Dieses Haus am Lake Front befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Meredith Bay mit Südwest-Lage am Lake Winnipesaukee, abseits der Straße für Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt am malerischen Wagon Wheel Trail, 5 Minuten Fahrt von der Stadt (Geschäfte, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte) oder 20 Minuten Abenteuer mit Paddle Board oder Kanu. Große Viertel ideal für Familientreffen, Freunde / Familienurlaub. Maßgeschneidert mit hochwertigen Oberflächen und komplett eingerichtete Innenarchitektur. Offenes Konzept Grundriss mit zweistöckigen Familienzimmer (mit Gaskamin), angrenzend an Küche / Essbereich mit einem zweiten Familienzimmer auf der unteren Ebene. Brand neue Fernseher befindet sich im unteren Familienzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Spielzimmer und Kinderzimmer. Kitchen Houses High-End-Geräte mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und benutzerdefinierte Cabinetry. Holzböden überall mit Fliesen im Badezimmer / Mudroom. Abgeschirmt in 3-Jahreszeiten-Zimmer auch außerhalb der Haupt-Ess- / Wohnbereich. Spielzimmer im 2. Die Lodge verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Spielezimmer, das leicht in ein Schlafzimmer mit Luftmatratze umgewandelt werden kann. Das Haus kann bequem 20+ (12 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder mit zusätzlichen Räumen / Platz für aufblasbare Luftmatratzen schlafen - Haus enthält zwei Queen-Blow-up-Matratzen für den Einsatz). Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppel- / Vollbett und einem angrenzenden Schlafraum (für 4 kleine Kinder). Kinderbett ist auch für den Einsatz im Kinderzimmer verfügbar. Es gibt 4 Vollbäder und 2 Halbbäder. Badewanne in Master-Suite mit großem begehbarem Kleiderschrank.

Komplette Garage mit zwei Buchten, voll ausgestattet mit Sommer- und Winterspielzeug, darunter: Mountainbikes, Kajaks, Fun-Yaks, Paddelbretter, Flöße, Schwimmer, Kinderruten usw. Schwimmwesten in allen Größen werden den Mietern zur Verfügung gestellt. Exterior verfügt über ca. 200 'von Sandstrand und Wasserfront ideal für Kinder im Wasser spielen. Es gibt eine 30 'lange Doppel-Dock, separate Solarium und Feuerstelle, die einen perfekten Blick auf Stadt Feuerwerk bietet. Brennholz zur Nutzung vor Ort. BBQ-Grill und großer Whirlpool auf der unteren hinteren Terrasse (Platz für 6 Erwachsene bequem). Wunderschön landschaftlich gestalteten Hinterhof, ideal für Rasen Spiele und Versammlungen, ist durch die Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang als Ergebnis der Südwest-Exposition getränkt.

Das Dock bietet zusätzlichen Platz für Bootsverleih und Waverunnerverleih. House ist nur 20 Minuten vom Gunstock Mountain Resort entfernt, das sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter fantastischen Spaß bietet.

Great stay

We had a great time at Tye's place on the lake! He was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was beautiful and all the kids enjoyed playing in the water, in the sand and in the backyard. We are already thinking ahead to booking at his place again next summer!

Just About Perfect!

Besides being a gorgeous property perfect for families with young kids with its safe little beach, this was the best equipped home we’ve ever stayed at in our years of renting vacation homes. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a great time, from paddle boards, kayaks and bikes to details like a well-stocked keurig coffee machine and everything needed to enjoy s’mores around the fire pit. The location is great, too, with restaurants, shops and attractions all within a short drive. I give it 5 well-earned stars.

Perfect Lake House Vacation

Beautiful house right on the lake. Very clean. Lots of room for our group of 11 to hand out together indoors and outdoors. Most nights were spent around the outdoor fire pit. We rented a boat from the local marina, parked at the private dock and spent most of the day on the lake. House is also stocked with canoes, kayaks, pebble boards and bicycles - which was great and all had been well maintained. Host was very responsive. Absolutely no complaints, would recommend for anyone.

Wonderful family vacation

This house was an amazing vacation spot for our family family of 11. Kids ages ranged from 5 months to 8 years and 6 adults. The kids had the best time. The house is set up so well for multiple families. The waterfront setting was great for lots of water sports. And there are so many fun water toys in the garage from inner tubes to paddle boards. Also many bicycles available also. We also rented a pontoon boat and could leave it right at the dock at the house, so convenient. The house is very well equipped with anything you could need. Tye, the owner was so available by text to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay here and would like to return next year.

Meredith Family Reunion

This large house wonderfully accommodated our large family gathering to celebrate 60 years of marriage. We made use of 2 of the inflatable mattresses allowing everyone to spread out throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the family room and dining area is beautiful. We enjoyed our time at the fire pit and the hot tub and the easy access to the lake. Our younger family members loved the upstairs game room. The house came with many kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys that were a big bonus. There is also plenty of parking on the property. Finally, Tye was very responsive to questions before and during our stay.

Great week!

This property was great! It had everything we could have wanted for our group, which ranged from 1yo-65yo, even on a few rainy days. Tye was very available for any questions I had throughout the week and also shared a lot of helpful information about the area! The beach was great for the 4 little kids and the dock was nice for our boat/the grown-ups. We were there for 4th of July and could see the fireworks in Meredith from the dock. It was an excellent property! Highly recommend!

Second stay as great as first

Our group of three families stayed for a second year at this great house. It has all you need for a fun, comfortable stay. The owner, Tye, is very responsive and helpful—he seems to want you to enjoy his property as much as his family does. The outdoors is fabulous with a large waterfront yard for playing games, tons of lake toys, docks and a small beach to access the lake. Huge hot tub for warming back up if the lake is a bit chilly. Fun and safe for kids of all ages. The house has also has ample living spaces for hanging together or spreading out. It’s super close to the town of Meredith, the grocery store, and a good marina to rent boats and jet skis from which you can tie up to the docks at the house. It’s a great place to accommodate a big group for a fun-filled time.

Exquisite property with attention to the fine details

My family and I had an incredible stay at Tye's beautiful place in Meredith over the 4th of July week this year. Communication leading up to our stay was on point, and Tye was extremely generous with the amenities available to his guests, ranging from use of the dock (we rented a pontoon from Meredith Marina - his suggestion and it was perfect!), the hot tub, grille and countless lake toys. The house itself is impeccable with incredible wood work and an attention to detail that really makes you feel like this is a well planned home, not just a stale or transient rental property which many other lake rentals can feel like. Wifi, AC and all electronics worked beautifully, bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely equipped and the kitchen is as stocked in terms of appliances, cookware, serving dishes etc which was great for nights we decided to cook indoors vs going out or grilling. The grill worked fantastic and in terms of going out, Tye provided great local recommendations for restaurants as well as local markets to source fantastic ingredients. Altogether we had 5 adults and 3 children sleeping there and the house felt massive for our needs, clearly able to accommodate a much larger group if needed. We particularly appreciated that bedrooms are spread across each floor, giving everyone space while also having great centralized entertaining areas for when we all wanted to be together. All in all, a great stay and look forward to going again!

Wonderful vacation home

Our family of 10 (ages 9 - 80) had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house is beautiful (just as depicted in the photos) and was very comfortable for all of us. Being right on Meredith Bay and 5 minutes from downtown Meredith is the perfect location. Tye is very accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to return!

All you could want in a lake house!

Our group of 6 adults 7 kids had a fabulous time at this house. It’s hard to find a place that truly checks all the boxes but this is it! The house and property is as beautiful as shown and described in the listing. The lakefront with sandy beach entry and docks was great for swimming, digging in the sand, fishing off the docks, and playing with all of the beach and water toys that come with the house—it’s fully stocked for lakeside fun with kayaks, paddle boards, floats, buckets and shovels, you name it! And if it gets a little chilly in the lake, just hop in the hot tub to warm back up. The lawn was a lovely space to play games, also provided! Inside is also stocked, with a large fully equipped kitchen made for cooking. The house is spacious with ample room for being together and being apart. It’s located super near to the grocery store, marina, and town. Altogether, this place seriously has everything you and your family or friends need to have a fun and relaxing time on the lake!

A great week on our favorite lake!

We were together for the first time in years. All 6 grandchildren in one place! Our choice of lake house couldn't be beat. We all had comfortable, well appointed bedrooms. The bunk room had the older boys and the boat room was claimed by the oldest granddaughter. The kids thought the game room was the best! We enjoyed the use of all the toys available....and it was a wide selection. The kitchen was great. Plenty of room for multiple parents dealing with multiple kids! Outside was lovely. The deck with views, the lawn to spread out on, the beach entry ideal for the little ones. We were lucky with weather and had a wonderful time. Tye was very responsive with any questions or issues. A great vacation was had by all 14 of us!!!!!

Fantastic place to stay on an extended family vacation. Plenty of room to be together and/or get away from each other. Tye is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. The house description is accurate including ALL the toys in garage. Definitely a good choice on Lake Winnie.

The property in NH is an absolutely phenomenal location to house all of your family and friends in one place. The landscaping is beautiful and peaceful with a flowing brook beside the property and crashing waves in the late afternoon. The interior is beautifully decorated with discerning taste yet emits a laid back and calming feel. This is the first season that the house is being opened to guests so we are eager to please and ensure that our guests enjoy the property as much as we do. Additionally, the property has everything you would need to keep everyone entertained from high quality kayaks and paddle boards to kid kayaks and water toys. You can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony or the hot tub while the built in indoor/outdoor sound system plays your favorite songs.

It is hard to describe all of the benefits but the fact that the house was not purchased to specifically rent, but has instead been used to entertain my family and friends over the past 10 years says a lot. The gaming tables, adventure equipment and landscaping were not completed with renters in mind so the property feels like a real house that is lived in and taken care of by a property owner that cherishes the property - because it is.
