the area and spent a lot of time with the dogs at the beach. We would stay here again if we come back to the area. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and we enjoyed it. The hot tub it was wonderful to relax after all the activities. Beautiful spot.

Cozy cottage

We really enjoyed this place. Room to park our truck & small boat. Everything you need or want is there. Surprised to see a bottle of wine. We enjoyed it & replaced it. Perfect size for us. We are not tall people. If your a tall person, it could pose a challenge. The covered deck is the star of the show during rainy weather. Hot tub is completely private. We had a family of raccoons as well as an owl checking us out. Pretty cool. Easy walk to the beach. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Rockaway hidden gem.

You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. It is great for a couple or a small family with smaller children. As the description states if you are over 6' 2" tall. You will be trying to avoid hitting your head, in the bedrooms and especially in the shower. Bed is comfy. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. In the kitchen we had everything we needed to cook meals. Would recommend a knife sharpener. Living area included a larger TV, with Roku, Xbox 360 with a few games. Board games, puzzles, and a few different card games. DVD player and a few movies, books, and a record player with a few records. Covered patio was nice, we didn't use the hot tub, but looked well maintained. Might consider some sort of awning for the hot tub, so it can be used on those rainy, misty days. I was a little hesitant about renting when I read the owner had a space behind the house for their own personal use. I am happy we took the chance. If the owner ever used it we didn't see them. Don't miss out on this gem of house. Felt like we were not in town, since the house is at the end of of a dead end street. We saw 3 deer almost every morning in the yard. Will definitely stay again when we stay in Rockaway.

Great location, porch, and hot tub

The location for this property is lovely. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach with our two dogs. The covered porch was great. I appreciated not getting wet while letting the dogs out or when taking a smoke break. We appreciated the main room where we could let our dogs relax. The TV, stocked kitchen, and hot tub were all great additions we appreciated. We didn't feel well physically during our stay and believe it was because of mold. Tom was receptive and issued us a partial refund and assured us he would look into it further. We would not stay here again in the winter but hopefully other people do not have the same experience and can enjoy the many other benefits of this property.

Disappointed with compensation or effort for our inconveniences.

It was a quant place and very dog friendly w the front porch fenced. Parking is scarce. Tight neighborhood. Enough for 4 to sit up straight and watch tv. The Rocu doesn’t work barely at all! On. Off. Changing channel…. You cannot sit up in the bunch bed. Or open the door Very far to get into the small room. ( looks larger in the pictures for sure) I would have been cool with the dog friendly beach house. But the tub wouldn’t drain. Then the toilet was backing up. We plunged and plunged Pretty soon I got alllll kinds of hair up. I couldn’t pull enough till it broke off. “GROSS” The plunger is too small for the toilet. We gave up. Called. His phone had no sound. After time tryi texting.. He told me I could go home and get a refund for one night. ( I came here for business appointments and family time. It’s 5 hour drive) He kept repeating asking if I changed batteries and plunged. “”Yes!” Ok. Then he said we could use his apartment attached to the building. ( otherwise he wasn’t offering till I spoke up) 2nd flush and it was backing up and shower gurgling. Somehow our section of the tight apartment water seemed to flow. It all worked out without us needing to move. And could “ start our own laundry, dishes, and take garbage out. ( hope those cute raccoons don’t get into the can) I wouldn’t ever want to leave a bad review. Except this houses issues and no attempt to resolve any. Or attempt to compensate or sincere . The attitude was?…. Figure it out. Do bette!

Perfect hideaway

I really enjoyed the quaint size of this property. In spite of that all of the amenities were amazing and I felt I had plenty of room to stretch out and get cozy. Fire place, hot tub, and a good kitchen for making some local seafood. I WILL be coming back here with my partner again. We loved it.
