Seaworld family Vacay

This home was a great staycation. Communication line was great from start to finish, which is a big plus for me. The cleanliness and overall experience was a great stay. Our family really enjoyed the pool and the comfortableness of the home. Most definitely stay here again if stay on the site.

Great Property!

This house is Great! Very clean on the inside and outdoors, and all amenities were fully functional. The property was in a nice area to walk around, was close enough to all of the activities that we intended on participating in. Would go again

My Florida Staycation

House was nice and comfortable, it does need an upgrade in appliances, had trouble making sure gas stove was completely off, kept smelling gas, didn't dare to use oven, had to contact Vacasa to report by phone because text took too long.

Don’t book!!!!

When we first walked in, we was hit with a smell of gas. One of the knob don’t work too good so we didn’t use the stove at all. The host does not reply back to message so you have to contact Vacasa. Someone came within 30 minutes. He also did the pool heating for us since we paid for it. There was a full size bed in the master bedroom. No TV in the kids room so they didn’t want to sleep in there. Pool was not too clean because bugs kept coming in with a screen being broken. The house needs updating.

This home was advertised as having cable. This home only had the local tv stations, old movies and crime shows. One could not even access the weather channel. The owner was contacted but he didn't update the cable. This home should not be advertised with cable.

Family vacation 2023

Do not pass this home up!! We really enjoyed our stay. The neighbors, neighborhood and golf course made us feel right at home. The pool was amazing and outdoor space was perfect. We planned to do more outside and the area but the weather kept us from doing so. One storm caused the electricity to go out overnight and a small issue was easily and quickly resolved by flipping a breaker. There was plenty of bath and pool towels for our family of 5. This home is minutes away from everything you need. We did some shopping, kids ubered to (Disney) Hollywood Studios, and we enjoyed dinner out. We had plenty of room so we were not to be on top of eachother. We bought too much food as we are used to things being so far away. This was perfect and we would definitely be back. 💕 We are happy with the simple pleasures in life. Thank you !!!

Better places for your hard earned money!!

Electrical sockets majority faulty loose and not working, MINIMAL cable AND no streaming allowed, cannot receive mail or packages, picture shows grill and no grill, paid extra per day for heated pool and it hardly and rarely worked!! Few lights out. Cable and wifi would come and go. Only 1 bedroom with cable. The twin beds and guest room double beds are HORRIBLE to sleep on! Cable went out and called Vacasa and it came back on in like 12 hours but took them 2 days to show up. This house needs a lot of updates!

The stay was okay

The master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the entire house. The air conditioner temp would not lower past 70. Outside temperature was in the low to mid 90's so we had to purchase a fan to sleep comfortably. The blinds in master kept falling off with the air from a boxed fan, so I found myself being woken up at the crack of dawn to fix blinds because the sun was shining brightly in our room. The house itself could have used a very good scrub and we found a used dirty bowl under our bed. Beds were not comfortable but the linens were VERY VERY clean.The pool was fabulous but the house itself could us a good cleaning.

The house was dirty, the pool was dirty and unusable and turned off. There were 2 fire exits and one of them was locked and unusable. Couldn't get someone to come clean the pool until day 3 of our trip, so 2 and a half days of not being able to use the pool. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 2 people for 6 days. There was a dead roach in the kitchen. The entire house smelled of stale cigarettes when we first arrived. The back doors alarm was deactivated. There was a lock box on the outside of the house with keys in it that went to the back door that had the deactivated alarm. And I'm pretty sure they have something illegal going on in the garage. Difficult to get a hold of and get help. Terrible hosts. Do not use Vacasa!

Great vacation home for a small family

We had a great time staying there for two weeks! The kitchen is fully equipped and we really enjoyed the outdoor grill and the pool (we requested pool heating in advance). First time using Vacasa and had no complaints, we called to request a new propane tank for the grill and that was promptly tended to.

The home was conveniently located to Dis at and Universal. We rented this property with hopes of enjoying the heated pool. We prepaid for pool heat, but it was never turned on despite two calls to management during our stay. We were refunded for the pool heat. Also the tv in the living room didn’t work for the entirety of our stay

WARNING

Do NOT pay for the pool heater, and do NOT ignore the other complaints about this house. I waited 14 days after my stay to leave this. I really iwsh someone had returned my messages about the non working pool heater, but all I got was "we will get back to you soon, thank you for your patience". Welp, my patience has run out. 60-65 degree pool water (with outside temps 75-80) during my stay even though I paid for the pool heater. NO refund on that (during the 6 day stay or 14 days later), and NO explanation as to what was going on. If I hadn't installed batteries in the AC thermostat (there were none at check in, so I bought some!) we'd have prolly needed to jump in the freezing pool to cool off. Do yourself a favor right now and LOOK ELSEWHERE, these folks don't give a d*mn about you.

Inaccurate Description

I hope my review helps someone else. I booked this property for my family and I to take a quick weekend trip. For starters I pulled up to trash in the drive way. The house smelled of mold. There was water on the kitchen floor. I went to check the rest of the property and found moldy walls, dirty carpets, still pool water that harbored many baby frogs. There was so many things wrong they had to move my family but not before threatening me and blaming me for reporting the issues. Stay away. Trust me.

Horrible communication. It’s the little things

Had potential We took my 3 siblings to celebrate them graduating from high school! The first disappointment was calling in regards to the UNEXPECTED storm in Florida. We wanted to push our trip to another week but they wouldn’t allow us. After speaking with multiple employees we we’re offered to push back one day… thankfully the storm started to pass through by the time we arrived so we didn’t get as much rain. When you first walk in, the place appears really clean. But you can see where corners were cut within the cleaning process. The kitchen sink seemed to have something clogging it and it gave off an awful smell. The dish washer was completely dirty with food inside and it smelled horrible. We had to clean ourselves. We also had to go to the store for simple cleaning products including dish liquid and soap for the bathrooms and bathroom trash bags although they advertised having these things. There is a kn extremely loud alarm on their back doors leading to the pool. We called that morning to see if it could be turned off when in use and I told I’d receive a call back but never did. I called back late that evening only for them to tell me that they couldn’t do anything about the alarm. So you have to press a button each time you go outside and hurry and close the door back before the alarm cuts back on and each time you’re coming back into the home you have to hurry to press the alarm button again or else it’ll get louder and louder. That was simply annoying. And although they mentioned it was a mandatory alarm, the neighbors next to us did not have that issue at all. We purchased things to utilize the grill only to see that it wasn’t working. It took over an hour of us trying before we were able to get just one of the jets to work. Their grill was also dirty so we had to clean it and also put foil on top just to use it. It’s rusty and old which some of that may be because they don’t have a grill cover like the other homes on that street. Also make note that the iron does not work and just leaks water. And the majority of the outlets in the home don’t work so we had to keep trying different outlets around the home just to charge our phones. There were 5 of us! Again, no simple toiletries in the home so bring your own. None of the games can be played because they’re all missing pieces. We didn’t care but some may. We did call and then sent messages. I was told a manager would call, we stayed 4 days & still waiting for a call…

nice home but........

This home was advertised as having cable. This home only had free tv which was equivalent to the local news, crime shows, cowboy movies and old shows and not much more. The owner was contacted but he never updated his cable. This home should not be advertised as coming with cable.
