Guests: Me and my best friend (31 and 36) and our families. My parents (in their 50s) and sister (17), plus my bff's boyfriend and children (13 and 14). It was absolutely perfect!!! We enjoyed every minute. We had beautiful sunsets, and also a view of the full moon. I love the open concept living room / kitchen. We prefer to stay on the bayside because it is cheaper, and also you can kayak or swim in the canal. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs, almost like a separate apartment. Also, the bathroom upstairs is jack and jill, with two toilet rooms and one shared shower, which was perfect. We loved the downstairs area with the outdoor kitchen and sitting areas. We also loved the kayaks and the floating foam platform -- so much fun! Next time, we will rent the property next door as well (it's a studio) and bring more people.
A few minor issues: low water pressure, wood deck is old and has splinters, the stove was hard to cook on because it didn't heat up well (but def still useable), and they did not provide very many bath towels. The upstairs deck is also very sunny during the day and a bit of shade would have been nice. Also 11 am checkout is a bit early for us...
All in all, it was such a fabulous trip. We would come back for sure. Thank you!
