Dieses entzückende Cottage im Küstenstil liegt in der ruhigen und freundlichen Water's Edge Condo Association an der Linekin Bay an der Ocean Point Road.
Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie die abgeschirmte Veranda oder das Seitendeck mit Blick auf die Bucht, während Sie Ihren Morgenbrei genießen, das Abenteuer Ihres Tages planen, lesen oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen.

Zu Fuß erreichen Sie das Linekin Bay Preserve mit bewaldeten Wegen und Blick auf die Küste und den Damariscotta River. Maine trip 2024

This was our 2nd stay in this quaint and cozy cottage. My wife loves the nautical themed decor of the cottage. As last visit the owner Sandy took care of all our needs and questions. We recommend doing the Damariscotta river boat tour and the Botanical gardens.

Maine relaxation anniversary week

We arrived after 9PM and found check-in to be very easy. Our week couldn’t have been more perfect because the weather was amazing with sunshine and eighties the entire time! The view of the ocean was stunning and we spent a great deal of time just sitting and staring out at the water. We were able to relax and simply soak in the quiet, the clean ocean air, the sounds of the birds! Our cottage was everything we could have hoped for and we loved the way it was decorated with fun and colorful beach/ ocean items. We met the neighbors next to us and they were friendly and kind! If only we could have stayed longer! We’d love to return again and stay in this adorable little cottage a little longer next year- a Maine home away from home!

Cozy Cottage on the Water

Very well appointed, comfortable cottage-like condo in a quiet location away from the bustle of summer crowds in Boothbay Harbor but conveniently located to explore the wonders of Mid Coast Maine. Sandra was very responsive to a couple of issues we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. Pictures make it appear larger than it is, but as a frequent traveler I have learned that this is typical of a on line listing. Although small, it certainly had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The weather did not co-operate for our stay so unfortunately didn't get to use the outside spaces, but would have if we could have as they were so inviting. Kitchen had everything we needed and we did cook quite a bit. The steps to the loft are steep as indicated, but worth the climb as the loft was so comfortable. It was a perfect place for our Maine getaway. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the Boothbay region! Excellent trip!

Lovely Stay in East Boothbay Harbor

This property was amazing! It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for four people. The cottage was very comfy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of seating to enjoy watching the sunset each morning down by the harbor. Everyone in the area was super kind - we met a lovely couple who owns a different cottage, and they shared with us some recommendations for the area. The owner, Sandy, was super responsive, and equally as kind. Highly recommended staying here!

Comfortable cottage

Cottage was cute, very clean and quiet. Location was nice with water view, though dock was closed and no real beach. A little out of the way from most attractions, but close to Ocean Point. Cottage was fine fot two but would be crowded for more. We would recommend it for couples who are looking for peace and quiet.

This condo was a bit too small for 2 older adults. The stairs to the loft were very steep and not good for anyone over 65. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is lovely.

Quaint Stay in Boothbay

This motel has been converted into condos with individual units. This one was decorated so nicely with many Maine touches. The shower stall is very small but workable. Most windows do not open, so it can get warm during the day. Lovely screened in porch and another outdoor seating area.

Every thing was perfect

Every thing was perfect from the location to the cottage itself. My sister and I were impressed by how the cottage was so well set up. We never needed to search for anything we needed. The owners literally thought of everything. The location is quiet yet close to many points of interest. We really enjoyed swimming in the bay. We would definitely book here again.

Lovely stay in the perfect place

Sandy's property is small but mighty - our family of 4, including 2 teen girls, absolutely loved it. It is even better than pictured, everything clean, fresh, nicely decorated -- lovely outdoor space, convenient to all there is to do in the mid-coast area. The condo residents were so friendly and Sandy was gracious and responsive. We ate at the Carriage House Restaurant up the road which was convenient and tasty, bought groceries at Hannafords and otherwise were out eating delicious lobster at the Cabbage Island Clambake and 5 Islands Lobster Company (both highly recommended!). We enjoyed the sunset at the dock and our girls even jumped in for a refreshing swim. Boothbay Harbour is cute, but crowded and Sandy's place was a welcome respite. thanks for everything!

Charming fairy tale like sea cottage

Outstanding, charming cottage! I wish we would have spent our entire trip in this fantastic cottage. The unit has everything you need! Beds were super comfy-the best sleep of the trip! We loved the screen porch that came in handy with an afternoon of rain, and we had most meals outside at the decks table w/umbrella. The decorations are whimsical and you really get that coastal feeling of Maine. We had dinner in the unit each night, from fresh lobster boils, to seared scallops and fresh shucked oysters, while enjoying the views of the ocean. The kitchen had everything you needed, and the special touches of ground coffee, filters and basic condiments was appreciated. The condo grounds are beautifully manicured as well, the hydrangeas were a vibrant periwinkle color and the size of a basketball-stunning! And let’s not forget that the sunsets were always amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! What a find this was!

Fantastic Stay!

Sandy and Ty are great owners! The property description and pictures are absolutely spot on. The cozy cottage is well kept and in the case of the bathroom that has been completely renovated, the experience is even better. The cottage decor and furnishings are a perfect reminder of which great state you are in, there is even a decorative lobster trap hanging on the side of the wall! The cottage grounds are meticulously well maintained and include a small dock if you've got a boat or a kayak. There's also a swing set for young kids and a picnic table on the dock that's a great place to eat and watch the sunset. The cottage included plenty of sheets and linens in case it is needed. Laundry machines are available for use nearby in another unit, just bring your own laundry detergent. This cottage is about 10 quick minutes away from the town of Boothbay with great eats at Shannon's Unshelled, Harborside Tavern, or Bridge Street Cafe. If you want to cook, groceries from Hannaford are even closer. If you fancy sweets, there are fudge, chocolate and whoopie pie shops in town. Finally there were many places to shop for various Maine merchandise and apparel also. Sandy and Ty might be my all-time favorite VRBO owners. They were perfect hosts, personally greeting me when I checked in after 9pm, even lighting a path for my car to park and turning on the fan since it was a bit warm in the alcove bedroom. Sandy gave great ideas on what to do during our stay and the cottage included many current Maine publications to review. There were two TVs on site and the high speed internet worked just fine. Everything regarding my stay was communicated to me and any other information I needed was noted right by the kitchen wall. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Boothbay. I hope to be back in the future and wish Sandy & Ty well.

Wonderful place and location!

This duplex cottage is the perfect location and had everything needed for a 6 night stay. The dock view was spectacular and perfecdt for enjoying the fresh Maine sea air. My 16 year old daughter, husband and I loved the convenience of being no more than an hour from anywhere we planned to explore! This cottage is literally 10 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, 1hr to Freeport 1hr 15 to Portland, 25 minutes to WIscasset, and less than an hour to Pemaquid Beach. It is 5 minutes from the cutest little general store that had amazing muffins that were perfect for breakfast! It is a super quiet community that sits on Linekin Bay away from the hustle and bustle of the of Boothbay Harbor. The cottage itself was small but all we needed for the week. The king bed is in the loft and the stairs may be too steep for some to navigate but my daughter and I took that bed and it was not an issue for us. My husband chose to stick to the downstairs bedroom with a queen bed b/c of the steepness / narrowness of them but loved his bed none the less! The reclining sofa was nice to relax in at night and the little heater worked great on one night it was in the 60's. The air unit in the loft and the cross breeze kept the place cooled for evenings. We were never at the cottage during the day really . The only negative amongst a world of plusses was the shower size. It is tiny. However, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and the owner was wonderful to communicate with on any question we had. We definitely will stay here again! If you visit Boothbay, this is our "worth it" places: It is worth a short trip and to the famous Reds Eats in Wiscasset for the BEST lobster roles ever. Expect to wait in a line for a bit. Take a drive to the end of Ocean Point Road for amazing views on a scenic drive around the point. Book a trip with the Cabbage Island Clambake- you won't regret it! Plan a day trip to Pemaquid Beach to see the glittery sand and picturesque views from the beach- one of the cleanest beach and facilities I have ever seen. Rent kayaks on Boothbay Harbor for an hour or two with Tidal Transit Kayak Co...worth every penny!! Visit Boothbay Craft Brewery for fantastic beer and pizzas. We had amazing food at Tuscan Bistro in Freeport. Both McSeagulls and Boathouse Bistro on Boothbay Harbor are exceptional for the food and scenery. Wannawaf and Downeast Ice Cream Factory get our vote for fun little dessert stops(also on BH). I will shut up now:)

Perfect Place with Amazing Hosts!

This little cottage is an absolute perfect hidden gem. I have visited Maine before, but never Boothbay and I’ll definitely be back and spend more time in the area! My mom and I were on a mother/daughter vaca and we loved this place! It was my moms first visit to Maine! The cottage was everything you could expect for Maine from the decor to the views! It offered everything we needed, the beds were comfy, it was very clean, and I can not tell you enough of how wonderful our hosts were. Sandy and Ty are truly amazing people and all their neighbors and friends made this place feel like home. We were sad to leave, but won’t come again without staying here! Thank you Sandy and Ty for helping us make some great memories!

My sister and I loved our stay in this beautiful coastal cottage. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and walking down to the bay for gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is comfortable with everything you need to settle in and enjoy Maine. The location is perfect for seeing all of the Booth Bay region.

Perfect

Third time to Boothbay. This cottage was perfect. Sits right on the water, close to Boothbay Harbor. Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Had good communication with Sandy, the owner, and she even left us a little welcome gift. Would definitely like to stay here again.

My husband and I visited friends that were staying in Boothbay Harbor back in 2013, having never been to Maine previously. Our friends happened to be looking for another property. We all fell in love with this duplex! And that, as they say, was that! Never in our wildest dreams would we have predicted we'd own a cottage in Maine. Every year since, we can't wait to escape Florida's summer heat and plan our adventures in this beautiful state! Western views with magnificent sunsets, deep water access for anyone with a boat, a friendly, small, quiet community. Maine is a step back in time!

This duplex is an adorable standalone cottage. Close to restaurants and hiking, yet on the quieter side of Boothbay Harbor. Picturesque Ocean Point is just down the road. A hidden gem.
