Schöne komplette Renovierung 2018 mit neuen Böden und allen neuen Möbeln. Frische, gemütliche und entspannende Innenausstattung an der Küste, die so einladend ist, dass Sie nie mehr gehen möchten. Der einstöckige Grundriss ist offen und geräumig mit herrlicher Aussicht und einfachem Zugang zum Pool und Strand. Neue Holzböden in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern, Keramikfliesen im Eingangsbereich, Küche und Bad. Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche. Großer Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer; Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Flachbild-TV. Diese Wohnung hat den nächsten Zugang zum Pool und Strandpromenade direkt von Ihrem privaten Deck / Balkon. Die Stufen von Ihrem privaten Deck, der Strandpromenade, dem Pool und den Gärten sind zum Komplex hin abgeschlossen und privat (Code-Eingabe erforderlich). Dieses Gerät ist PRIME Lage mit nur einem kurzen Spaziergang zu lokalen Geschäften und Restaurants auf der anderen Straßenseite und in der Nähe. Genießen Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt von Charleston, die nur 15 Minuten entfernt ist.

Perfect beach vacation

This was without a doubt the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. From communication with the owner, to the location to the views, everything. My family arrived the day before me and I was bombarded with texts about how perfect and how clean it was, how well it fit our needs, I could go on. We certainly plan on renting this same property again the next time we vacation in Charleston.

Great beautiful place and location

We enjoyed our time. It’s is literally steps to the beach. The condo was in great shape, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was great and timely. Jaimee recommended a local pool chair company that was amazing and reasonably price. Plenty of dining within walking distance. Also, Charleston is just 20 minutes away. Great time. Def coming back.

Spacious fantastic property

We enjoyed this property very much. Jamee is very easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about clients having a wonderful stay. She has a go above and beyond approach as an owner. We loved having the spacious 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Our vacation was unfortunately cut short due to Debby but we will definitely be back for a redo.

Amazing Spring Trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in IOP! The condo was spotless and just as described in the listing. The convenience to the beach and pool was appreciated by all! The large balcony was perfect for coffee, lunch and relaxation while getting to enjoy the oceanfront view. After exploring the islands we realized this location was unmatched - walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to visit Sullivans, Mt Pleasant, downtown and the airport. The host was friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a small issue on arrival that was taken care of immediately. We rented beach chairs and umbrella from “Beach Bums” and Conner was johnny on the spot everyday with set up, highly recommend! Overall great trip, can’t go wrong with this condo!

Relaxing and Comfortable!

The condo is SUPER clean and comfortable. Although it was just me, there was so much space and the home is laid out really well (2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the front). Kitchen had everything I needed, living room was really comfortable, master bed was very soft, and the deck was amazing and relaxing. Rented a beach chair and umbrella from a sweet teenager and he posted it every day right in front of the building, so I could run back and forth to the condo to use the bathroom and grab snacks. Beach is really nice and clean. Needed some sunglasses so I walked across the street to the surf shop. Walked two streets down and got a massage. 5-6 restaurants within walking distance and Harris Teeter is just a mile away or so. Location is PERFECT. Jamee was super responsive and checked in to make sureI had everything I needed. Was such a nice stay and worth every penny!

Wedding Weekend

There were 5 of us who met here for a wedding and stayed a couple of extra days. So glad we stayed here even though it was a 30 minute drive to the venue. The condo was so clean and comfortable! All the furnishings were so nice and the kitchen was stocked and ready to cook! The porch and the view were beautiful! The host was exceptional with her communication even before we arrived. We had a small issue on Sunday morning and she was immediately responsive and handled it properly even on a Sunday! Hope to stay here again!

What a perfect location, beautiful and clean accommodations and a gracious host. This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Last getaway before college

We had such a great experience renting from Jamee. From the very start she was so attentive and responsive to our questions and made sure we had all the info well before we arrived. The condo is beautiful—all of the special touches—from decor to the welcoming bottle of wine—are evidence of her desire for her guests to feel relaxed and at home during their stay. Everything was very clean, and it was probably the most well equipped kitchen we have every stayed in. The adorable porch with view of the palms and ocean was perfect. Super easy access to a plethora of dining opportunities and perfect weather on a beautiful beach just steps away made it a fabulous last getaway for our family before our girls left for college. The condo is beautiful. Jamee is an expert host who was available to answer any question I had. She cared about helping us have a great stay in her lovely condo. After having to cancel due to Covid-19, we were finally able to make the trip to Isle of Palms and stay in the most beautiful, well-equipped vacation rental. Wonderful property in the heart of IOP. Loved the beach access and safety features. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. We had a great time!

Best Stay Ever

stayed Sept. 12-20. 2021. Could not have chosen a better get away vacation spot. The Isle of Palms is wonderful. People at so friendly at all restaurants, shops , beach and pool. Speaking of pool, always clean and plenty of chairs for relaxing. The deck on the condo is incredible. Perfect view of beach and pool. The condo itself is so easy. Furnishings were perfect for relaxing. Being on the first floor we had immediate access to our car when we decided to go out. Getting onto and off the Isle into Charleston was so easy. We did Touring and cruising in Charleston (and lots of eating).. Jamee, the owner, was incredible. totally accommodating to our every need. She always checked on us and made certain we were well taken care of of. Cannot recommend this property enough. We will definitely go back. The Harpers

Relaxing and enjoyable family vacation.

We wanted a luxurious and fun family vacation, and this condo and location exceeded our expectations. Jamee went out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of; she even recommended beach chair/umbrella rental company and restaurants. The condo was spotless, well equipped, tactfully decorated and nicely furnished and decorated. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants in walking distance out front, pool and beach right out the back private balcony stairs. Views from first floor of the beach, ocean and pool are are nicely framed by palm trees. We hope to return!!

Beautiful, spotless place with great location

This condo was simply amazing! Spotless and beautiful! It’s on the first floor with direct access to the pool and beach through the balcony which makes it super convenient for our young family. And it’s near lots of great restaurants and ice cream place! Our kids were in heaven for the week we were there! And Jemee, the owner, was so easy to talk to and was very accommodating and super nice! Simply put, everything was perfect! K.S.

Fantastic beachfront house!

What a Jem of a house and location right on the beach and convenient to everything needed for a relaxing vacation. I travel a lot for my business and it is rare to find a perfect place to get away. Thank you Jamee for sharing such a beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained property.
