Cozy place for the holidays

Grandma and grandsons beach trip.

We had a great time, the house was perfect for myself and three of my grandsons, was clean had all the things you needed for a home away from home vacation,. The neighbor hood was very quiet,even tho the house is close to the main road ,we did not have any issues with sound, the back yard was fenced which made it very nice for my seven year old grandson and the dog , they had plenty of room to run and play. It was perfect and yes I will be staying again. Thank you for a great stay.

Looooooong beach!

Enjoyed 10 days of visiting family and friends. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everyday needs---(once I figured out the bathroom layout). Would suggest better (easier to follow) instructions for television use, Never did figure out how to get "regular" channels for news and network programs. (Understand, I am 87!!! LOL)

Relaxing Getaway

Sandpiper Tracks was perfect for a long weekend getaway for us and our dog. It is close enough to downtown without having all the noise and traffic of it. Short walk to the beach was perfect for watching the sunset. Fenced in yard was great for taking our dog out to play or do her business. The management was easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Ilwaco fishing trip

This property was good for our stay and for. We just needed a place to sleep and make our meals. The location was good, but had some road noise in the mornings. We had an ant issue that we took care of. They liked our Arizonia Mango tea. Once we put that in the fridge and wipe down the counter with 409, they were gone. Beds were just okay and one was a little loud when you moved around.

Long Weekend Get Away

I had a three day seminar that I could attend on-line. Rather than spending three days in my office attending, we went to the beach and attended remotely. Although it was a working vacation, we still got to go out to dinner in the evenings, explore Long Beach and use the bikes provided with the rental to ride the Discovery trial. The house is cute and comfortable. Whom ever stocked the kitchen obviously cooks and there was everything we needed for meal preparation. There was a big fenced back yard and they allow dogs - so our standard poodle got to come with us. It was a great trip and I would stay here again.

Right on the highway!

This property was well stocked and very clean. However it is located right on the main highway thru Long Beach and has NO outdoor seating/table. A simple fence and a picnic table would be a big improvement. Also, there is no washer/dryer which is inconvenient but there should be ample towels, etc. We planned to take enough clothes for a 6 night stay, but for this price, I did not expect to take towels to the laundramat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first experience in an Air B&B and we will be returning. It was clean; kitchen was very well stocked; plenty of extra blankets for when the weather turns cold. Dabra and Mellisa were very kind and responsive to our questions. The description says it has washer and dryer but it really has a janitors sink and no dryer. No mention of fenced yard because a fence was recently installed. Also found a dog crate and dog food bowls! Best part was the short walk to the beach. Our morning potty walk every day was on the beach! What a treat!

We really really did enjoy our stay but we were told no parking on Side of road, We had two vehicles and the driveway was not big enough for two cars The home is set up sleep six people so a potential for more people traveling. The entrance to fence needs to be a lot more stable as we have a small dog that could go right underneath and we have a large dog that the can push gate open and wedge his way out . We put our bike on one side and the garbage can on the other side to block (Just a suggestion.). As well as a bungie cord . We also really did enjoy the air conditioning but would have liked if it could have been throughout . The bedrooms was so hot we had to have the window open. These are all suggestions for future tenants These things would not detour us from staying again. The home also had ants , but not overwhelming. (They did have ant traps)

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On our first night I reached into a cupboard to get out a bowl and my hand came out so sticky I immediately washed my hands. I also when putting my phone on the bedside table, found a contact lens.So my husband and I spent the first couple of hours at our cabin washing dishes in scalding hot water and disinfecting tabletops!I understood that due to Covid concerns every place we stayed would be exceptionally clean and disinfected. I was mistaken I guess.This was our first real outing since Covid hit and so it put a little damper on our otherwise nice getaway. The cabin is about a ten minute easy walk to a lovely beach. Other than the cleanliness issue we had great food, walks, hikes and bike rides.

Perfect location for getting around in Long View. Walking distance to beach and shopping. House is cute and cozy and was perfect for my husband and I to quickly get to our favorite razor clamming spot!

Old house, no dishwasher or washing machine

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After travelling up the Oregon coast this was our final stop. It was the most expensive and worse quality of all the places we stayed. Cold, old (nice gas fireplace though), low water pressure, no frypans, no dishwasher and no washing machine. I guess long beach is just expensive compared to Oregon. Probably good if you have dogs as the house really smelled like dogs.
