Diese zweistöckige Wohnung ist der Traum eines Strandliebhabers. Jedes Zimmer ist spielerisch dekoriert, um dem entspannten Thema des Strandlebens gerecht zu werden. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das erste ist eine Königin und das Kinderzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Flachbildschirm. v.s mit Satellitenfernsehen ausgestattet. Der Pazifische Ozean und die Promenade sind nur einen kurzen Weg von diesem Ort entfernt. Sie können auch die Meeresluft von der Terrasse genießen. Diese Terrasse ist mit einem Set aus geflochtenen Stühlen und einem Elektrogrill ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut für die Unterhaltung eingerichtet und enthält sogar eine Popcorn-Maschine! Während es Treppen gibt, wird dieser Platz mit einem Treppenhilfsstuhl gegründet.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful time staying here, it suited 3 adults and 2 kids perfectly. It was easy to get around and the path to the beach was super convenient.

A great view of the next-door motel's parking lot!

I realize now why there wasn't a listing photo of the view from the balcony. It is because the view is of the neighboring motel's parking lot. No kidding. That is the full view. The most unrestful part of the trip was due to poor soundproofing between the upstairs kitchen and dining room and the lower-level bedrooms. Make sure everybody goes to bed at the same time, or those people trying to sleep in the lower level bedrooms will be constantly awakened by people simply walking around upstairs. We also saw several silverfish in the downstairs area.

We've stayed at this VRBO 3 times and really enjoy the space. Enough room for everyone to have a bit of space. Nice upstairs for gathering and eating. Easy walk to town and the beach.

A sister's getaway!

The house was as advertised. My sisters and I had room to spread out. Everything we needed was provided. It was so close to the boardwalk, Discovery Trail and ocean! Also ise to shops and restaurants. We reco..end it!

Friends mini vacation

The place was very nice and comfortable, and had plenty of what could be needed. We enjoyed the access to the beach. The only thing I would suggest is to mention in the listing that it is a townhouse with an upstairs. Also, the bedspread in the lower bedroom was in awful shape, soiled and stains.

Family time

Took my son and mom for a short mini vacation. Easy walking access to the beach. We were also close enough to walk to town. Quiet neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. Had an issue with one of the toilets but they were on top of getting it fixed for us. I would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach

Lovely property. The beds are very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with lots of plastics bowls and plates. Coffee and spices were a plus. The only negative is that the place needs more light fixtures in the living room and over the stairs

Long Beach Stay during WSIKF

This is a nice 3 bedroom home. 2 bedrooms down stairs, 1 upstairs. 2 bath. Plenty of kitchen utensils make it easy to prepare meals for 6 adults. Nice view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck. Nice quite area with deer. Easy walk to the Boardwalk and beach access.

Good function

6 of us in town for a fishing trip. Was a short drive to the marina, about 10 min. Clean spot good common areas to hang out. Kinda in a weird cul de sac next to a hotel so not getting any views. Parking was pretty limited but we made it work. My only gripe is that the vrbo add said there were 5 beds (fold out in common area) but there were only 4. The ad has since been changed but not everyone had a bed

Comfortable, Great Location!

The rental was exactly as pictured and described. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed or could have wanted for our stay. The host was available when we called and answered all of our questions. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and fun activities. This will be at the top of our list of places to stay when we return to the Long Beach area.

Amazing view

We all enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, I love all of the beach decor. It was large enough for all 6 of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen the rooms had plenty of room, beds were comfortable. The couch was very large and comfortable. The view from the deck and rocking chair was so relaxing.

Wonderful Townhome

Perfect spot walkable to the beach. Quiet and off the main streets. Mid sized but sleeps plenty. Such a great location and a well kept place. Property management was responsive and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay!

Short walk to town and beach

The condo was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen cookware was good quality brands (unusual for a rental), there were beach toys such as kites, buckets, boots, and a clam gun in the garage. (We used them to hunt razor clams and cooked the clams in the kitchen.) Checkin/checkout was by drop box at an office only about 8 blocks away. The touristy part of the town is within the same 8 blocks walking distance and you can get to bookstores, comfort food, groceries, an arcade, bike rental, go-karts, miniature gold, kite museum, etc. It's also right on the beach and next to both a bike path and a raised boardwalk, but that's a bit misleading as the beach itself is hundreds of yards wide. The entire area is very flat and good for bicycling. Only downside: there's only a little bit of beach view as the apartment faces on the parking lot.

Perfect Location

We stayed here during a three day weekend in the winter and while the weather wasn't great, the townhouse is was perfect! It was really clean and set up nicely. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we loved being able to walk to town and straight to the beach.

Excellent value for the location

I was having trouble deciding to go with the more expensive better view property or this one. The other one was rented out, so we had our choice made for us! I am so glad that occurred! This place was not only an excellent location, an equally short trail to the beach but also a shorter walk to town and more centrally located than the more expensive property. The condo itself is next to a larger but quiet condo, the side view to the ocean is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms in the condo were well appointed. A lot of the amenities were there and available, including beach toys and chairs. The only thing that was tough were the stairs, they’re small and steep, hard on bad knees. But that didn’t matter to most of us. I only mention it for anyone else that has trouble with stairs. I already checked for future dates to rent this place- but they were taken- jump on it if you find your dates available!

Great location!

Nice location for a girls weekend. The check in/out process was very easy. The property was super clean. The parking lot is right off the deck, if you lean over you can get a glimpse of the ocean. But who needs to spend time on the deck when the ocean is just a short walk away. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
