Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Küstenhaus. Gelegen in einer wünschenswerten Gemeinschaft von Südvenedig. Mehrere schöne Strände wie Venedig, Manasota und Sharky's sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Die historische Venice Avenue mit einzigartigen Geschäften, außergewöhnlichen Restaurants, besonderen Veranstaltungen, Bauernmarkt, Tennisplatz und Kinderbrunnen sowie Legacy Trail Radweg (Sarasota nach Venedig) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dieses ideale Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist somit ein idealer Ort für jede Jahreszeit. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Radfahren, Laufen und Wandern. Sie werden mein Zuhause lieben, weil es Paare, Solo-Abenteuer oder Familien mit Kindern und Streicheleinheiten aufnehmen kann. Schließlich, wenn Sie Tierliebhaber sind, können Sie genießen eine Vielzahl von Vögeln auf dem Grundstück einschließlich der Ibis, Reiher und schneebedeckten Reiher.

Spring Training

Went here for a week with my buddy to watch the Braves play for Spring Training. Very good location, quiet neighborhood and the house was extremely clean.

Great location

Property was clean and convenient to beach and local activities. I had relatives in the neighborhood so worked out perfectly for my visit. Slight issue with a faucet was handled immediately and property met our needs with room to spare.

Great property in South Venice FL

This is our fourth trip to the Venice Florida area. We were lucky enough to spend two weeks at this property in South Venice. Everything was wonderful. Excellent layout. Very clean and excellent communication with the owner. We were happy to see there was no damage from hurricane Ian. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. We hop e to be back for a longer period next year.

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely home. The home is very comfortable, clean and well-appointed with everything you would need for a short or long-term stay. It is not fancy, but it is well laid out. We loved the screened in porch and our dog enjoyed the fenced-in back yard. The front door could use a little paint, but don't let that fool you. The inside is very well maintained. Especially appreciated was the reverse osmosis water faucet on the kitchen sink. Have to give a shout out to the neighbors both next door and across the street. They were very welcoming and complimentary of Jan and the way the property is maintained. That speaks volumns. The neighborhood is eclectic with all different kinds of houses. We liked the location which was close to beaches and old town Venice. I hope we get to visit again. Most sincerely.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it. The house is sparkling clean and it’s so close to everything. The fenced in yard for our 2 little dogs is a bonus!!! Great hideaway

The house is beautiful and just as it is listed. There is plenty of room for you to spread out while here. The screened porch is lovely plus a huge backyard. If you come with your dog they'll love it. The bed was super soft, everything was clean when we got here and it's easy to find. You are 5 minutes maybe from Tamiami Trail where all the businesses are. If I'm ever back in the area I'd love to stay here again.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood! Perfect fit!

We had plenty of room and more for the two of us and our lab. Very clean and spacious home, close to everything. Friendly neighbors and great neighborhood for walking. We would recommend to friends and family who visit the area!

The cleanest VRBO house I have ever seen.

This is a great house to use as a base to see all the sights in Venice and surrounding areas. While not new, the rooms are well laid out, big and bright. Open kitchen/living room/dining room set-up. Fenced in back yard for our dog which was great. The owner was attentive and even came over to help us with the TV (as we are old and not too good with tech-y stuff).

Great property

We had an issue with the A/C, but the owner came quickly and got it taken care of. Property was great and the fenced area was perfect for dogs, no worries about them being able to get out of the fence. Overall a wonderful stay and we booked it again for our next trip down there.

Shark teeth vacation

This home is nicer in real life than the pictures, it is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Our dog loved the yard. It's on a corner lot so the yard is big. Very clean property. Comfortable beds. I would recommend this property. We also found lots of shark teeth on casperson beach. Love venice.

The perfect vacation home!

This vacation rental is perfect! One of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and in a very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from anywhere you might want to be in the Venice area, it is a great location and easy to get to. Check in/out was super easy, the owner is wonderful and very quick with any communication and the fenced in yard was excellent for our pets. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area and hope to be return visitors as well!

South Venice

Easy check-in instructions, very clean home, water pressure is less than what I was used to, but is common for the area I was told. Overall, very nice property and communication and I would use again. Thank you!
