Great location!

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We rent bikes and can easily travel around the island from this location. Pool area is very nice with some sun and shade

Great Location for a Great Stay!

Perfect for Our Florida Trip!

The original property we where supposed to have stayed in a week before we came we got told they had some sewage issues and couldn't stay.They reached out to let us know and gave us couple other options they could move us to.The home we went to was called Island Dream.Was a nice home very clean close to a lot shops and the beach.Was well stocked.Kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool.We had a great time and the kids enjoyed their first visit to Florida! Would definitely recommend!Thanks for the stay!

Overall Fantastic Time

Rented this house for a week with two friends to celebrate a milestone birthday - the house was clean and comfortable and was supplied with everything - we had a great time - loved the pool and the 5 minute walk to the beach. It was also located near to shops, restaurants and a dog park - overall fantastic time

A perfect family vacation spot

Island Dream was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The pool area was just great. Everyone enjoyed using it and was very refreshing after a day at the beach !This location was close to walk to places to dine and catch the trolley. A beach walk was a few blocks away ( around 10 min .) The beach area was just beautiful ! Nice flat space to relax and watch the sunsets.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week😎Our Sea Breeze Vacation home was great!! Very clean, our own private pool & hot tub. Walking distance to the beach and various restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the dishes & kettles that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs a little help

The pool and spa were fantastic. Loved the location. Upon arrival, toaster and hair dryer did not work. Landscape around pool needed work. We also found black mold in the bathroom, ice maker chute, pool deck, upper deck and driveway. Furniture in living area dirty, tattered and torn.

Not worth the price

I have to agree with the previous review. We come to AMI multiple times each year and this was the worst rental we have stayed in. Everything in the above review is true but I will add that while we were there there was no trash can in the kitchen which was a hassle also. We took one of the only 2 small trash cans in the bathroom and used it but it was a real irritation. I also agree the pool and spa were very nice but that was it. You can find much better rentals with much better location for much lower prices.

Management Company was a Disappointment

The property was fine, but there were many issues we encountered including a leaking toilet, an overflowing toilet, incorrect TV instructions, small ants in guest bathroom, an errant fan in the owner’s room that kept us awake the first night with incessant noise. Sea Breeze’s responses were either extremely slow or non/existent. For example, it took 48 hours for them to fix the leaking toilet. The other issues we ended up having to fix ourselves or they went unfixed. The unit had other issues that were unacceptable such as 3 slats missing from the middle section of the vertical blinds, a dirty couch cushion, ragged rattan table with dirty stools in the living room area. I have written Sea Breeze as they asked for feedback and have received no response. I rent 5-6 properties a year and have always received a prompt response to issues. I do not believe I have ever rated a property less than a 5. I mention that so that you know I am not a career complainer. But I do expect timely responses to issues. I would never rent from anyone using this management company again.

Beautiful Home next to a great area!

We loved being able to walk to the beach and area restaurants. Duffys and the Ugly Grouper are great placed to eat and hang out and watch sporting events andtalk to the locals. The lady that works at Vintage Beach Boutique by The Ugly Grouper was wonderful and helped me with some Christmas shopping.

Nice small house for the family

Overall it was very positive, management was very responsive in looking into the couple of small things we needed help with. We found shorter route to the beach, tiny pass from the Gulf road, south from the house. The only minor negative thing was sharp stairs/seats in the pool and one pair of keys (maybe there was another one in the house, but tablet with instructions didnt start)

This property is over the top amazing! Pictures dont do it justice. The house is spotless as is the pool and backyard. Wonderful location and house. The owners were so sweet too! Our daughter got her hand caught in the car door when they were stopping by and they could not have been nicer. Highly recommend. We will be back! Thank you!

Lovely House

The house was nothing fancy, but it was definitely comfortable. 3 bedrooms, and one of them had 3 twin beds. The beds were not super comfortable, but they worked. What made up for that was the showers. We have a well at home, so our water pressure is never good. These showers were not super up-to-date, but the water pressure was really good. We are gonna miss that! We loved the pool area. The pool is not very big, but it gets shade at least part of the day, and that makes it very comfortable. We also loved that we could park all 3 of our cars there. The one downside is that there is no beach access nearby. It would be too long of a walk, so we ended up driving to public parking areas.

Great house and pool

We loved the house and pool. The pool feels very private and has lots of shade. The walk to the beach was a touch long if you’re carrying things. The beach is beautiful. We drove a couple minutes to the Manatee Beach and that worked for us. One comment: as much as we loved the pool, getting in and out of the whirlpool was difficult. The caveat is that we are seniors between 66 and 74. I actually fell backwards, head first, into the whirlpool and I’m very lucky I didn’t bump my head. I think you should consider adding a bar of some sort to help people get in and out of the whirlpool.

Great place!

This house was in a great location and pretty much had everything we needed. The beach chairs definitely need to be replaced. They were rusty and cheap. We had to end up renting them for the week which was an additional expense. Still had a great time just wish nice beach chairs were more of a priority in these rentals given the cost to rent a house for the week. Loved the house and love the Island. SeaBreeze Vacations was awesome to work with!!!
