Great stay for families with private pool, close to Nice
Overall, we enjoyed our stay with 2 families, especially the large space in the kitchen and living room and outside area with garden lounge and pool. Most kitchen utensils and accessoires were available and the fridge was big enough to store all our food incl. freezer. An Intermarche is a short drive away, so is the city center, gas station, boulangerie etc. The airport and Nice are 15mins drive away and there's parking space for 2 cars. We couldn't stay outside much because there are many mosquitoes. The bedrooms all have AC and the 2 master bedrooms downstairs have access to the terrace. Towels for both personal use and beach towels were provided. Plenty of space for storage and hanging clothes. One thing we didn't like was the room set up, as it made it difficult for us to split up - one bedroom is right in front of one modern bathroom, which people from the other bedroom have to pass to use the bathroom. The other master bedroom has a bathroom without any doors / curtains, which has to be shared with 2 people from the backside bedroom. This shared bathroom does not have a toilet, which is a tiny chamber in the floor across the backside bedroom.
Upstairs, there is a small bedroom, which gets hot during the day, which our elderly aunt and uncle stayed in - it is connected to a large bathroom with bath tub and laundry machine. The bedsheets smell funky (like they've been stored in a cupboard for some time) and are super thin, not the best sleeping experience we've had.
