Willkommen in unserer Hinterhof-Oase, ein ruhiges kleines Gästehaus Hideaway im Zentrum von West Los Angeles, ein großartiger Ort für Sie als Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Besuch in Süd-Kalifornien für Geschäft oder Vergnügen. Mit rustikalen Details der alten Welt, darunter drei Paare von Französisch Türen, Stuck Wände, offene Balkendecke und Stein, ist das Haus gut für Komfort und Zweckmäßigkeit ausgestattet und erfüllt Ihre Bedürfnisse für einen Besuch von ein paar Tagen oder mehreren Wochen. Zauberhaftes Cottage in zentraler Lage
Milo hat uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet, herzlichen begrüßt und täglich neue Tipps parat gehabt. In dem kleinen urigen Häuschen fehlte es an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt um alles gut zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wurden sogar jeden Morgen von süßen Squirrel begrüßt.

Humble Cottage on the Westside
Upon our arrival after a long journey, Milo warmly welcomed us and gave us a comprehensive tour of the rental cottage and its amenities. Every day, as we bid farewell, Milo offered valuable advice on exploring Los Angeles. Upon our return, we felt like we had stepped back into our own home.However, our biggest disappointment was the state of the property. Despite the high cleaning fee we had paid at the time of booking, we had high expectations for cleanliness. The pervasive dust, both floating and settled in corners of furniture, made our daily tasks, such as changing bedding sheets and lowering curtains, a chore. To add to the discomfort, the property was infested with spiders and their webs, hanging in corners or accumulating on light fixtures. One particularly alarming incident involved a large spider crawling on one of the beds.Another area that fell short of our expectations was the kitchenette. Shelving, the wooden cutting board, pots, pans, and dishes were covered in caked-on debris and grease, making food preparation unpleasant. On our first night, we had to purchase cleaning supplies to make the kitchen usable.The restroom, like the rest of the property, was in a state of disarray. It featured exposed copper piping that made showering uncomfortable alongside a numerous amount of spiders.In hindsight, if we had raised the issue during our stay, the accumulated dust would have posed a greater health risk if it had been addressed promptly.

The property did not live up to the picture portrayal. It’s old and dated and the shower is awful. I asked for a refund and was denied. Checked into a hotel The pool was dirty and the surrounding area of the house unkept.Would give it zero stars rather go to a hotel.Dont waste you money on this property you can’t putlipstick on a pig . Picture over sell not as advertised

Hidden Gem
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It is in a lovely neighborhood on a quiet street near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It was such a cute space, tucked away from the main house and very private and safe.The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Email communication prior to our visit was informative, clear, and thorough. Milo could not have been more helpful with all the very useful tips about how to navigate the area and local places to go in town. It was our first time visiting LA with our family and staying there made our visit very memorable. Thank you Milo and Beth for welcoming us and sharing your lovely home with us.

Very accommodating host.
Milo & Beth were wonderful hosts. Very detailed with the checkin process and easily extended our stay when we decided to stay another night. Milo was so friendly and willing to move pool furniture when we wanted to make silly videos. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. We both felt safe staying here with the beach and fine dining not too far away. 10/10 will recommend to friends who wanna unique, beautiful, safe place to stay in LA.

The house was very cute, as pictured. We arrived late after traveling all day and Milo took us around back to the guest house and went over everything in the house. He was very friendly and talkative but we were exhausted and just wanted to get ready for bed. Having a book with all the information on the house would be a geeat option. I had also texted the number to let them know we were arriving but Beth had the only cell and she was at a different location that didn't get good reception. Milo did answer the house phone quickly when we called though. Milo was very friendly and came to our room almost every evening when we got back to see if we needed anything and offer suggestions for what to do and give us fresh oranges off the tree. I traveled with my 2 adult daughters and they were a little creeped out by it, but i think he is just a really talkative, friendly guy who likes to get to know people. If you are wanting a no contact kind of stay this is not the place for you.The neighborhood is really nice but out towards the busy road and overpass is pretty sketchy. So if you want to do any public transit I would take the blue bus, it was very nice and goes right to the beach and you walk through the neighborhood to get there. I am not sure if the hot tub works. You have to have Milo turn it on and when we asked we had a miscommunication about it so we never used it. The beds were comfy and place was clean. We used Uber and the buses to get around and were very pleased with b

Lovely Property and Lovely Hosts
What a wonderful property!!! Tucked away in Beth and Milo's backyard, next to the pool and spa, this is a comfortable, quiet little oasis. If you enjoy meeting property hosts, you will really enjoy staying here. Milo was the host with the most! He gave us amazing recommendations for food close by, prepared the spa for us and sent us on our way with fresh-picked oranges. A very memorable experience indeed!
