Sie sind nur wenige Gehminuten von Nye Beach und dem Einkaufszentrum Highway 101 entfernt. Beautiful View, Spacious living
From the moment you walk upstairs and look out through the windows, all you see is the spectacular Oregon Coast. A beautiful view with a spacious house for 4 adults. Very good amenities and close to town.

The location of the home is great. It’s easy to park, very private and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The beds are very soft and uncomfortable. There is a pathway to the beach however it is narrow and very overgrown causing it to be a challenge to navigate.

Beautiful location!
The house was comfortable and the view was amazing! We appreciated the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We wish that the trail down from the house to the beach would have been a little easier to navigate, especially for older people. The beds had soft mattresses which were fine if you prefer them that way. We wish that there were glasses, cups and silverware for seven people. Overall, though, this was a nice house and beautiful location. We will most likely consider returning to it in the future.

Great location, needs handyman service
Pros: Awesome location, check-out was easy, love the great room for family, had plenty of supplies for cooking and washing. Nice overall layout with lots of room for family of 6. Liked having the 2 twin beds downstairs and 2 primaries with bathroom access upstairs. Cons: Upstairs mattresses need to be replaced and were not a good sleep for these guests. Both tvs downstairs did not work. Contacted vacasa with no fix. All tvs seem to be different set-ups as well, which was confusing. Limited channels for sports. One of the sinks downstairs didn't work for the cold side. The door to the sunroom didn't close all the way (not a big deal, but would be good to fix).

Great rental!
This house is perfect for a large group or family, great location, short hike to the beach and plenty of space for everything. Well stocked with towels and linens. Could use some larger cups and mugs but overall had everything we needed. All the beds were super comfortable!!!

Extremely disappointed
9 ladies stayed here. I was the first of two to arrive. Excited about the location and windows overlooking the ocean. The THOUGHT was the highlight.Please update the description page! Garage door has key pad & code you’ll never remember.Unfriendly spiral staircase reaches upstairs. Stairs bring you eye level with the floor up there. Eww. Floor was filthy. Food, hair, items stuck to it. Sign to take your shoes off downstairs but there are 0 ways I was walking on those floors.Walked the house & started cleaning immediately. I contacted Vacasa via the app & let them know. Resp. time 1.5 hours and I sent pics. We had already cleaned the house.They offered but would have been wasted time waiting for them to rectify.No other offering was made. Reported no coffee pot, as advertised, we purchased one because they Never responded. Needed coffee to get past our depressing surroundings. Rugs are nasty, light switches dirty, chairs @ the bar were gross & more. House keeping does most common areas. Linens and bathrooms were ok. Kitchen almost clean. Broke ice maker, only sleeps 8 NOT 10. Broken outdoor chairs in a pile on the balcony. 3 nasty camp chairs to sit in. Beds are awful. Smoke alarm missing in living room. Can’t make tvs work except living area. Home needs attention!! Marks on walls all over the home. Deep Clean! AND the trail down to the ocean - what a joke. It’s a steep jungle. No thanks. Vacasa - this is the 2nd dirty home of yours I’ve stayed in.Do better

Great Family Get Together
Fabulous view! Overall happy with the property but there a few things that need addressed: Storm door on lower level needs repaired and is a potential hazard, the glass is loose. Electronic door lock needs attention, took several attempts to get into the house each time we came and went. During high winds and rain this is very unpleasant. We called to ask for a repair and was told someone would get back to us but they never did. The gas fireplace stove does not work nor are there any instructions for its use. The needle on the turntable is missing. When we arrived the dryer was overloaded with wet towels. The toilet in the back bedroom on the second level sticks causing the water to continue to run.

Oceanfront view is fantastic. Path to breach is directly in front of the house. It is steep, however. Walking sticks recommended for older knees. Some furnishings are worn out and uncomfortable. Two mattresses should be replaced, as well as chair cushions in the living room. Many of the kitchen dishes are chipped and not usable. I would stay here again, but house would benefit from more care.

Great ocean view with easy stairs to get to beach
We enjoyed being able to watch the ocean sunrise & sunsets in the warmth of the living room / open kitchen. The wrap around porch with plexiglass was great to sit & listen to to ocean with protection from the wind. Well equipped kitchen & lots of space TV in each room a plus for kids & adults. The only minus was the beds were guite soft & I like soft beds but these were a bit to soft however we were grateful.for the functionality of the furnace but the fireplace wasn't functioning. It was lovely would highly recommend

The home is nice just needs TLC as it is showing wear and tear, clean, beautiful sunsets and views, quiet nice dead end road close to food and sights. We would stay again, just hate to see the property decline as it is on some expensive property.

Nice House, not beach aneeds attention
This is not a beach accessible house unless you are a kid or a mountain goat. The ad and pictures led us to believe the house was on the beach. Our parents could not make it down this path to the beach so we were sorry we rented this place. It was falsely advertised as beach accessible. Bathroom window will not open. Master bedroom window will not open!! These need repaired. The refrigerator makes a sound like a fire alarm every time it comes on, scare you to death. All three toilets need attention. Very often stuck running, need new flippers and maintenance. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work.!! For what this house costs, we feel ripped off. Most of the dishes are chipped! These chips traps bacteria.

Loved it....but needs some upkeep
The location was great, waking up to the beautiful view and ocean sounds daily were amazing. It was a great place to stay. However we felt like the house needs to be maintained better. It was clean. The bathrooms were great. But we had 2 TV's that wouldn't work because of the remotes. We had a couple of lights out in the bedrooms. One of the beds was so squeaky where you couldn't even move on it. And the sheets for the pull out couch had a blood stain on it. However they had plenty of extra bedding in the house that we were able to use. And we had to put a book under the table in order to use it. The chairs on the deck were broken so you couldn't sit outside on them. And the area by the front door outside needs to be cleaned. We would love to stay here again, just felt it needs to be maintained it a little better.

Disappointed
We rented this place because of location (great location!) But we expected it to sleep 10...it DOES not! There is only space for 8-fare warning! Also the condition the furniture was in was terrible! The dining room chairs had nasty dirty stains all over the seats, all the furniture is seriously worn and outdated and there were black scrape marks all over the walls. Just felt dirty. For the price (we paid over 1k a night), it was a serious disappointment. It was for my husbands 50th and we invited our friends to stay and we were embarrassed by the place, not at all what we thought we were getting. The beds all squeak when you move at all and they were old. The mattress toppers were comfortable but mattresses underneath a no go! This place has so much potential but definitely not what it appears. Keep in mind it DOES NOT sleep 10. We will not be staying here again.
