Dieser Charmeur mit vier Schlafzimmern ist einladend und in der Nähe vieler Einrichtungen. GM # 235 ist ein Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern. Der Schlafraum befindet sich neben dem Familienzimmer und hat ein nahe gelegenes 1/2 Bad. Der Ostflur ist ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit Bad auf der anderen Seite des Flurs und ein König Master mit Bad und ein Zweibettzimmer am Ende des Flurs, der das Bad im Flur teilt.

Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über komfortable und neuere Möbel und blickt in den Wald. Ein großer Holzkamin verleiht diesen kühlen Black Butte-Abenden das Ambiente.

Das Esszimmer verfügt über einen großen quadratischen Esstisch mit Zugang zur Terrasse und befindet sich zwischen der Küche und dem Wohnbereich. Es gibt ein geräumiges Familienzimmer nördlich der Küche mit einem zweiten kleinen Essbereich oder einem Spieltisch und einem Holzofen. Ein neueres Versteckbett bietet Platz für 2 Personen, um im Familienzimmer zu schlafen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we stayed at this house, and it's really nice. It's clean, in a good location, and has a hot tub. I really appreciate that they have kleenex everywhere- key during the winter months! And I also appreciate that they don't use smell detergent for the laundry :-). My only negative on the house is that the kitchen is a bit dated in that the drawers are all a little wonky and falling apart.

This place is AWFUL!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was extremely disappointing. The deck is old, dirty and desperately needs to be sealed and refinished. The outdoor furniture is basically unusable and should be replaced. It is all very old and dirty. Several chairs were broken. There were dead bugs in the window sills and some were found in one of the beds. A USED tampon was found underneath a bed. The table had dried on food stuck to it. The comforter on the queen bed had a large stain on one side. All the bedding was old and worn and should be replaced. The king bed was very very uncomfortable. We paid a premium price for this property and it was worth about half that price. The cabinets look like they're original and they don't function well. I asked for a partial refund but apparently there's no communication between the owner and property manager. We paid a Four Seasons price and got a Motel 6. Do not rent unless it's priced appropriately.

The location can't be beat for access to the Glaze Meadow course (just across the road). We had six, each in their own beds, with plenty of living and dining space. The house was clean and mostly felt contemporary. Bits here and there felt dated, but the furniture was in great shape. Hot tub was clean and private. The stove worked fine, but was dated. The pots and pans were plentiful but not so organized. There were too many of the same type. All in all, a nice find.

Nice location

The house is in a quiet area near the golf course. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The house was not as clean as I would have hoped for. Dusty and back bedroom had stuff on the carpet, there was some dried food on the stove, and it did not look like the 1/2 bath had been cleaned, but we vacuumed and cleaned a bit and it worked fine for our needs. It had all the necessities we needed. I would suggest updating the cushions on the patio furniture, as they are quite thin and hard.

Functional house in great neighborhood

This house is in a great location. It's quiet and great to be near the golf course. The fact that they allow a dog was the main selling point for us. We loved the wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi. And so nice to have kleenex available in almost every room! The kitchen is a little dated with the drawers a little hard to open, but it was totally functional. We'd definitely go again in the summer given it's closeness to paths, etc.

Reviewer Comments: The house is in a good location, a block from GM golf course and easy access to the bike trails. The house is bigger than it looks from the outside and the layout is good. The house was not very clean as our crawling baby had dirty knees and tops of her feet immediately upon arrival and we all wondered if the bed linen had been changed or just spritzed. For the amount of money, you shouldn't have to wonder. The furniture and cupboards are a bit worn, as is the paint. It's a nice house just needs a little TLC and a better house cleaner. An extra fridge in the garage would be great!

Reviewer Comments: Though the house was in a great location and accommodated our 2 families very, the house was not clean when we arrived. You could literally draw your name in the dust under one of the couches. We needed to take the time to clean all of the surfaces (tables, book shelves, etc) which was not something we expected that we would need to do. I reached out to Black Butte Realty regarding what accommodation they would provide to us for the time we needed to take to clean the house and we never heard back from them. It's beyond ridiculous that we would have to pay a cleaning fee when the house wasn't clean when we arrived.

We love Black Butte Ranch

Beautiful home, perfect for a large group. My son and his family plus two cousins and my dog stayed at GM235. Loved the layout of the home. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub. Well maintained by BBRG.

Better than I expected!

Sunny and snowy getaway

Our family of 6, plus our pooch, enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely rent it again. It was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I was prepared with extra dishwasher and laundry detergent but it was not necessary. I was a little surprised to not have shampoo/conditioner supplied but there was soap. The hot tub was not full or heated when we arrived, but someone came by the next day to maintain it. If we were only there for a couple nights, that may have been a bummer, but we still had 3 more nights. The welcome basket for the dog was sweet and appreciated, as were the towels for the hot tub. We enjoyed the fire place every evening and made delicious dinners in the well-stocked and spacious kitchen. During our stay we enjoyed walks around the ranch, hiking at Suttle Lake and the Metolius river, a d skiing at Hoodoo.

Little details like the doggie welcome baskets, a fully stocked kitchen and incredibly helpful staff made us feel welcome and right at home. The floorplan was great too, with multiple dining and living rooms. Glaze Meadow 235 was perfect for our group. We look forward to the next time.
