Great experience even with minor hiccups!

I had a wonderful 5 days at this bright and pristine condo. The setting, beachside, was perfect for me. The views were AMAZING. There was a full moon rising over the ocean when I arrived and the sunrises were really impressive from the balcony. The condo had a new HVAC unit, which did a great job of heating and cooling. Unfortunately, it was “stuck” in a mode where it couldn’t be shut off. Ocean Breeze staff (property manager) addressed the system right away. I always say, problems might occur but it’s all about how a company addresses them. They did a great job communicating when someone would be by to take a look at the unit and everything was taken care of without impacting my vacation.Another small issue occurred during my arrival. I don’t think I read through the explicit directions on parking/unloading of luggage. The building has a great setup for guests with luggage carts right inside the lobby doors. It is easiest to offload your luggage from one of the 15 minute parking spots outside those doors than deal with the luggage carts in the parking garage. Also, the parking garage is not directly attached to the oceanfront building but across the breezeway.All in all, a great trip and would definitely stay there again!

Photos on listing matched perfectly. Awesome view of the beach and ocean. Can clearly hear the waves crashing - very soothing and relaxing. Excellent communication with property management. They were very pleasant and helpful.

We want to keep coming back every year at least once a year, hopefully more! The look of our room blew us away from the minute we walked in! It looked better than the picture on the website! We were impressed by the details! We did not have to pay beach chair rentals! You guys thought of including chairs and umbrella, which made it so convenient! Thanks to the details we received when booking, we were prepared having everything we needed! There were only a couple of minor things that could have been improved! Bathroom toiletries would have been appreciated! The bathroom was the only area that needed some TLC. It needed some upgrading, it showed rust, and signs of mildew and water damage! The shower curtain could be upgraded! Overall we are very satisfied with our experience! The staff was extremely helpful! Thank you for helping us make our stay one we will remember forever!!

My Birthday Trip

My Husband and I loved being here! The place was perfect and exactly just what we needed. It was enough space, the view couldn’t have been better and the fact that we really didn’t have to leave the site was awesome! We will definitely rent again!

WONDERFUL STAY!

My husband and I booked this location for a 7 day vacation. The rental was picture perfect to the photos online as well as the description. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning. The accomaditions were a great added bonus, with eating options right on the property as well as ice cream, drinks and more. It was a great location, we explored both north and south of the condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property manager issues

I found out my 90 yr old mother was dying in Minnesota. It was a sudden sickness with covid. I called Ocean management company I guess you would call it and advised them I would need to leave the rented property two days early. Tammy was only by the book and not concerned with my emergency and advised she could not refund the two days. Not easy dealing with a company and not the actual owner and I will never do it again!!!

The room was as described. It was perfect for 2 people that didn’t need an all other rooms. The only issue we had was the floor was not swept and/or moped up. Our feet and socks were dirty from waking around the room.

Nice property, good value

The condo was perfect for us. Very clean and in good repair, tasteful decor, no pests, everything you need for a kitchenette, including full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker. The balcony/view was beautiful and private. Very conveniently located. We walked to River City Cafe for a burger/beer, which was nice; lots of dining options nearby. I want to reiterate that we had a fantastic time and had no problems during our stay, but there are a couple items worth knowing ahead. The door to the condo sticks and requires some strength to open/shut; the lock works fine but you have to push hard. Also, I believe the listing said there was a portable cooktop but that was absent (we did not need it, but you may want to inquire if you're planning to do actual cooking). Parking was easy and plentiful, but download a map of the property ahead of time so you can figure out how to get from the parking garage to your room; not all parts of the resort are accessible from the elevators in the garage. There's not much else to say! We had a very nice time and would recommend staying here.

Reviewer Comments: Based on a 4 night stay: As required upon arrival, we did an inventory of the unit including towels, working appliances and cleanliness. Found and reported the towels with holes, and stains/marks and the bed spread had a rust mark on it. We wanted to make sure the management Co. wa aware of it so we would not get charged for it. It took two nites to get the towels replaced. Also, the coffee pot was missing and the new one was delivered the next afternoon. The floor was dirty. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the room decor was cute. The water was shut off on the third day from 8am-1pm. The room was quiet. The location was good and the building staff was always cleaning the elevator and lobby floors. Plenty of covered parking.

Lovely view and location

Clean and quiet. I went during off-season: November. The view of the beach was spectacular. Did a lot of cooking. There is not a stove, but the portable electric burner worked great. Walked on the beach every day. The room is privately owned, but part of a resort with indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant, a small store. I did not use any of these, but they seemed adequate.

The room above us.

Who ever was staying above us was up until 3 AM every morning moving furniture or opening and closing the sliding door. They would start around 10 PM. Could not sleep with that going on.
