Sweetwater Club ist eine Wohnanlage mit einer Vielzahl von Aktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen. Die Wohnanlage liegt abseits der US192 und nur wenige Minuten von Disney World, Sea World und den Universal Studios entfernt.

Die Wohnanlage befindet sich in Privatbesitz, ist gut ausgestattet und wird gepflegt. Es hat allen Komfort von zu Hause, außer wir werden nach Ihrem Aufenthalt reinigen. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch mit Stühlen, Teppichboden und Keramikfliesen sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa an der Kathedralendecke. Das Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem eigenen Kabel-TV ausgestattet. WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen. Wir haben auch ähnliche untere Etage Einheit.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Das komplett eingerichtete zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und das dritte Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett. Ein Kinderbett ist ebenfalls erhältlich. Die Wohnanlage mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.

Summer fun

Everything was great. I would recommend better beds in the guest rooms, but master room bed was good. Others were too hard. Mattresses' uncomfortable.

Golf trip

WiFi was spotty for five days and TV was on and off for the same amount. Lights were blinking for half the week then everything cleared up. Not sure if it was an outside problem or a property problem. Other then that everything was good

We had always stayed in hotel rooms for our golf trips previously .... Never again . The difference of having your own place was emmence . It was difficult to tell how nice this Condo was going to be and it met and exceeded all of our expectations . Clean , totally appointed condo , in a quiet development . We used the pool and hot tub daily . If it is available for our week next year , we will book !!

Bueno..en relación al precio

Es una casa muy grande y cómoda.. pensamos que era toda la imagen y en realidad es un departamento arriba y otro abajo. Por lo tanto tenía escaleras.. algo que no fue impedimento para nosotros.. pero creo que es para mencionar. Tiene todo lo necesario y más para vivir… aunque en lo personal un poco anticuada en la decoracion y la iluminación..hay alfombras en los cuartos y en el living.. estaban limpias, pero si es algo que no les gusta lo menciono. Es excelente su ubicación cerca de todo.. los elementos para cocinar para lavar y secar la ropa. La verdad pasamos unos hermosos días.

Nice!

Nice condo. The carpet in the living room and master bedroom needs re-stretched so it’s not a hazard for vision impaired and elderly people. The bottom of the front door should also be sealed better as there is a tiny opening where the critters are entering.

Great price but needs some love

It was a great price, and being around 20 minutes from Disney was very convenient for me and my family.The condo needs some TLC for some better cleanup for guests during their stay but was otherwise good. There needs to be more amenities, such as more dish soap and detergent to make the cleaning better for the visit.The condo was very spacious, with comfortable beds and games to enjoy though the area was busy with sirens. Another issue we found during our stay was the loose carpet throughout the rooms, we found ourselves having to deal with this tripping hazard. Though the washer and dryer were a good thing to have, the dryer had to be done with two loads to get the load fully dried before we had to check out.

Family vacation.

The location of the property was perfect for the type of vacation we had planned; only 10 minutes from Disney, 25-30 to Universal/Sea World dependent on traffic. The condo was spacious and comfortable with all the equipment we could have wanted. Maybe it could do with a bit of updating in a couple of areas, but in no way did that detract from our experience. I would recommend it to any small or medium sized family who did not need their own pool (the clubhouse pool is 100 yards away and perfectly adequate for most people's needs). Overall it was a very positive experience.

The condo was very comfortable and set up nicely. The roaches were a bit much. We took the trash out every day. We didn't leave any food out, put scraps in the fridge. The roaches started out small and got larger each day.

Great Location if visiting amusement parts does have roaches in kitchen and main restroom.

Stayed at this location for our family vacation December 2022. The location was close to local stores and amusement parks. However when we arrived the room was dirty and uncleaned. We arrived early morning due to our flights being cancelled. At the time of our arrival we had to make our own bed the comforter was never washed. Thankfully, we found clean sheets in the dryer. The owner was great at communicating and on top of getting someone in that morning for the house to be cleaned. Be aware you have to provide your own toilet paper if staying for a week or longer. The house only comes with a half a roll and the rules of the house is for you to provide your own. There are also other rules for you to wash any linen (towels) used to make the house keepers job easier regardless of paying for the cleaning fee. At the time of departure you have to be sure to take off all bedding used in the home to help the cleaning crew. If staying at this location take some type of bug spray as this house does have roaches. We didn't see any roaches until the second night and they will be in the kitchen and main restroom. Due to having small kids and not a fan of roaches this is the only thing that made our stay a little uncomfortable. As most rooms were to expensive to try and book or sold out due to traveling at Christmas time. Other than the roach issue and the room being dirty at the time of arrival..It is a good location and near everything needed. The place could use some upgrades but definitely budget friendly. Owner is great at communication and accomodations.

IAAPA show stay

Overall we had a great time staying at this property, although it is a little dated now, the property was clean, there was plenty of everything like towels, bedding, cutlery, cups and plates etc. We took advantage of the pool and gym. The resort was quiet and offered everything we needed for our business trip.

Falha em comunicação com o proprietário

Ocorreu uma visita técnica para a troca de equipamento de TV e internet que não foi comunicada para os convidados, ocasionando uma falha de segurança pois o mesmo acessou o imóvel no momento em que estávamos fora com os nossos pertences a vista, que poderia ser resolvida com apenas um aviso prévio.

Good location and price

We had a good stay for our Disney trip. The location was close to the parks and the price was affordable compared to other options out there. It took 20-30 minutes to get to all of the parks with traffic in the mornings. The condo was very spacious. I would say you could comfortably sleep up to a max of 7 people if you utilized the couch. Some things to note - this is a second floor apartment, so you will have to walk up a flight of steps to enter. There is a washer and dryer which was awesome! However, there was no provided detergent and you are expected to wash the towels and sheets before you go. The only other conn was that the condo was a bit outdated, but you can see that in the pictures so you should know that before you arrive! I did find the bathrooms to be kind of icky, which maybe just has to do with it being an older unit. For the price though, I think this is a very solid option for staying while visiting Disney. I would choose to stay again. Thank you!
