Diese luxuriöse Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich im 12. Stock des The Broadmoor in Orange Beach und wird bald zu Ihrer Wahl werden. Diese Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung ist etwa eine halbe Meile von der FloraBama und günstig am Strand gelegen.

Gehe hinein und die Küche ist auf der rechten Seite. Es ist komplett ausgestattet zum Kochen oder Backen während Ihres Aufenthaltes. Es gibt einen Essbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für die gesamte Gruppe. Das Zimmer bietet eine Wet Bar, einen Wohnbereich und Zugang zum Balkon. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, kostenfreies WLAN und ein Schlafsofa. Der Balkon bietet einen Blick auf die weißen Sandstrände des Golfs von Mexiko. Sie haben Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftspool und einem Whirlpool!

Nach dem Walk-in, auf der linken Seite ist ein Flur. Wenn Sie links von der Halle gehen, haben Sie die Waschmaschine und Trockner auf der linken Seite und ein großes Badezimmer auf der rechten Seite mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV.

Wenn Sie rechts die Halle hinunter gehen, werden Sie die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite sehen. Es gibt eine begehbare Dusche, eine separate Gartenwanne und zwei Waschbecken im Hauptbadezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und Zugang zum Balkon.

We enjoyed the location - great views of the dolphins from our deck. The unit was well stocked and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and the 2 suites provided great privacy for friends traveling together.

Paradise

Broadmoor 1204 was the best place I have ever stayed. We were on the top floor so we didn’t hear stomping above us. The condo was absolutely beautiful. We could walk from the bedroom to the living room through sliding doors and a balcony! All I could hear was the ocean waves. Absolutely Peaceful! The pool, hot tub and sauna was used by all of us. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Super happy! Even more than what I expected.

We paid a relatively low price and it was nicer than other more expensive places we stayed at. Location and view can’t be beat. The condo was great. It’s what I expect from a beach condo. Great for families.

Perfectly located

None of the listed info in the confirmation emails was right in any way. We almost had to sleep in the car the first night but luckily found an owner willing to go out of her way to help us get in.

Needs upgrades badly

We’ve stayed in Broadmoor for 11 years. This is the first time in this condo. This is by far the least comfortable furniture with very outdated decor. Needs to be updated badly. We love the Broadmoor but this condo was a disgrace to the building.

Great condo

Great condo and great location for my family. The lockbox was a bit difficult to figure out opening. You need to pull the face of the box forward to open, as the box does not open like a traditional padlock.

Review of broadmoor condo

Condo was great except master bedroom. No bed skirt, torn and worn out comforter, no decorative pillows, curtains falling off the rods with no blackout curtains, and not a great bed. Other bedroom was much nicer with blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Still enjoyed our stay but the master bedroom just did not match the rest of the condo.

Unkempt furniture

The layout of the condo was nice and spacious. In the master bedroom where me, my husband, and our 4 & 2 year old stayed; the curtains did not fully cover the massive windows and the curtain were broken/torn so it was a fight to keep the sun out of the room for sleep. Also there wasn’t a skirt on the bed and the frame was mangled. The carpet needs a deep clean, especially with little ones playing on the floor. Stains and wear-tear happen but this seems to be an ongoing complaint. Thank you

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and had a convenient location. The refrigerator stopped working one night but was able to get it back running. The dishwasher did not work but we did not find this out until check out. We did t have to use it.

Orange Beach Broodmoor 1204

Condo was laid out well. All appliances worked. Gulf views were spectacular. Breeze and sound of waves were deeply soothing. Couches in living room need updating—they were torn and stained. Outdoor furniture on Gulf-view terrace also needs updating. Three of the four chairs were broken. We were also not informed that the pool was under construction and that the jet tub in the on-suite was out-of-order prior to locking in our reservation.

disappointed

We have stayed in this unit before but was very disappointed in the current condition. The master shower was full of mildew,the bathroom door didn't close all the way & then wouldn't open at all! The ice maker in the wet bar didn't work & was filthy.The carpets are old & dirty, need to go! Had to ask for different sheets that were clean. one of the bathroom sinks wouldn't drain. The entire unit needs a good cleaning. The office at the complex knew about the door but hasn't had time to fix it because of renters. I would have liked to have known this ahead of time. We love the Broadmoor but will not stay in this unit again.

Not what it looks like

This condo looks nice and modern in the pictures but the furniture is old and has holes in it. The tub did not work. The curtains where falling off the rod and the ceiling fan was broken in the living room. Very disappointed

Great location but needs some love

We loved the location and the beach. The building and parking lot is run down. Tennis courts on top of building shut down, maybe they are renovating. The unit is in severe disrepair, poorly stocked kitchen, holes in the wall and in the couch. No linens for the couch bed though we counted it as a bed to fit our family. Water pressure is so strong it hurts in spare bath. It has not had any updates in 20 years it appears. I would not stay here again.

Cleaning.

This was an older property that has had some updates. Unfortunately our room needed some updating. For starters it really needs a deep cleaning. It’s a pretty condo just dirty. There was a chair in the main bedroom that had rips in it like they got it off the side of the road. My other complaint was the tub didn’t work. That was one of the main reasons I booked and it was not listed saying it didn’t work. Also the outdoor furniture was broken and old. The upside was the kitchen was updated and nice and washer and dryer worked great. Also closet space was great as well.

Nice area, beautiful scenery from the patio,

Rental was very easy, call was received that remodeling was ongoing in the condo. Some items were missing, screens on doors, chairs with upholstery in need of repair, dishes had to be washed prior to use.

Location, Location, Location

This is the perfect location for a beach getaway. The balcony offers picture perfect beach view. We beach access. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Check in and out was easy. (Although we did have some difficulty reading the numbers on the lockbox. Younger eyes may find it easier) The management was most responsive. The rooms were spacious. I gave 4 stars because this unit needs some TLC. Drapes need to be repaired and hung on the rod-some clips are missing. The wicker chair and stool in the master bedroom needs new cushions-these are ripped and in poor condition. Carpet has old stains. Currently there is a lot of construction work so perhaps this unit will have some updates.
