Das gesamte Einfamilienhaus im Herzen von Overland Park! Große Auswahl für große Gruppen, Familien, Freunde oder Kollegen. Es hat 4 Schlafzimmer, Kingsize-Bett in Master, 2. 5 Bäder, 2 Wohnbereiche und einen schönen Garten! Das Obergeschoss verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer. Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Badezimmer (kleine Dusche). Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten. Alle Matratzen sind neu, unterschiedliche Festigkeit, frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Zweites Badezimmer befindet sich in der Halle im Obergeschoss mit einfachem Zugang zu allen Schlafzimmern.
Hauptebene verfügt über die Küche mit allem Notwendigen, kleinen Frühstückstisch mit Platz für vier, dann eine formelle Essbereich mit Tisch für 6, und Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, die in Betten umgewandelt werden können.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiterer Wohnbereich mit einer schönen Bar / Hocker und einem weiteren Schlafsofa. Es hat auch Türen zur Terrasse. Obwohl wir unten einen Kamin haben, erlauben wir den Gästen nicht, es aus Sicherheitsgründen zu benutzen.

Parken ist in der angebauten Garage für zwei Autos, auf der Zufahrt und auf der Straße, wenn verfügbar, verfügbar.
Zusätzliche Parkplätze sind auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite (öffentlicher Park) verfügbar.

The place is fine but not kept up or maintained well. Be prepared to bring or buy soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Things like that may be missing. Location is great and the place is large, but the beds can be lopsided, and the hall bathroom has poor water pressure, doesn't drain well, and is rusty. Also, the patio was unusable because they never clean the patio furniture. The host can be unresponsive too. First day we arrived, Wednesday, we noticed there were no dishwasher pods. We messaged the host, they blamed the cleaners. On Monday someone dropped/threw a new box on the front porch, but we were leaving the next day. The host did respond well to other messages, like letting us stay a little after checkout since we were catching flights. I was going to leave a 3 star rating but the host never responded to our last message. In that thread, they asked me to leave a 5 star review or tell them any issues so they could do something about it. I told them a number of issues, but they never even acknowledged the message. Again the place was fine, big and in a good location. We had a successful time there. It just has a 2 or 3 star motel vibe. My overall impression is that the hosts are not concerned about the house being comfortable for guests.

Book Club Sleepover

We rented this property to have our Book Club Christmas gathering and sleepover. It was a great space for us, centrally located, clean, and plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It is on a slightly busy street, but a white noise maker drowned out any loud car sounds at night. Check in, check out was easy and communication with the host was great. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, accept for kitchen towels. We had to use paper towels for drying which felt wasteful. Not a big deal, but bring kitchen towels if prefer to use them. Otherwise, plenty of bath towels, bedding, kitchen ware, etc. They even have wine glasses! Thanks for a nice stay.

Christmas stay in OP🌲

Was a very comfortable, clean home, was very impressed, would book again. Garage was a plus, as it was raining the night we got there. We did notice that the front door does not latch securely! Great location and property

It's an older home that has been modernized. Nothing fancy, but it was great for our group of nine. Very comfortable. Boris was helpful when booking and let us check in a little early. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. No complaints and we'd rent the property again!!

Just what we needed

An older home with 4 large, comfortable bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, the common spaces are also large and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs, and the driveway is steep so I would not recommend this home for those with mobility issues, but for our group of 11 it worked just fine.

Accommodation for our family 1 child, 6 adults, everyone had there own room. Enough bathrooms, kitchen was great. Location was okay, didn't feel comfortable going outside after dark. Boris was great to work with. I asked for extension and he gave it to us. Boris was always in touch we me.

Great location!

Location was great with small park and school playground across the street. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Home could use more dishes to use in kitchen, some dish rags and towels. Some outlets need fixed (only one of two would work) Most lamps did not have light bulb. Overall we would stay here again.

Great Time

The house is an older house, kind of creaky, but furnishing were good. The Kitchen was a little small for our group of 12, but we made it work. Plus it didn't have too many cooking dishes. Overalll it was a good experience.. Good location for us. Would stay again

Family get together

Family really enjoyed the house for our family trip to KC. We met halfway for all of us so KC was the pick. The house picture covered the amount of stairs to get into the door which wouldn't have been a problem except for my mom having a disability and found it hard to get up and down the stairs, but it was doable especially in the house with the handrails. We wished we could have had a broom and vaccum to pick up after ourselves more, even while on vacation ☺️. The owner/host was quick to reply with questions regarding the property which was wonderful. We would come back in the future for a stay.

Whole house rental fit our needs well.

Needing a large place for family gatherings, this rental fit our needs. There is a large Dining table for family meals. Five beds in four bedrooms. The owner responds quickly to questions and needs. Two living areas. Dishwasher was missing wheels for lower rack, but hopefully that gets fixed.

Good but not great

Check in process was great. Sheets and towels were provided and clean. Couches were uncomfortable and we expected to sleep two if more than 8 people were staying in the house. The kitchen had ants, which were not pleasant but not the end of the world. Overall, I would stay again.

Need to get rid of ants and some other TLC

Read a review from fall of 2018 saying front storm door latch was broken. Well it is still broken and it doesn't latch. Light in Master Bath didn't work. Faucet in extra bath ran continuously, kitchen disposal didn't work when we got there, kitchen faucet could only spray water because the mechanism was broken. Ants began crawling around the kitchen stove area and the two upstairs bathroom. Manager sent over person to spray, he only sprayed in front of stove and a couple other spots then handed us the bottle for us to use. My wife found ants in the microwave one time when she was heating up some leftovers. The real kick in the butt however was our instructions to take their trash container to the street for pickup by the city and the requirement that we not only strip the beds before we left but start a load in the clothe's washer as well, even though we were charged a cleaning fee already. One rents places like this to avoid such tasks - it was any eye opener for us first time VRBOers. Finally the baseboards all around the house and some other areas looked grungy and either need to be cleaned every well or better yet painted because it doesn't look like they've been painted in many years. Unless they take care of the little things I would not recommend it to others.
