Von dem Moment an, in dem Sie zur Haustür aufbrechen, bis Sie Ihre Zehen in den Sand stecken, wissen Sie, dass Sie den richtigen Ort gefunden haben. Im Inneren auf der Hauptebene ist die gut ausgestattete Küche, weitläufige Wohnzimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht und Esszimmer für Familienfeiern. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer wie auf Ihrem eigenen Kreuzfahrtschiff. Das Haus verfügt über jeglichen Wohnkomfort, von superbequemen Möbeln über Karaoke im Wohnzimmer, einem Spielsystem und einem Spielezimmer im Freien.

Great location!

We only stayed here for one night but wish we could have stayed longer! The house was sparkling clean and right on the beach. Its location was very quiet, yet very easily accessed from the main drag. The only thing that would have made our stay perfect is not even due to the house. The neighboring home has two very bright flood lights that illuminate the beach at night (and floods into windows) which made enjoying the fire on the beach a little disappointing.

Total Rest and Relaxation

We chose this house because of the proximity to the beach and we were not disappointed. We were able to walk the beach every day and every night. We had views from every level, the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The home was equipped with everything we could need to stay in and cook some of our meals. We really appreciated having everything there. Our only complaint is regarding the living room furniture. While we understand that rentals get used a lot, this rental would have been perfect if they had better furniture. The furniture in the living room is very broken down. That said, the rest of the house was perfect! It was clean and well stocked. We would definitely return again. This beach house was located close to everything, grocery store (Safeway), shopping, and restaurants. We also appreciated how easy communication was with management.

Amazing views and Beach access

Lucked out with amazingly nice weather for May, the house is steps off the beach. Views from the front bedrooms and front/dining room are beautiful. Well furnished. Close to food, outlets stores and casino. Only issue we had was that the front door electric lock didn't work and we couldn't get in contact with any contacts provided until the next day. Luckily we found a lock box with a physical key. Also, it sleeps 6 comfortably, the other 4 they advertise would have to have a roll away bed set up someplace as well as the couches pulled out, so it would be snug with 10. Overall it's a very nice house.

Family get away

This property is immaculate and truly right on the beach! The home is extremely cozy with every comfort and a very well stocked kitchen and lots of fun games and decks to enjoy the view and sea air. Step right onto the beach from the backdoor! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again sometime.

Spectacular storm viewing!

The house was very well acquainted throughout, perfect location, elevated spectacular views of the passing winter storms but only steps down to the sand when the opportunities came to walk on the beach. Our expectations were far exceeded! Although the carpet could use a little spot cleaning in a few areas it was not a deal breaker in the least or worthy of a reduction in a star rating.

House at the beach

It was really on the beach. Loved that. The beds were OK. A little springy. All in we would come back. The railing going up the steps needs to be tightened. Maybe a railing on the outside steps would be good since it is a downward slope. We are older and that is important. We had a good time.

Lincoln City Beach House

It was my children, grandchildren husband and I we had a fabulous time. The house was wonderful. Could’ve used a couple more rollaway‘s instead of having to use the couch for the other two beds just because you had to wake people up to go down and make coffee. They love the games though and we had a great time. We were so close to the beach. It was almost perfect!!

Lovely 1 night stay

Amazing view from many rooms and balconies! Just a few steps to the beach through the garage. All 3 bedrooms very nice along with all 3 bathrooms. Enjoyed a nice dinner watching the sunset. Look forward to another time we can stay longer.

No better spot!

We selected this house based on its proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. There are just a few steps from the backyard before hitting the sand. The hose to clean off sand before re-entering the house was in regular use! :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the last 15 or so years my wife and I have treated ourselves to a stay in Lincoln City in January. It's our Christmas gift to each other. We have used other rental agencies in the past. This was our first with OBV. It won't be the last!!Everything about the house was excellent!! Well stocked kitchen, excellent views of the surf, great location, very clean and comfortable. It is our favorite place in Lincoln City to date.Parking is the only issue. One car is OK. If more than one it looks like it could be inconvenient, but a small price to pay for such a wonderful place.We had reserved Monday through Thursday. The weather was EXCELLENT with beautiful sunrises and sunsets and sunny all day. We called to extend our stay one more day the staff was courteous and accommodating. We stayed another night.

Open floor plan with Living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bathroom on main floor with bedrooms upstairs. Perfect ocean views. The lowest area is assessable from the beachside and has ping pong table, chairs and storage for outside items. Home is perfect for 3 couples. Had a problem with the hot water, but that was quickly resolved by the owner with a smartphone app.😊. The house was very clean and comfortable; there was plenty of kitchen gadgets; little soaps, shampoos and towels. Direct easy access to the beach for exploring. A great place to stay ❤️

Super amazing view/location

Can’t get a better location- best we’ve ever stayed at. House was bright and clean. Didn’t have karaoke like stated in the ad (which we were looking forward to) and games missing the pieces to play. That’s my only complaint though and it’s not a big one at all. Best location. Very nice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We six ladies enjoy getting together each year in Lincoln City however this house though a nice size and location was very disappointing! Feces were found shortly arrival as was broken blinds, dirty windows inside and out, an oily residue on a bedside table, dirty dishes in the cupboards, and not enough paper towels, we also ran out of toilet tissue! My cousin who made our reservations was very embarrassed by our accommodations and the response when she called the management with no real response on their part.
