Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen und neu gestaltete Fenster vom Boden bis zur Decke. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal (6) Personen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein angrenzendes Badezimmer, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen 27 "-TV. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei volle Betten und ein 27 "Panasonic TV im Gästezimmer. Im angeschlossenen Gäste-WC befindet sich ein Step-in-Wanne. Das Hauptwohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch, einen Essbereich und einen 65 "Samsung 4K HD Smart TV. Alle Fernseher verfügen über eine Frontier HD-Kabelbox mit einem Basis-Kabelabonnement. Kostenloses, privates WLAN steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung!

Das Baumhaus ist auch mit Annehmlichkeiten für Ihren Komfort und Bequemlichkeit, wie Klimaanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche und Strand Schrank mit Stühlen, Strandwagen und Kühler gefüllt. Das Gerät verfügt über einen Pak-N-Play-Klappspielplatz für Komfort, Sicherheit und Komfort für Ihre Kleinen.

Spring break- with 5 teenagers

This space was spectacular. Had everything to make a stay luxurious. Spent 1 week with my son and his 4 teenage friends. They loved it. The unit was clean, well stocked. It was close to everything, so almost did not need the car for the entire trip. Will book this again next year. I will rate this at 10/10

Highly recommend!

The condo, the location and the Anchorage exceeded expectations. Located right across from the beach, next to grocery, dining, the best doughnuts, coffee, ice cream and more, and an easy bike ride to the Village, it couldn’t have been more perfect. On the 7th floor the incredibly clean condo had gorgeous views overlooking the bay and the ocean, a fully stocked kitchen and even bonus items like wagon, umbrella and chairs. We’ve been to Siesta more than 15x - so glad we discovered the Anchorage for this trip.

Great location

Great location to the beach, shopping/restaurants, watching the boats come in the intercoastal. Seventh floor corner unit incredible view. Also had a great swimming pool. The grounds very well kept and quite lovely. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous Property!

This property was super clean! This corner unit had wonderful views from three balconies and very nice oversized pool, with tennis and pickle ball courts. Extremely well equipped kitchen! Short easy walk to the beautiful, wide beach! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Absolutely no regrets- we would stay here again!

Great Beach Condo

Really enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for our family of three. The intercoastal views and peekaboo ocean view were a highlight. The beach access makes this a great option to enjoy the sandy beaches of Siesta Key. We could easily walk to dinner or call for a shuttle to get into the village. Highly recommended condo

Super clean, great location

Very nice, updated condo well situated for 2 couples. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. No real designated spot on the beach, but that really wasn’t an issue as there is plenty of public space. Only negative is the 2nd bathroom without a shower, but we knew that before booking. Highly recommend.

Great place

We’ve always liked the Anchorage, and this unit is beautiful. One year we stayed at another unit that apparently had not been re- insulated and it was noisy, this one is quiet. We did have a problem with the internet that couldn’t be solved, but everything that could be done to help us was done Considering all the hurricane damage to the island,you’d have to expect some glitches. I’m sure the owner will have it straightened out soon. Looking forward to our next Siesta Key trip

Great view and location.

All good things to say. Our kids loved the pool area. We would spend mornings at the pool before walking across the street to the beach. Beach towels, toys, football, beach chairs, wagon were all included which was very convenience. Communication was great, would absolutely stay again!

Great Stay @ Siesta Key!!!

This condo was great on so many levels! Great neighbors in the building - always a friendly smile or comment! Excellent communication with the owner! The walk to the beach is short and the beach of course amazing! Loved the small efficient kitchen and the bed was very comfortable! The decks were an added bonus too! I highly recommend this condo!

This condo is nicely updated on the seventh floor corner unit. Beautiful views of the bay and draw bridge and if you look around the corner you have an ocean view. Nice large pool.You can either walk across street to the beach access or sit down by the bay and watch the boats go by or play basketball or bags or coat a great meal on the gas grills.We had a wonderful time in 710.Will definently be back.And Tasha the owner so nice to work with.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for my family and I's reunion trip back to Siesta Key! We loved the three balconies, large living space, and nice kitchen! Appreciate having the chairs & wagon as we weren't aware the deeded beach access didn't have chairs! Would definitely stay here again and again! The Host is also so sweet. She was extremely responsive and respectful with check in and out times!

Convenient and Comfortable

Excellent experience with pre-booking and pre-arrival communications. Comfortable apartment and plenty spacious for four. Best feature is lots of windows and multiple balconies. Recommend upgrading guest bedroom to traditional bath/shower. Beach supplies on site were a bonus.

Everything was pleasant and nice! The only thing was not expected that all beach chairs were broken except one, no beach umbrella even it was advertised as present. Beach was very close and beautiful, pool was big and clean, sauna did not work. Otherwise it is Very nice place!!!

Comfortable Space + Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is well-appointed and super easy to acclimate to. The balconies added liveable space with beautiful views. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently updated and having all the items needed for the beach was so helpful. Comfy beds too. The office staff was helpful though we didn’t have any issues that we needed assistance with. The owner was super responsive and provided great recommendations during the booking process. And the location was ideal - walking distance of a market, restaurants, the beach and more. A quick trolley ride to the Village for more of the above. We cannot say enough good things!

Great stay

We loved our stay at the Anchorage. Spacious, scenic, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need and the beach supplies were great - two boogie boards, several beach chairs and a wagon. We loved the private beach access and the amazing sand! We enjoyed the picturesque spot on the intercoastal waterway where we saw egrets, osprey, pelicans and dolphins. The staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly. The large heated pool and plentiful chairs and umbrellas were wonderful. We will be back! Just one minor suggestion; for this reviewer, who likes to walk around the condo barefooted, the floors were pretty dirty.

Great condo

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The building and hallways were not as nice as the actual condo. We were so comfortable. Tasha was extremely responsive to all questions. The beach was very crowded due to the holiday weekend. The "private" area was extremely small and we were confused as to which belonged to Anchorage. We were asked to move a couple of times.

Everything we hoped for and so much more!

Our stay in Siesta Key was amazing!!! First time ..... and it was so much fun! The condo was exactly as the pictures and the site described..... absolutely beautiful. Resort feel from the accents, decor and the sweet details. The closet was stocked with all you need for the beach. The free trolley and Frog rides were perfect for us since we didn't rent a car. So much to do nearby and in walking distance too. Just a cool vibe all around. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you Tasha for making this vacation so special for my family. You were so helpful before and during our stay!!! This was a vacation we'll never forget!

Welcome to my little slice of Paradise! Siesta Tree House is my beach retreat. I’m originally from Tampa, now live in Dallas. My family is close by and we have been in Sarasota since 1996.

Everything is within walking distance! Grocery, restaurants and incredible Crescent Beach!! Across the street - bike, SUP boat and kayak rentals. Explore the Turtle Creek nature preserve, incredible bird watching!! Have a SUP or kayak delivered to the beach or to the condo building to access the intracoastal waterway from the brand new dock!. Rent a boat across the street at the marina. The Anchorage has a full service dock on a private canal with electric and water hookups.
