Stay was very pleasant. Quiet neighborhood and house is very convenient to shopping and beaches. The pool was an added bonus. Even though we were there during a storm, it was still a nice visit.

The house was larger than expected. We didn’t cook but kitchen looked well stocked. House and pool were clean. Loved relaxing in the pool. Would definitely stay again. Time Out Bar right down the street had great food and nice atmosphere.

Nice location and home
The pool was great and loved it was covered. Our kids had a blast. The pool rafts could be updated, most of them were not inflated enough. The door knob going inside the home from the pool area does need attention (you have to turn it a certain way,it can be hard to get in and out gracefully) but our main goal was for our kids to have a private pool and be about 15-20 mins from the beach so we could do both in our budget and this home was great! Very clean!

Great house!
This is a great house and just a short drive to so many beaches, stores and restaurants. My kids loved the pool and it was a nice option to use the pool in the afternoon after a morning at the beach. The property was able to provide a pack-n-play and a high chair for my one year old son which was huge to not have to bring along. We had an issue with the plumbing and it was fixed within hours, so kudos to the management for being on top of things.

This house is so beautiful and comfortable. The mattresses were amazing & the pool was perfect with the bug guard which helped a lot with all the mosquitos. Very calm & clean neighborhood, perfect for your next family vacation if you're looking for something quiet and calm.

Nice stay
We had a great time at the house. The pool temp was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It’s nice that there are 3 doors to get through to get to the pool - this gave me more piece of mind with little ones. I would ask for more kitchen wash clothes/ towels. There was actually no kitchen washcloths and only 1 kitchen towel. The back door sticks easily and maybe it just needs a little grease or something, but there were a few times I thought I wouldn’t be able to get out or in. I would bring your own beach and pool toys as those from the house are limited. Overall it was a good place to stay and we would again.

Great Vacation Rental on Florida's West Coast
We enjoyed our stay at the property as it was clean and had all the ammenities we needed for our stay. Stores were close by and just a few minutes drive to the beach. The property manager was very helpful when we had left an item in the house that was retrieved and sent to us without delay.....much appreciated. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend to those looking for something close to the beach in a quite safe community.

The perfect proposal getaway
This trip was surreal. I planned a surprise proposal with my fiancé and it was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised, they even had pool floaties, beach chairs and other equipment you could use at the beaches/ pool. The bedrooms were spacious and the pool was amazing, Complete privacy as well so many great restaurants in the area and only 10 minutes from the beach. Really close to Walsingham park which was another hidden gem from this trip. Definitely looking forward to booking another trip!! Only feedback I'd recommend would be to let the guests have the option to pay an additional fee to allow use of the heat in the spillover spa, although we were able to use the jets there was no heat and was told this wasn't an option that would've been the icing on the cake! P.S she said yes, Thanks for helping me nail it VRBO!!!

Great location!
The house was nice, had everything we needed, communication with the rental company was great. The pool was nice and great for our little ones. The grill had gas and worked well, but needed a good clean. A grill brush was provided. The only complaint we had was that the house was warm for our taste (stayed about 76-78, no matter what the thermostat was set at ) but sitting under the fan was as comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great home with pool!
We rented this house over the 4th of July weekend. This home was in a nice residential neighborhood. It had all the amenities we needed and we loved hanging out at the pool. It was close to beaches, restaurants, and other activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable
Check in was great, property was as described. Pool was a little smaller than I thought by the pics but was clean, well kept, and we thoroughly enjoyed! The bathroom off the back of the house was amazing for use while having pool days. Dishwasher, washer & dryer was awesome. Living room., Dining room was amazing. The neighborhood appeared very safe. The neighborhood was stable, enjoyable and family safe. Grocery stores each less than a mile in different directions, weird but nice. Use the Publix, much nicer than Walmart! They also left us some soap for the washer and dishwasher. That was very thoughtful! Downs, that grill.... As everyone else state, the grill was out of gas upon arrival, weird..... The lights didn't work on the pool. Tried to grill once, only grilled one other time. We were in bed before 10 everynight, so neither the grill or the pool lights were a big deal. Overall, it was our first ever rental, and it was a great experience, and I fear they may have set the bar very high! Would definitely rent again! Thanks for sharing your rental with my family! We LOVED it!!!!!!
