Wir hoffen, wir haben alles, was Sie für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Maui brauchen. der Komfort, die Bequemlichkeit und die Einrichtung von Zuhause sowie viele Dinge für den Strand.

Schauen Sie sich den Maui Visitor Channel auf dem Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer an (Channel 7)

Schwimmen Sie mit Fisch und Schildkröten. Beobachten Sie die Wale von der Veranda oder vom Park aus, wenn sie in der Gegend sind. Gleich die Straße hinunter befindet sich der Bootsanleger, von dem aus Sie Ihre malerischen Hochseetouren beginnen können. Nehmen Sie den Küstenpfad und die Strände in beide Richtungen von der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.

Spielen Sie Golf auf einem der nahe gelegenen, international anerkannten Golfplätze, stöbern Sie in den zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, probieren Sie die feinen Restaurants und Familienrestaurants und schauen Sie sich die schönen Strände an. Ein Großteil der lokalen Küche ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es lohnt sich, gemütliche Spaziergänge zu unternehmen.

Es gibt keine privaten Strände auf Maui und Sie können mehrere erkunden, die nur wenige Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt sind. Wir haben unsere Lieblingsorte, wie Ulua Beach Park und Ahihi Bay Marine Reserve. Die Lavafelder am südlichen Ende der Insel lassen Sie denken, Sie befinden sich auf einem anderen Planeten. Beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang von Haleakala, Kajak oder Paddelboard nach Turtle Town und nehmen Sie mindestens einmal die Straße nach Hana.

Suchen Sie nach Schildkröten entlang der Küste und schnorcheln Sie mit ihnen an der Stelle zwischen Kamaole Beachpark II & III sowie an vielen anderen Orten.

Nothing is wrong

It is alway difficult to judge anything, because the result based on where you are from and what do you expect. In this case the condo was OK, nothing was wrong. If you have not a 'Ritz Carlton' standard, than this condo is almost perfect. The most positive aspect for me was the existing A/C. But be careful, if the A/C is running, don't use the Micro, because the fuse is not strong enough and you will stay in the dark.

From the bathroom to the beach chairs, this unit needs some updating. We didn’t find the unit very welcoming at all. When we walked in, the unit was very hot and stuffy and whoever cleaned it last left their cleaning supplies and dirty cloths on the table. The bathroom was dingy and not as clean as it should have been for guests. There is an old plastic tub surround that is dull and dingy. Cabinets throughout the unit are very dated. We found the bed and pillows to be quite hard. Bed pillows were yellow as were the protective cases on them. Not appealing at all. The AC worked pretty well, although if you had the AC on in the living room, you were told to leave the storage room door open on the Lanai so the storage room didn’t overheat. The unfortunate part of that rule was while sitting on the Lanai, the best view was sitting in front of the storage room door, but it had to be left open, so you had to sit on the other side. Maybe the overheating problem should be rectified, so that guests can enjoy the view. We have stayed at Hale Kamaole on several occasions, but have never had a complaint until now.

New Years at Hale Kamaole

This was our first experience working with VRBO and am happy to say that everything was as expected...no surprises. The property was spotless as was the condo itself...very well maintained. The grounds crew were present every day raking up leaves, transplanting etc. We made use of the concierge and the on-site office staff, both of which were most helpful. The owners worked with us on our needed dates. I was impressed at their communication and how well everything went. Kudos to Marcia and Anthony for sharing their lovely home in this way. The photos were up to date and exactly as presented. Very light and airy feeling, extremely comfortable bed, new appliances and the view from the lanai spectacular. We were right across the street from a sloping green grass area, stepping on to beautiful Kamaole Beach #1. The building is very soundproof and we did not hear neighbors below or next to us at all. The location is low key while being accessible to many restaurants and additional beaches. We were within walking distance of the Five Palms Restaurant where we enjoyed several meals in their open air restaurant on the beach...most pleasant. One of our favorite excursions was driving the Road to Hana, the magical little town on the most eastern side of Maui. Like going back in time. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a cruise, seeing whales breach in the distance and a Luau at the Grand Weilea. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone wanting a laid back vacation in Paradise that is also affordable. We will definitely use VRBO in the future and would return to this location again if it was available.

This place was perfect for a trip with a friend. The place was just as it appeared, Marcia was very responsive and helpful, and it was the perfect location. Just a walk across the street to the beach, very close to restaurants. It was the perfect place for our trip to Maui.

The condo was very dirty, kitchen poorly equipped and unattractively decorated.

The only thing this condo has going for it is the location; directly across the street from a beautiful beach. Of course that can be said for countless properties in Kihei. The furnishings were cheap, worn and dirty. The decor awkward and unattractive.The floors were so dirty that the bottom of our feet looked like we had been out walking barefoot in the street. The washing machine was filthy from having been used to wash area rugs. This was not discovered until after a load of delicates was pulled from the washer covered in sand and grit. The rugs were still in the dryer. If I could I would post pictures, it was disgusting. There was BLACK MOLD on the shower curtain that was reported to both the owner and management. Nothing was done. On-site management is only available between 8 and 5 daily. Maintenance was unavailable after 4. And voicemail to the owner was not returned. If you are looking for a dirty, unattractive, overpriced, outdated room with some nice beach toys, across the street from awesome beaches, this place is for you . If you want more than that for your money keep looking, Kihei has thousands of nice condos for rent.

Great place in great location

The one-bedroom unit had nice lanai with view over ocean to beautiful sunsets. Great beach park just across the street. Nice beds (we used the pull-out sofa for our daughter) and bedding. Convenient washer/dryer in unit. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbors (except for early morning harshly calling Gray Francolin on property and beach park!)

Will return as often as possible

This is my second time in this clean, well equipped , comfortable (including AC), unit. The owner is so tuned in to the needs and wants, of her quests. Including updating items. So us returning guests, has different towels, paintings, even down to the hot air popper, for my nightly snak. She makes a effort to replace the missing items that we might break ( Sorry Marcia for the glass ) or leave in other units. A Lot of my time was spent on the beach enjoying my book , watching sunset, snorkeling and watching the turtles. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beaches, Or take a bus . Even though the local fruit stand was a bit far for me to walk , but the bargains are worth it. Bruised bananas (free) papayas (soft 3 for a $1.00) The staff is always friendly and excursion coordinator has all the answers and great prices. Well Thank You for all the Memories. One more thing don't let the hurricane warnings scare you off. I have worst winds at Doran Beach on the Sonoma Coast but it does bring in the Sea Turtles in to rest on the beach 35 by the time we left. 80 the night before. Beautiful Vista!!

This location is perfect for walking anywhere in Kihei along the beach. Loved being able to walk to "Da Kitchen" for the BEST local food around. Wonderful beach across the street, so much a "local" scene. Great swimming...good life guard area. Can't say enough about condo. Clean, efficient, every thing you will need for a relaxing wonderful vacation! Easy walking to Kihei Harbor for snorkeling to Molokini on the Redline tour! (what a fantastic group)!!

Marcia and Anthony, just wanted to let you know how much Sandra and I enjoyed your place in Maui. We had such wonderful weather, we spent every day at the beach. Your condo is so nicely decorated and well-equipped, it was like staying in a welcoming home. Unit 205 is very close to the large park adjacent to Kameolole beach 3 (2 minutes from the door to the sand!). The complex managers and staff were always ready to help and answere questions, this is a first class facility.

Don't Hesitate to Rent This Condo

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days in February 2012. This is a well kept one bedroom unit on the second floor of a quiet building just across the street from a public ocean park. Every morning we ate breakfast on the lanai, taking turns spotting the whales that perform offshore. I can't think of one thing that we needed that the owner did not provide. Just buy your groceries and move in! We will certainly be back.

Fabulous Condo and location

We love this condo! The location couldnt be better. Views of the ocean & sunsets, directly across the street is a lush green park which is the entry to a wonderful beach. Everyone gathers at the park, for a wonderful sunset showing. Kihei is a fun town with many ammenties. The condo complex is very clean, with green lawns and great pool. The unit is light & bright, upgraded and very spacious. We will return soon! Kathy & Amber

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We looked at a lot of condominium complexes and liked Hale Kamaole the best. The floor plan offers an extra wide & open entry with wonderful views as soon as you step inside. The main room has a NEW SOFA and EASY CHAIR, a dining table with 4 chairs. Hale Kamaole is a nice size complex, close to the park & beach, and has a great onsite staff. Hale Kamaole offers what we think is the best floor plan of any we looked at. Enjoy meals, the views, watch the whales and other sea life from the Lanai!

South Maui and the Kihei area are our favorites on Maui. Our complex is across the street from Kamaole BeachPark III, one of the largest parks in South Kihei. You can snorkel, swim, boogie board, picnic, and more without having to pack up the car. Just walk across the street. Shopping, dining, walking paths, boat launch, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance.
