Willkommen im "Good Life" - Ihrem Privathaus in Siesta Key, nur 5 Gehminuten vom öffentlichen Strandpavillon in Siesta und 7 Fahrminuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Siesta Village entfernt, dem Herzen des Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Ausgehviertels von Siesta Key. Das Haus wurde im Juni 2018 komplett renoviert, um das Gefühl eines Boutique-Hotels einzufangen - sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Dieses Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern wir haben auch versucht, Ihnen alles zu bieten, was Sie für einen wirklich unvergesslichen Strandurlaub benötigen, einschließlich Fahrräder, Strandkörbe, eine Kühlbox und einen Strandwagen für den einfachen Transport.

Alles ist neu, einschließlich der Küche, Esszimmer und eine Terrasse, die alle eine Gelegenheit für gute Mahlzeiten und noch bessere Unterhaltung bieten. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen fantastischen Urlaub benötigen, darunter einen privaten, geschlossenen Salzwasserpool und einen großen überdachten Außenbereich mit einem neuen Propangasgrill und einer Außendusche - perfekt, um nach einem schönen Tag am Strand alle zu treffen!

Das Haus verfügt über WLAN, einen großen Fernseher mit Sonos Surround-Soundsystem im Familienzimmer sowie Flachbildfernseher in allen 3 Schlafzimmern.

Einchecken & entspannen - das ist unser einziges Ziel. Wir haben an alles gedacht, damit Sie sich auf das Abwickeln und Schaffen von Erinnerungen konzentrieren können! Wir können es kaum erwarten, Sie zu hosten.

Beachten Sie, dass für die Monate Januar bis März ein Mindestaufenthalt von 21 Tagen erforderlich ist. Bei Buchungen ab 28 Tagen gewähren wir einen Rabatt von 20%. Für die Monate April bis Dezember gilt eine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer von 14 Tagen. Bei Buchungen ab 28 Tagen gewähren wir einen Rabatt von 20%. Aufgrund des Gesetzes von Sarasota County können wir unser Haus nur einmal im Monat vermieten. Daher bevorzugen wir Buchungen, die vollständig innerhalb eines Kalendermonats erfolgen.

Wonderful property in beautiful Siesta Key!

My family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home on Siesta Key. Communication was top-notch before, during and after the stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home really has it all. We had everything we needed for a family beach vacation. We used the bikes and beach chairs every day for the very short trip to Siesta Beach. Bikes also came in handy for our daily oyster happy hour at SKOB and for after-dinner ice cream. We cooked in almost every night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The fresh fish at Walt's is amazing! We also used the spectacular saltwater pool daily, and the screened in lanai made the outdoor living space very comfortable and virtually bug-free.On top of everything else, this home has a very functional layout and is stylishly decorated. We really couldn't have asked for a better place.Thank you for sharing your home with us, Jack!

Great Pool Area

Lovely home, an easy, short bike ride to the beach. We especially enjoyed the lanai, saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and gourmet kitchen. The supplies were generous; bikes, towels, and everything you could need. The beds were quite soft for our preference, but the house and location were excellent. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We also enjoyed Sarasota and our visit to the Ringling Museum.

Home away from home

Perfect, comfortable vacation home for a family with little ones. Close distance to the beach and the restaurants/night life, but in a quiet area. Spent a majority of our time enjoying the pool!

Great house near Siesta Key beach!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is a very short walk to go to the beach and there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon available in the garage. There were also bicycles available that would be great to make your way to the village. We did not use the bikes because we had small children but we used several of the "free ride" services that will take you between the house and the village. The drivers just work for tips and you decide how much to give. The house itself was very nice and was plenty of room for our family of four. We did not use the pool much because we were so close to the beach but the outdoor space was a nice place for us to relax in the evenings. The condition of the house was great with clean rooms, nice furniture, comfy mattresses and beautiful landscaping. The owner, Jack, was also great about communicating with us about checking in and out and was very accommodating for an issue we had traveling to Siesta Key. We made memories that will last a lifetime on our trip and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

The Good Life is Beautiful, Relaxing, and a Home Away from Home

The Good Life is a beautiful and spacious property. It's very clean and had everything we needed. The property had plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, and blankets. It sits in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach and a short distance to the village. The host was excellent with communication and response.

House was very clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal. The beach chairs, towels and beach cart was a nice bonus that many other rentals do not provide. Jack was excellent to work with. He answered all questions in a timely manner and gave us great recommendations for places to go and eat around the area. We had family stop by the house one evening for dinner and they kept commenting how nice the house and pool were. I highly recommend this house and plan on coming back.

Great Place to enjoy Siesta Key!

This home was definitely "The Good Life" and was one of the nicest places we've stayed at for vacation! It is in a great safe, nice, and quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. It was immaculately clean and very spacious. My whole family (husband and 3 teens) had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our first time coming to Siesta Key. We especially loved the enclosed patio and pool, it was so nice to relax without worrying about bugs. The backyard had lots of beautiful tropical foliage and trees so it was very private. The house had everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, etc) and the amazing kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, even spices etc. It was so nice that they had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived!! We cooked and grilled several dinners at the house and enjoyed eating at the dinner tables inside and outside on the patio. The beds were sooooooo comfortable and we loved that the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Seriously, it was like staying in a boutique hotel but more homey. :) The public beach access is only a 5 minute walk from the house. They have everything you need to go to the beach! The kids loved the bikes and it was nice that we could park our car in the garage. Siesta Key Village is a quick 5 minute drive down the road and has wonderful restaurants and nice shops. Jack was so nice and quick to respond with any questions. Everything about the house is nicely organized in a binder and they had great info about restaurants, places to go, events, etc around Siesta Key, which we enjoyed immensely. We all agreed that we will stay here again when we come back to Siesta Key! Thank you to Jack and his family for a wonderful stay, we have many great memories of this wonderful vacation!

Chill out in Siesta Key

Great location, house and owners. Jack was very responsive and helpful through out our entire planning and stay. The house is bigger than the pictures give justice so it was easy for us to have plenty of places to hang. The pool was clean and water felt perfect which made for a nice place to spend time when we were not at the beach. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk depending on your pace. The property was loaded with toys, towels, bikes and other beach gear. The beach cart had large wheels which was a blessing while traversing the sand. Overall it was a wonderful stay

The homeowners thought of everything and this property was even better than expected. We loved the close proximity to Siesta Key Beach, even had bikes to ride to get us there. Pool area was beautiful! Relaxing vacation and we'll definitely be back!

All great! (Just a bit of a walk to things)

Beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The house seemed bigger than the listing, which was nice. The pool and outdoor area was excellent - a great spot to wind down between activities. Everything was clean and in working order. It's a 10-15 min walk to the beach or downtown Siesta Key, which is fine for adults and older children but not great for younger ones. This property is a great value for a family at Siesta Key.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

The pictures on VRBO were an accurate view of this lovely property. The home provided for a great base to get to the beach and the village. We especially enjoyed our time outdoors with the pool and outdoor seating area. Jack, the property owner, was very responsive as well.

A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need from cooking to going to the beach. The Main beach is a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed taking bike rides in the neighborhood.

The best place to stay in Siesta!!

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key!! Jack was very easy to work with and he made sure we had everything we would need to feel at home. This home is in the perfect location. It was a short walk to the beach and yet off the main road in a quiet neighborhood! The private pool was definitely a plus for those super hot days and nights!
